Jiyong refused to leave Hoku or Elle’s side when they drove back to the house the morning after the incident. Hoku had been incredibly quiet since they got to the hotel last night, but he couldn’t blame her. She had gone through a lot last night, and all alone. He felt so guilty, even more guilty when he realized she had called him during the meeting last night. He didn’t realize it was her, she was probably calling for help. Even though today was his birthday, the best birthday gift he could have received was the fact that his small family was alright. He didn’t need anything else in life, but them.

“Are you sure you’re alright?” Jiyong finally spoke as they pulled up in front of the house. No answer. He looked over to see her staring out the window at the house.

“Baby.” He called reaching over and holding her hand. She slightly flinched at the touch before looking over to him with knitted brows.

“Hm?” She asked as he sighed, resting his other hand on hers before turning to her. Careful of the wounds still healing on her hands.

“Are you alright? You can talk to me, you know that.” He pointed out as she gently smiled before nodding.

“I know. I’m fine, don’t worry about it.” She answered as he narrowed his eyes. He wasn’t as stupid and blind as she thought he was. She was hiding her true feelings from him, but he didn’t want to push it out of her.

“Alright, let’s go in, alright?” He asked as she smiled and nodded, pushing the door open before climbing out into the sun. Jiyong kept his eyes on her while he pulled out the car seat from the backseat of her SUV. Quickly he walked over to her side, holding her hand carefully in his.

“Come on.” He ushered as they walked towards the house. They walked in, Jiyong gently placed Elle on the couch before turning to see Hoku frozen in the entryway where the scuffle last night had happened.

“Baby.” He called worried as she blinked ferociously before looking up.

“Hm?” She asked as he sighed, walking over to her, standing directly in front of her.

“It’s alright, okay?” He whispered reaching up to carefully caress her cheek in his hand.

“He won’t come anymore. I promise.” Jiyong whispered tilting his head to get a better look of her face. She seemed to be lost in  her own little word.

“I won’t let anything else happen to you two.” He reassured pulling her into his chest, smelling the refreshing scent of the hotel shampoo she had used this morning.

Hoku s her arms around his waist before resting her forehead on his shoulder. She had been considerably shaken up about what happened last night, but grateful at the same time that everything had turned out for the best. Sighing content she held him tighter before kissing his covered shoulder.

“Your mom and sister are coming over today.” Hoku mentioned as he pulled away to look at her face.

“Are you sure?” He asked unsure as she smiled looking up to him.

“YG could only hold off your meetings till noon, so I invited all the girls over also, I’ll be fine.” She teased as he forced a chuckle.

“I don’t want to leave you two.” He whispered scared as she sighed, placing her hand on his cheek.

“I’ll be fine, we’ll be fine, we’ll have the girls, your mom and sister.” She explained as he shut his eyes before sighing. She knew after what had happened last night, it would take him a while to adjust to leaving her without him around again.

“Alright.” He gave in causing her to smile. She leaned in and placed a chaste kiss on his lips surprising him.

“Happy Birthday Jiyongie.” She smiled pulling away as he smiled, hugging her.

“Thanks baby.” He whispered into her neck before they were interrupted by a knock on the door.

“Omo, that must be them.” She mentioned fixing the outfit she had decided to wear today.

“Oppa, go get ready for the day. I’ll get the door.” She announced as he nodded, kissing her forehead before walking down the hallway to their room. Her smile disappeared once he was out of sight, she turned to the door, hesitantly taking a step towards it. Suddenly she didn’t want to answer the door, she was scared.

“Hoku-ah! Jiyongie!” Unnie’s voice called on the other side, shaking her from her thoughts. She ran over and pulled it open, smiling in relief to who was standing on the other side.

“Omo Hoku-ah! Are you guys alright?!” Omma basically jumped across the opening into Hoku’s arms.

“Hoku-ah, look at you. Are you alright?” Unnie asked worried as Hoku smiled, hugging her to.

“I’m fine.” She answered letting them in as they kept their eyes on her.

“Where’s Jiyongie?” Omma whispered as Hoku chuckled and gestured down the hallway with her head.

“Getting ready for his meetings.” She whispered back as they nodded.

“Will you be alright to continue with the plans for tonight?” Unnie asked as Hoku sighed, putting a hand through her hair before nodding.

“It’s for Jiyongie, so I’ll be fine.” She answered before hearing the sound of his shoes coming down the hallway.

“Oh, Morning Omma, Unnie.” Jiyong announced smiling when he saw his family.
“Ah there you are Jiyongie!” Omma said with little too much enthusiasm.

“Meetings?” Unnie asked teasingly pulling on his collar as he snorted, pushing her hand away.

“Yes. You guys plan to stay here all day till I come home right?” He asked trying to reassure they wouldn’t leave her alone again. They easily nodded.

“Of course we will.” Omma mentioned as Jiyong nodded, turning to look at Hoku.

“Well I need to get going, are you sure you’ll be alright without me?” He asked studying her expression. Hoku looked to him before smiling.

“I’ll be fine Oppa, go! Before YG comes looking for you.” She teased as he smiled, leaning over and kissing her forehead.

“Love you baby.” He whispered as he smiled, watching as he walked over, kissing Elle on the forehead before leaving out the door.

“Alright, before we get started. Hoku-ah.” Omma addressed as Hoku stopped in her movements to the kitchen.

“Yes Omma.” She answered respectfully as Omma sighed.

“Are you sure you’re alright to continue? You don’t want to take a rest for a bit. Dami-ah and I can take care of things till you are ok.” Omma offered causing Hoku to smile.

“Thank you Omma but if I don’t busy myself with this, I think I may lose myself.” Hoku whispered causing Omma to sigh and nod towards the fragile child.

“It’s not healthy to hold it in Hoku-ah.” Dami mentioned as Hoku nodded, with her head hung low.

“I know, but I need to do this to keep my insanity. I don’t know what will happen if I do lose myself.” Hoku whispered causing Omma to nod.

“Alright, but if at any time you need to get out, let me know.” Omma reassured hugging Hoku who in turn accepted the hug.

“How is noona?” Seungri asked once they sat down in YG’s office. Jiyong sighed, rubbing his cheeks viciously before looking to s.

“She’s physically fine but you can tell she’s shaken up. She just won’t open up to me.” Jiyong whined as they nodded in understanding.

Youngbae received a text from Hoku just this morning informing him about the plan for tonight. The girls would be heading over to the club a few hours before the 8pm mark to set up and make sure everything was in place, along with welcoming all the guests. Youngbae was in charge of getting Jiyong there by 8pm for the surprise to be a success.

“Jiyong.” Youngbae called as his friend looked up from his phone.

“Hm?” he answered as Youngbae smiled.

“How about we all go out tonight?” Youngbae offered as the guys eyes shot open.

“Tonight? No, I can’t leave Hoku-ah alone again.” Jiyong offered quickly disagreeing.

“What if I told you Hoku-ah was already planning a girls night out with the girls, then can we go?” Youngbae asked as Jiyong slowly looked over to him.

“She is?” He asked as Youngbae nodded.

“Eden was so worried about what happened last night, she invited the girls to go over to our place for some sort of sleepover.” Youngbae explained uninterested as Jiyong hesitantly thought about it.

“Come on Hyung, even you need a break.” Daesung whined while TOP nodded.

“I hate to admit it bro, but we all need a break to ourselves. Too much has been going on lately.” TOP sighed as Jiyong sighed.

“I don’t know, I’ll think about it.” Jiyong explained.

The meeting was a meeting to discuss all of the guys solo schedules.

Daesung was off to do a Japanese Tour for his new album that would be released next week before his wedding. Well of course the tour wouldn’t be till after they came back from their honeymoon.

Youngbae would continue to work on his solo album along with assisting with a few others.

TOP would be finally finishing off his filming of his movie that had been put on halt because of difficulties with finding a new director.

Seungri would be in Japan, and become a host of some Japanese Variety Show, like he had always wanted.

As for G-Dragon, YG had offered as World Tour for his solo, but Jiyong had refused it so they settled on doing just an Asia one. Jiyong was in planning for a new music video soon. Everyone would soon be busy with their solo lives.
