“Omma! Omma! Noona! You’re choking her!” Jiyong shouted trying to pry the women in his life away from each other. Hoku just chuckled from inside his mother arms before shoeing him off.

“Ya! Let me hug her, I haven’t seen her in forever because of ‘someone’.” Dami spat hugging Hoku gently as Jiyong sighed and stepped back to allow the 3 space.

“Omo, look at you! You’re glowing!” Omma chirped clapping her hands together excitedly causing Hoku to blush shyly and look down to her large stomach.

“Come in, you need to get off your feet.” Omma ushered Hoku with Dami around the corner into the living room where she sat comfortably.

“I made some tea dear, you want some?” Omma asked as Hoku shook her head.

“They won’t let her drink any tea.” Jiyong explained sitting across from Hoku in the living room.

“How about some water or milk?” Dami asked as Hoku smiled and nodded.

“Thank you.” She thanked once Omma placed the cup of milk in front of her on the coffee table.

“Where’s Appa?” Jiyong asked as Omma sat next to Hoku with Dami on the other side.

“He had to run off to do some errands, he said he would be back in time for dinner.” Dami explained as Jiyong nodded, leaning back in relief.

“So how are you dear? We haven’t seen you since Christmas?” Omma asked with a comforting hand on her bare thigh. Hoku smiled from the edge of her glass before putting it down.

“I’ve been good, I was working as an accountant at my father’s financial company in the states.” She explained as the two nodded in understanding.

“Oh, how are your injuries?” Dami suddenly asked panicked as Omma before closely inspecting her. Hoku just chuckled looking over to Jiyong’s annoyed look then to the worried women.

“I’m fine, they all healed, we’re both fine.” Hoku mentioned happy that they cared so much about her.

“What about the baby? Nothing wrong?” Omma asked with pure worry on her words. Hoku just smiled placing her hand on Omma’s.

“I’m fine.” Hoku smiled as Omma nodded in relief.

“We were so worried when Jiyong called us about the accident.” Dami explained as Hoku looked over interested to see Jiyong just staring at her. She smiled over at him before turning to his noona.

“It took me some time to get my memories back, but I’m fine now.” She whispered suddenly remembering the reason to why her memories came back so quickly.

They spoke a bit more about what Hoku had been up to in the states up to the moment they were sitting in the living room together. The pair decided to break the news to the family when Jiyong’s Appa came home.

“You need any help with anything?” Jiyong peeked in the door to her room, the same room she had used the last time she was here.

“Um.” She mentioned looking to her open suitcase on the edge of her bed.

“What is it? Are you ok?” he asked worried walking in and down to her side, rubbing her arm.

“No, I’m fine.” She mentioned smiling over to him before he nodded.

“Shower and meet us downstairs.” Jiyong added, leaning over and kissing her cheek before walking out with the door shut. She sighed holding her stomach before sitting on the edge of her stomach. She wasn’t sure if something was wrong, but the pain was becoming worse and worse as the days went on. She had been trying to contact Dr. Jin but for some reason he was either unreachable or out of the country. She wasn’t sure what she was supposed to do. Grabbing the pair of pajamas she had out on the bed, she shuffled to the bathroom and took a shower as quickly as she could without hurting herself.

“Appa.” Jiyong greeted as he walked in the front door.

“Ah Jiyong.” He greeted back hugging his son.

“Where is Hoku-ah?” Appa asked interested as he walked into the living room and kitchen area to see Omma and Dami cooking, no sight of Hoku.

“Did you miss her that much Appa?” Jiyong asked slightly hurt causing Dami to chuckle.

“That’s all Appa talked about, he missed her.” Omma teased while Jiyong chuckled at his father’s embarrassed expression.

“She’s taking a shower Appa.” Jiyong sighed as he nodded walking down the hallway to their bedroom to change.

“So how has everything been between the two of you Jiyongie? Any updates?” Omma asked expectantly while Jiyong took a seat on the bar stool.

“Omma.” He whined as Dami smiled.

“Ya! We like her Jiyongie.” Dami whined back as Jiyong smiled and looked away.

“Ya! What’s with the smile?” Omma asked over excitedly putting the knife down in case she used it for something either than cutting the meat.

“Nothing.” He answered monotone, trying to hide his smile as his mother and sister tried to pry the news from him.

“So are you guys going to get back together or not?” Dami whined from the sink as Jiyong sighed.

“We’re slowly moving together.” He mentioned flicking a stray piece of food off the counter.

“What about the baby? Are you just going to move in as it’s father?” Omma asked as Jiyong smiled over to her.

“I’ll tell you later when she gets out.” Jiyong mentioned, massaging his omma’s shoulders before walking away.

“YA! TELL US NOW!” Omma shouted annoyed causing Jiyong to chuckle as she tried to choke him.

“Is everything ok?” Hoku asked walking into the kitchen slightly confused by the scene she had walked in on.

“Omo, dear, you scared me.” Omma held her chest walking back to finish cooking as Jiyong smiled over to Hoku.

“Hoku-ah?” A voice spoke from next to her as she flinched and looked over surprised to see that Appa had come home.

“Oh, Appa, It’s nice seeing you again.” She mentioned bowing carefully before holding her back.

“Aish, I told you to stop doing that.” Jiyong whined running over to walk her towards the couch as she continued to hold her back in pain.

“You………grew.” Appa pointed out taking a seat in his lounge chair only causing Hoku to chuckle.

“I have.” She answered as Omma walked over to whack him with her cooking spoon.

“How rude to say something like that?!” She scolded as he rubbed his now sore forehead.

“So Jiyongie, said you wanted to tell us something, but he was waiting for you to come out of the shower.” Dami mentioned walking into the living room to sit as Hoku looked over slightly startled to Jiyong who just reached over to hold her hand.

“We do.” He answered as the 3 family members stared at their hands intertwined together on his lap.

“What’s going on?” Omma asked kneeling in front of the coffee table while Hoku hung her head embarrassed.

“It’s about the baby.” Jiyong started keeping eye contact with everyone in the room.

“What about the baby? It’s alright right?” Dami asked nervously before Jiyong chuckled and nodded.

“More than alright.” He answered patting Hoku’s hand to comfort her.

“What’s going on?” Appa asked suddenly nervous.

“It’s mine.”
