(2 days later)

It’s been two days and up till now, I still can’t move on from my encounter with Grandpa. I feel bad for hurting him, but I can’t let him rule me again for I have my own decisions now and I’m not the same girl that they know before. I’m praying that his heart will soften and he’ll just let me be with Jiyong and somehow he’ll accept that I want to be with him for the rest of my life. It’s gonna take a long time for him to accept us fully, but I’m ready to wait for it.

“Honey…wake up now” I said while shaking Jiyong’s shoulder.

“mmmm”

“You still have a performance today…right? Get your lazy cute up now” I said and he chuckled.

“Lazy cute ” he said in his y morning voice and I kissed his cheek.

“Aren’t you a cute ?” I asked and he turned to face me and stared.

“What?” I asked and he hugged me.

“You’re really one beautiful Mrs. Kwon” he said and I laughed.

“So we’re the couple…love it!” I said and he laughed.

“Yeah…does that mean that we have to call our kids….wonderful asses too?” he asked and I stared at him and smirked.

“You’re one heck of an -y dad!” I said and he tickled me.

I love it whenever we have this senseless conversations, it makes me forget my problems and worries. Jiyong is trying so hard not to remind me of what happened two days ago, he always comforts me whenever I feel sad, my decision of staying with him is really the best that I’ve ever made.

“Do you have plans with Trish today?” he asked while waiting for the pancakes to be done.

“I’m going to watch over her the whole day” I said and he chuckled.

“And you’re gonna watch her every time she goes to the restroom to puke” he said and I sighed.

“Yeah…I’m the one who’ll be holding her hair up and rubbing her back while she’s doing her thing” I said.

Well, Trish’s morning sickness is not just for the morning, she feels sick every time that’s why we have to watch over her.

“Aren’t you traumatized seeing her like that?” he asked and I shook my head.

“I don’t know…I feel like I’m gonna go through that as well…it’s a bit scary…but I really think that I can handle it” I said and he smiled at me.

“I can’t wait for you to get pregnant…like…seriously…I’m excited” he said and I went to him and kissed him.

“Me too…don’t worry…I’m gonna test myself again next week” I said.

“I’m going to call all the Gods for it just to be positive” he said and I laughed.

“I’m gonna do the same” I said and he cracked up in laughter.

Jiyong and I are really excited to have a baby already. We’ve been talking about it for weeks now and we’re still trying so hard to get pregnant. I don’t know, but I have a strong feeling that we will succeed this time.

“Clarise!”

“What?” I asked in surprise.

“You’re zoning out again…honey…you’re always zoning out and so out of your element these days…what are you thinking?” he asked and I played with my food.

“I’m still feeling bad because of what I did to Grandpa” I answered and he sighed.

“Clarise…what’s done is done…we can’t go back to it anymore…I’m sure that your Grandpa have understood you already” he said and I shook my head.

“No…he won’t…he’s the kind of person who keeps grudges…he will not forgive me anymore” I said and he went to me and kneeled in front of me.

“That is impossible…you told me that you’re his favorite grandchild…right? How can he hate his favorite? OK…maybe he really is mad at you right now….but I’m pretty sure that once you see each other again…he has forgotten about it already” he said and I sighed.

“I hope so” I said.

My mind is just so full of what might happen to me and Jiyong. I know that once Grandpa and Dad joined forces, they will certainly succeed and next thing I know it, I’m back in their world again. I’m just afraid of what they might do to Jiyong for him to get away from me. I’ve swore to myself that I will protect him from my family and I will definitely do everything just for them not to touch him.

After breakfast, Charles called me and asked if I can go to his apartment because he’s going to say something important to me. I wonder what it is.

“Hey lovely brother!” I greeted the moment he opened the door.

“Hey!” he said and hugged me.

Charles just got home from Singapore coz YG sajagnim gave him a week rest as well and he chose to spend it out of the country.

“How’s your vacation?” he asked as I sat down on the couch.

“It went out SO well! We had fun roaming around Korea” I answered and he smiled.

“The boys told me that you and Jiyong had a pre-honeymoon thing” he said and I laughed.

“You can call it that actually” I said and he chuckled.

“Seriously…why are you trying to get pregnant this early? I mean…you can just wait until after the wedding” he said and I shrugged.

“Charles…is it bad? Jiyong wants to have a baby so badly and I feel the same way too” I told him.

“I don’t know…it just feels so fast” he said and I hugged him.

“Oh gosh! My lovely brother is not yet to give his baby sister away” I said and he smirked.

“I am good with you being married and all…but you being a mom? I don’t think you’re already ready for it” he said.

Truth is, I’m really not sure if I’m ready to be a mother yet, but I’m trying to get ready for it.

“I just can’t believe that my baby is going to make babies already” he said and I laughed.

“I love that!” I said and he smirked.

“Good thing you’re gonna end up with Jiyong…at least I’m sure that you’re in good hands” he said and I nod.

“I really am…Jiyong is the man that I’ve waited for so long” I said and he cringed.

“Know what? Whenever you say cheesy things like that…I feel like puking…I’m still not used to it” he said and I laughed.

“Get used to it from now on…because you’ll hear that for the rest of your life” I said.

“I know” he said and we laughed.

My brother and I talked about our own trips and we just keep on laughing, I missed this! Before, Charles and I will talk for hours and will never get tired of laughing at our stupid deeds.

“So…I heard Grandpa surprised you days ago” he said and I sighed.

“Yeah” I answered.

“What happened?” he asked.

“I told him that I don’t want to get stuck in their world again…that I’m not their puppet anymore…I go against him and if you could only see the sadness in his eyes…you will surely pity him” I told him and he smirked.

“I’m sure dad is behind all this” he said and I shook my head.

“That man is really good in messing our lives…he never gets tired of it” I said and he nods in agreement.

“I can’t believe that he dragged Grandpa into this…I mean…he’s already old…what if he’ll have attacks again?” I said.

“I just wish that Grandpa will not put it all in his heart…don’t worry…our old man is a tough guy…he will soon get over it” he said and I nod.

“I’m actually waiting for dad to show up after Grandpa…I swear! I’m going to put him in his right place this time…I will not let him dictate me again...and most especially…he can’t step on Jiyong anymore” I said and he nods.

“I know that hating our own father is wrong…but…he’s the one who made us hate him…we tried so hard to understand and listen to him…we even do things that he wants…but everyone has their limits…and we’ve reached ours” Charles said and I nod.

“I’ve really reached mine a long time ago…dad will definitely do everything to separate me and Jiyong…I can feel it” I said and he sighed.

“He can’t break the two of you coz you’re too strong…I’m sure that Jiyong will fight till the end just for you to stay with him” he said and I smiled.

“I’ll do the same thing as well” I said.

“But just be careful….dad and Grandpa can really play dirty sometimes…they can make Jiyong suffer in just a snap” he said and I felt nervous all of a sudden.

I’m expecting that to happen actually, I know that they will soon mess up Jiyong’s career to scare him and I’ve already warned him about that. He’s just fine with it, and he even told me that he doesn’t care about his career anymore for as long as he has me.

“It will affect a lot of people Clarise…Big Bang in particular” Charles said and I sighed.

“I know…gosh! If only I know that I’m gonna be this in-love...I should’ve planned so well” I said and he laughed.

“Plan?” he asked.

“Yep! I should’ve asked Jiyong to marry me from the beginning…in that way…they can’t touch me anymore…after all…they can’t do anything about it because I’m already other’s property” I said and he laughed.

“Tell Jiyong to marry you now” he said and I chuckled.

“We’ll talk about it soon…right now…we’re still having problems with Grandpa…we won’t be able to concentrate on the wedding preparations if we keep on thinking about something” I said and he sighed.

I told Charles everything that I’ve said to Grandpa, he himself can’t believe that I was able to say those hurtful things to him. It just scares me whenever I think that there is a possibility of him getting back on us coz I’m sure this is not the end of it.

“I’ll go back to our apartment now” I said.

“OK…tell Jiyong that we’ll leave in a few minutes” Charles said and I nod.

The moment I got back from Charle’s apartment, Jiyong is already dressed and ready for work. He was watching his favorite cartoon and his eyes are so glued to it that he didn’t even noticed me walking in.

“Hey Pororo!” I said and he laughed.

“What’s up Pucca?” he asked and we cracked up in laughter.

“How was Charles hyung? Is he going to work today?” he asked as I sat beside him on the couch.

“He is…in fact…he wants me to tell you that you guys will be leaving in a few minutes” I said and he pulled me closer to him.

“Can you come with us?” he asked and I looked at him curiously.

“Why?” I asked and rested his chin on my shoulder and I faced him, our faces so close to each other.

“I just feel like seeing you while working” he answered and I leaned in for a kiss.

“I’ll try…mom told me that she’ going somewhere…that means…Trish will not have anyone to watch over her…but I’ll ask mom if she can just cancel her plans so that I can go and see you” I said and he nods.

“Arasso…or you can bring Trish if you want” he said and I shook my head.

“I can’t! She’s too fragile these days and I feel like TOP will get mad at me once I bring his wife somewhere far from home” I told him and he chuckled.

“TOP hyung is really pro
