A Few Days Later…

“I speak Korean and Japanese.” Hoku asked shocked as the Big Bang boys broke out laughing at her expression. It was the first day she was allowed out of bed, so naturally she wanted to take a stroll around the hospital.

“Noona, you are so smart!” Seungri cheered causing her to smile over at the young man.

“Awh thanks.” She said sarcastically causing them to chuckle. The doctor came back into the room carrying two crutches before leaning it on the edge of the bed.

“We can take your IV out too.” He mentioned as she nodded watching as he pulled it out before putting a cotton ball on the open wound.

“Can you boys help me?” The doctor asked over to Big Bang as they nodded and walked over. Hoku carefully sat on the edge of the bed with the help of Jiyong. Youngbae and TOP helped her down from the bed to the ground carefully while Daesung and Seungri slipped the crutches under each arm.

“Think you can do it alone?” Youngbae asked as she sighed looking down to her feet as Seungri slipped on house slipped under her free foot.

“I think so.” She answered sounding out of breath as they all hesitantly took a step back, giving her enough room to test it out. She took a few steps, stumbling a bit as Jiyong and TOP caught her quickly, helping her up.

“That’s really good.” The doctor praised as she flipped her long bangs out of her face.

“Can I go for a walk?” She asked over expectedly as he wrote a few things into his binder before looking up to her.

“As long as these nice gentlemen keep an eye on you.” He offered teasingly causing Hoku to chuckle and look over to the guys.

“Come on, let’s go.” Jiyong mentioned putting a safe hand on her low back to balance her. She smiled nodded, following TOP and Daesung out of the room while Seungri and Jiyong stayed close to her sides, Youngbae right behind her if she fell.

“You know, if I didn’t know already, you all look like my bodyguards when you stand around me like this.” She teased as Seungri laughed. She felt bad not remembering such amazing guys, she tried night and day to remember anything she could of them, they even gave her magazines, photos and videos to watch, anything that would help.

“Let me get the door.” TOP mentioned walking over to the hospital garden door before holding it open. The guys carefully helped her outside as she sighed, feeling the warm breeze blow across her face.

“Here, have a seat.” Jiyong offered as she hopped over to the bench and took a seat with them around her.

“Thanks guys for hanging out with me. It must be so boring being here all day with me.” Hoku mentioned embarrassed as the guys smiled.

“We want you to get better.” Daesung spoke smiling his angelic smile at her.

“We’ll be here till you get better.” TOP admitted as she smiled at them.

“Well thanks for keeping me company.” She thanked bowing her head as they nodded.

“Don’t you guys have work? I mean you’re famous right? Don’t you do what famous singers do?” She asked causing them to laugh.

“Of course we’re famous Noona! But we rather be here.” Seungri answered causing her to smile over at him.

“We took some time off, it was about time too.” Youngbae sighed as she nodded.

“Can I hear one of your songs?” She suddenly asked as Jiyong looked over surprised.

“You want us to sing?” He asked as she looked down to her cast that had all their signatures plus her friends and family.

“Well you don’t need to if you don’t want to.” She answered as Jiyong grabbed her hand surprising her.

“No, it’s alright, we’ll sing.” He added as she smiled over to him, feeling the familiar warmth fill her.

“What song?” Seungri asked as Youngbae smiled.

“Oh, I know the perfect one.” Youngbae spoke as he did a slight dance movement causing them all to chuckle and nod. Hoku sat there expectantly and eager to hear the song.
