“I told you that you’d be fine, you seriously have nothing to worry about.” He said with a bright smile on his face, one you had gotten used to by now. Till now you had kept it a secret from everyone, from the other teachers and students and especially from your parents. You had no idea how they would react if they’d figure out you were dating someone, and especially not if they heard who you were dating. They didn’t want you to have any distractions, and in their eyes Baekhyun would be a very big one. But you had passed your year and you had been able to keep your scholarship. In the end, he had been right, you just had been too stressed and once you had found a way to relax a little more it all seemed to go so much easier. Your grades hadn’t gotten worse since you and Baekhyun had been together, sometimes they were even better than they had ever been before. It was just so much easier now that you had someone to talk to about all the things that were bothering you with someone who didn’t judge you. 

“And now what? We’ve got two and a half months of vacation, do you have any plans?” You asked him as you crawled on top of his desk and swung your legs a little, watching how he smiled at you as you did so. The year had ended much faster than you had meant it to. Next year Baekhyun wouldn’t be your lector anymore since his class disappeared out of your schedule. It was one of the things you were really sad about since you were scared that this was where it would end. During class and after class had been the only moments you and Baekhyun had been able to see each other but now those moments were going to go away. Now how were you going to keep this relationship going? You had never had one before so you had no idea how to handle with it, but you did know that you didn’t want to give it up just yet, it felt way too special. He slowly walked over and stopped in front in front of you. “Well, I’m going to visit my family in two weeks, I haven’t seen them in a while.” He said as he wiped some hair out of your face and brushed it behind your ear. 

Just the thought that he’d be gone for so long made you miss him already and you wondered how you were going to deal with it if he was actually gone. It was unbelievable, for so many months every girl on this college had been haunting him, begging for his attention and wanting to be with him, and here you were. Out of all those people he had chosen you, the only one who had never given him that kind of attention and who had never showed him that she liked him. Maybe he had just known you better than you had known yourself since you had realized that you had had feelings for him all that time but that you had just pushed them away. But by now you were scared that they had grown so strong that you couldn’t ignore them anymore, which made it so hard. “You could come with me if you want?” He suddenly said as he saw all the different emotions appear on your face but it ended with one of disbelieve as he said that. “But, nobody knows about us.” You said and Baekhyun just shrugged his shoulders before leaning closer to you and pressing his nose against yours. 

After all this time you still weren’t used to the fact that a boy could come this close to you, so you still blushed every time. “We can change that.” You bit your lip as you thought about it. Of course you wanted people to know that you were seeing someone and of course you wanted everyone to know that Baekhyun was taken and that they should all back off. But there was also something in the back of your head that told you this could be a bad idea. “Oh come on ___________-ah. Next year I won’t even be your teacher anymore so there is nothing wrong about it. You have a legal age and we can can tell everyone that we only started seeing each other after the school year ended. This doesn’t have to be something bad. There have been many teacher student relationships before that have been accepted, you just need to know when it’s the right moment to tell.” He explained to you and you realized that maybe he was right. You were almost twenty three years old, there was no reason why you couldn’t date him and since he wasn’t your teacher anymore no one could make a fuss out of it. Of course it would still sound weird, but it wasn’t like it was forbidden. 

“Fine, we can do that. But it doesn’t matter what we say, my parents will stay hate you. They’ll think that you’re a total distraction and they’ll do anything to get you out of the picture.” You thought that your words would at least scare him a little but he only sent you a pleased look “They’ll have to try very hard to do that then.” You rolled your eyes at his cheesy comment but still smiled. The only thing you hoped for was that they just wouldn’t try to break the two of you apart and that they would just let you be. If they could only see past your grades and your scholarship and they could see how happy Baekhyun made you then they should be able to do that right? You
