One week after the confrontation, the elder Jung send Yuri to a rehabilitation and showered Yuri with so much love. On the other hand, Jessica was left alone. Jessica use it to meet new people that she call now her friends. For the first time she’s free and can do whatever she wants without her father’s critics and strict rules and Yuri’s tailing her wherever she goes. While her mother is being a perfect wife that supported her father whatever he says.

Another day past, Yuri gloomily walked towards the room of her psychiatrist.

“Yul Honey, we are here okay? We will wait for you!” Kahi muttered, caressing Yuri’s back. While Daniel tap Yuri’s shoulder, smiling warmly at the younger girl.

Taking a deep breathe, Yuri force a smile and felt guilty for causing trouble to the Jungs. Opening the door, Yuri glance at the Jung couple and bow her head a little.

“Go Honey, we’ll wait for you.” Kahi exclaim once again, sweetly smiling at the tan girl.

“Good morning Yuri.” The Dr. cheerfully greeted the tan girl.

“I’m better now. Please release me. Sign that paper so will be done today.”

“Yuri--”

“No, hear me out. I’m not gonna kill myself nor hurt myself. I just can’t endure it anymore seeing them all so worried about me. I already cause them so much trouble at least I can lessen it up by being okay. I’m sad, guilty and confused, but I am fine. I’ll be fine. Please, trust me.”

“It’s not how it works Yuri--”

“I know myself. I know and totally understand that your name and reputation is on the line here. But let me asked you, have I ever tried to hurt nor kill myself?”

“No but---”

Yuri politely raised her hand and kneeled in front of her therapist.

“What kills me inside is knowing that they are sad because of me. That I’ve caused something bad again. About my past, I only remember a fragment of it. I’ll be lying if I’ll say it didn’t bother me. It did but they are more important to me now. My parents left me and they stood by me and treated me like their own. Please let me do this for them coz they are all I’ve got.”

The therapist sigh loudly, eyeing the kneeling tan girl.

“Stand up.”

“Please, I’m begging you.”

“Promise me that no matter what happen, even how big or small your problem is, you will tell me. Any time just call me okay?”

Yuri smiled and hug the doctor out of happiness. The therapist chuckle and whispered, “You have a beautiful smile, so keep smiling..” Yuri nod her head in response and handed the paper to the latter.

Taking a deep breathe, Yuri closed her eyes for a couple of second then glance back at her therapist.

“I owe you a lot. Thank you again.” Yuri bowed her head then bid goodbye.

“That was fast. Are you okay?” Daniel worriedly asked. Yuri widely smile and raised the release form.

“Doc. are you sure?” Kahi worriedly asked.

“Mommy, I’m okay now.” Yuri responded on behalf of the therapist.

“She will be fine because she have you both. And she’s a tough one.” The Jung’s smiled and nod their heads while eyeing the tan girl grinning widely.

“Thank you! We’ll head out now. Have a good one!” Daniel bid goodbye to the therapist. While walking towards their car, Yuri face the couple and hug them tight.

“Thank you so much and I love you both so much.” Yuri confessed and earn a soft tap from the older man and a peck from the older woman.

“What do you want now?” Daniel playfully muttered causing his wife to giggle while Yuri ended up pouting. Few seconds after, Yuri smirk and asked the couple for an ice cream.

After that day, Yuri struggles but never let anyone see it. She succeeded coz no one suspects anything. But there’s one night she almost got caught.

“NNNOOOOO..”

Yuri panted, as she sits up. Closing her eyes, tears rolled down her already soak face.

“Yul honey. Are you okay?”

Yuri gulp and immediately laid down in her bed again and pretended she was sleeping. The soft cracking sound, indicating someone open the door. Yuri calmly close her eyes and silently calming her pounding chest.

“She’s asleep!”

“Okay, we need to go. You might woke her up because you are so loud.”

“Shut up, you old man.”

“What? Old? Me? That hurts, you know..”

Kahi giggle and drag her whiny husband out in Yuri’s room. Sighing in relief, Yuri buried her face against her palms.

“I’m sorry Yoong.” Yuri muttered, muffling her sobs against her pillow. After crying so hard, she finally fall asleep.

Now, Jessica and Yuri are already in last year of high school. As Jessica finally found some people shehangs out with, while Yuri is left behind. Jessica spends more time with her friends than to her. Walking like a zombie, Yuri walk straight to her room and sadly slum her tired body in her bed. Eyeing the white ceiling, Yuri huff loudly while caressing her aching chest. Her Jessica is slowly turning into someone else now, someone whom Yuri don’t know anymore.

One day, Yuri was ask by Daniel to fitch Jessica so they can have a lunch together. Skipping towards Jessica’s building, Yuri stopped in her track and peak in a small hole in the room after hearing a noise inside the said room. 

“SICA!” Yuri angrily push the door, startling the couple inside.

“Yur—“

“What’s this?”

“Yuri let me explain.” Jessica muttered, slowly walking towards the furious tan girl.

“Explain? It’s very clear to me—“

“For pete’s sake Yuri, you are not my sister, nor my mother and most importantly we are not together so stop meddling my life okay?” Jessica angrily voiced out her hidden annoyance towards Yuri. Ever since they were young, Yuri’s been very over protective to Jessica to the point its the life out of her. Jessica knows that Yuri has this abandoned issue in her entire life but she can’t just ignore her own self for Yuri’s sake forever.

“She’s a gold digger Sica.”

Jessica eyes squint and angrily eyed the accusing tan girl.Poking while pushing the tan girl, Jessica angrily uttered,

“Really? Do you wanna go there Yuri? I love her and there’s nothing you can do about it. Hear me?”

“What about Mom and Dad?”

“What? You gonna tell them? Huh? Go ahead, you are good at making me the bad person anyway. F*** you Yuri. Stay away from me.” Jessica push Yuri away dragging her girl friend out in the room.

Yuri look up in the ceiling and sadly smiled.

“Don’t cry Yuri.” Yuri chanted and stayed in her spot for a few minutes..

Half hour past, Yuri’s phone buzzed pulling Yuri back to reality.

“Dad?”

“Hello, Yuri where are you? Where’s Jessica?”

“OW..hmm..Sica is busy Dad. Sorry I forgot to call you.”

“Okay, no, it’s okay. I’ll see you two at home then.”

“Sorry Dad.”

“Don’t be. Take care okay, and Jessica!”

“I will Dad. Bye.”

Yuri ended the call and walk out in the room. Pressing her temples, Yuri then decided to walk back to her building. Yuri and Jessica are not in the same class anymore. Jessica wanted to be free and away from Yuri, that’s why she did tried everything she can to be where she is right now. No same class with Yuri, no Yuri tagging along with her the whole day.

Days past, Jessica’s treatment to Yuri become more ill as Yuri tried to persuade the blonde girl to break up with her current girlfriend and it gotten worst when Yuri confessed her feelings towards the blonde girl.

Yes, Yuri’s been in love with Jessica not only because she was used being with Jessica but because that’s what her hearts says with the support of Yuri’s brain. For the time she spent away from the blonde girl draws her more closer to Jessica. She missed every single thing about the blonde girl. Jessica’s smile draws smile at Yuri’s face. And Jessica’s tears are like daggers roughly stabbed against her chest. Her longing to be with Jessica rises up as if its like its the reason why she’s still wanted to open her eyes every morning.If it is not love then Yuri would want to know what is she feeling for Jessica.

Graduation time, Yuri was never been excited nor happy in her life up until now. Yuri confided her feelings towards Jessica to the older Jungs and she was ecstatic to know that the older couple blessed her and is rooting for her to be with Jessica.

“Jessica..”

“Dad, Mom..” Jessica happily hug her parents while Yuri stayed behind the older couple. Silently playing her fingers as she look around hoping to see her parents. Whatever happens a couple of weeks ago, Yuri still wish to atleast see her parents just for awhile. Hoping to see a glimpsed of happiness in her parents eyes' while looking at her walking off the stage bringing diploma in her hand, just like how happy the older Jungs' are seeing Jessica proudly raising the diploma in her hand. Unfortunately, she can't seem to find her parents anywhere the venue at all.

Rolling her eyes from side to side and up and down, Yuri then beam a tight smile facing the Jung family, didn’t want to ruin the mood. And todays supposed to be a good day coz they just graduated from high school so no tears nor lifeless eyes today, Yuri thought, pushing away the sad thought of not seeing her parents in this kind of event.

Another years past, Yuri forced tight smile to the people who greeted and wished her a happy birthday. Today, Yuri planned to spend her special day with Jessica alone since unfortunately Jessica’s parents is out of the country due to business. Preparing a very special dinner, Yuri happily humming bop song to entertain herself but a loud giggle broke Yuri trance and turn towards the noise only to witness Jessica happily chased by her girlfriend.

“YOU..” Yuri angrily march towards the said girl and started beating the latter. The other girl was taken off guard as Yuri suddenly attack her, giving her no chance to even defend herself. 

Jessica’s eyes widen in horror and it took her quite a while to respond. Pushing the tan girl off her girlfriend, Jessica angrily slap the tan girl.

“You f**** B****…” The other girl muttered and rush towards the tan girl to get even at least. Taking advantage of the stunned tan girl.

“Was that a punch Taeyeon? or a slap?” Yuri mockingly muttered while chuckling hard but her tears rolled down, too hurt to know that Jessica will never look at her like how she look at the  blonde girl. She let the other girl beat her up to feel another kind of pain, other kind of pain to cover up the excruciating pain she just felt now. Odd to say, Yuri’s been craving to feel pain all her life as felt numbed from all the bad things happened, and now this. How she wish she can asked for other than pain. How she wish she can replace the pain she’s bearing her entire life with happiness and not another agony to replace another torment.

“Taeng stop..” Jessica decided to stop her girlfriend upon seeing Yuri’s bloody face.

“You punch like a little girl Taeyeon.” Yuri weakly muttered, trying to provoke the other girl more. She wanted to feel more pain right now.

 Jessica put herself in front of the two girls and seriously pleading her girlfriend to stop.

“Are you just gonna let her go like that? You’re taking her side now? Choose Sica, me or her?”

Jessica look down for a second, trying to think. Of course there’s no doubt she’s gonna choose her girlfriend over Yuri. She needs to think something less violent. Her girlfriend is right, they can’t just let Yuri go that easy but beating up the tan girl will not solve anything instead it will just make things worse.

“I have an idea.” Jessica muttered and grab her phone. Half and hour after, a police came in the house and Jessica and Taeyeon welcome the police and narrated their own version of story. The police grab Yuri and shove the latter to his patrol car then bid goodbye to the two.  Yuri chuckle softly and slam her aching head in the head rest.

“Happy birthday to you Yuri.” Yuri chanted in her head.

Arriving at the station, Yuri was escorted inside the station and put in behind the bar.

“Woah..we have a new girl.” A middle aged woman muttered, earning a loudly whistles from the other in mates.

“Yeah, a bloody girl.” Another woman muttered, causing the rest to chuckle in respond.

“You have to wipe your face girl so we can see that ugly face of yours.” A bossy woman throws a towel to Yuri then wink at her in mates. Yuri ignored everyone and use the towel to cover up her head.

“Kwon Yuri you have a call.” A guard loudly announce. Yuri sigh loudly and softly responded, “No, thanks.”

“Up to you!” The guard answered then left.

“Kwon Yuri?”

“What?” Yuri uninterestedly responded, still hanging her head low.

“Wow, can’t believe I’ll see you in here. Did the Jung’s got tired of you?”

Yuri angrily stood up and look around to face the latter.

“Victoria?”

“Yup, me..so what happen?”

Yuri frown got deeper as she took time to look around and saw the weirdos woman around them.

“Don’t mind them, so why are you here?”

“I could ask you the same question.”

“Hmm..feisty..”

“What are you doing in here?” Yuri asked while eyeing the women behind Victoria.

“If I’ll tell you, you will tell me yours too?”

Yuri took a deep breath then nod her head in response. Victoria ushered the tan girl towards a fancy private room.

“Is this yours?”

“What? You’re surprise? I’m Victoria Song B****..”

Yuri scoff while shaking her head. Victoria went to the same university as Yuri and was able to work together with one of their projects that’s why the duo know’s each other.

Settling in the bench, Yuri and Victoria sat side by side.

“I’m comfortable being close with you.” Victoria honestly confide, starting a conversation  with a smile. Yuri rake her hair and playfully asked, “You are not in love with me right?”

Victoria plastered a disgusted look and softly pushed the tan girl.

“Yeah, kiss my super hot .In love? In your dreams..Geez..Seriously, I really am comfortable with you.”

“I wonder why!” Yuri nonchalantly muttered, glancing at the girl in her right, Yuri curiously asked once again.
