You dragged your feet with you over the pavement. You were on your way home from a bad day at work. You had been scolded by your manager today, big time. He didn't even want to listen to what you had to say anymore. He just yelled and when he was finished he left, leaving you with your other members who tried to comfort you without any success since you were still crying. You just didn't know what you possibly could have done wrong to deserve a hard time like that. 

And now to think that you weren't home alone today so you couldn't just mourn by yourself and cry yourself to sleep. Your best friend Baekhyun was also at your place. He had begged you to stay over tonight, you didn't know why since he didn't want to tell you. So now you should as well explain your tear stained cheeks and big, red eyes to him. You sauntered into your apartment, meeting the smell of food. 'Oh no' was the first thing that popped in your mind as you kicked off your shoes and went to the kitchen. And yes there he was, making a mess of your kitchen by trying to make something to eat.

He was looking at his food and then seemed to notice you were home. "Hey __________, I was bored so...." He looked up and the rest of his sentence got stuck in his throat. "What's wrong?" He asked as he walked over to you while taking off his apron, throwing it with the rest of the clutter on the counter. You shrugged while he was now standing right in front of you, giving you the 'omg-what-should-I-do' look. "My manager scolded me." Your voice cracked and his look softened. "Why?" He asked while he rubbed your shoulder to calm you down. You had no idea why you felt the urge to hug him. "I don't know."

 
You frowned as a tear streamed down your cheek. Baekhyun caught it with his fingertip and sighed. "Well, I guess you are in need of something else then food right now." He said while he grabbed your hand and started to draw you closer, but also began walking himself. "Let's go." He said as he pulled you with him to your bedroom. You were still crying and didn't have the energy to fight him. Once you were in the room he the little lamp on the nightstand and pulled you on the bed with him. He made you lie on his chest, his arms tightly around you so you were pushed against him.

Beakhyun knew you so well. He would know exactly when you needed someone to talk to or when you just needed someone to be with you and to shut up. And today it was the last option. You weren't in the mood for talking, you didn't have anything to say. You just wanted to cry until you felt a little better and all the worries were gone. Baekhyun's hands slowly rubbed your back and arm and you felt like thousands of sparks were going through your body. You clung onto his shirt as you drew yourself closer to him in hopes that he'll hold you even firmer. You didn't know what was wrong with you today.
