She finally gained her memories back but at what extent. Days followed the sudden tragedy, she never left her room, she never left the corner she would huddle in for hours of each day. Everyone grew extremely worried even when they had finally announced after 4 days of searching that there were definitely no survivors.

“How is she Hyung?” Seungri asked hesitantly as they cleaned up breakfast from the morning. Ever since Jiyong had spilled that Hoku had retrieved her memories, but in the meantime had found out the news they were all dreading to give her, everyone was now constantly at Jiyong’s apartment hoping to help in any way they could. Jiyong sighed from his spot behind the sink before looking over to the living room full of s, at first he was more worried about TOP hyung, since he had taken the news the worst at first, but when everyone had found out about Hoku, he was the first one to run over worried.

“She still hasn’t moved.” Jiyong whispered in a shaky voice, he was so worried about her. Seungri nodded in understanding before a phone could be heard ringing around the room. It got extremely quiet as everyone began pulling out their phones to see whose it was only to see that it was Jiyong’s.
“Ji, it’s yours.” Youngbae pointed out as Jiyong quickly wiped his hands dry and walked over, hesitantly taking the phone to see that it was Hoku’s mother. She had been worried sick when she had also received the news about Tyra’s passing.

“Morning.” Jiyong answered trying to sound as happy as his heart would let him.

“Ah Jiyong, morning.” Paula answered sounding exhausted.

“How is she?” Paula asked as Jiyong turned his attention back down the hall to the still closed bedroom door.

“She remembers everything.” Jiyong whispered looking down to his hand shaking. Paula gasped.

“She does? How?” She asked frantic as Jiyong sighed letting the quiet tears fall as everyone quietly comforted him.

“She saw the news.” He whispered as Paula sighed, whimpering a bit.

“How is she?” She asked in a whisper this time causing Jiyong to bite his lip, hiding his face from everyone in the room.

“She’s not taking it too well.” He whispered through whimpers as the line got quiet.

“Jiyong.” Paula finally called after moments of silence.

“Take care of her alright?” Paula begged as Jiyong sniffled.

“She’ll need you now more than ever.” Paula added as Jiyong cried quietly nodding.

“Tyra’s mother is scheduling funeral plans.” Paula added as Jiyong nodded.

“I won’t force either one of you to go, especially Hoku in her current condition, I don’t think she should come.” Paula pointed out as Jiyong just stood there listening to everything she was saying.

“Comfort her Jiyong, just be there for her when she needs someone to talk to.” That’s the last thing Paula said before they finally hung up. Jiyong hung his head before sighing as he stared down at his phone in his hand.

“What’s up?” Daesung asked as Jiyong looked up hesitantly letting his eyes trail to his Hyung’s.

“Tyra’s mom is set up funeral arrangements but asked to keep it away from Hoku.” Jiyong whispered as Top hyung hung his head again.

“It’s best to keep it away from her, for her sake and the baby.” Steph whispered as they all nodded. Soon enough they were shaken from their thoughts by a knock at the door.

“You were expecting someone?” Selena asked being the closest to the door while Jiyong confusingly shook his head. Selena walked over to the door and opened it, immediately bowing to see YG plus the doctor who had taken care of Hoku when she had cracked her ribs.

“Ah Selena-ssi.” YG announced as she gestured for them to come in.

“Nice seeing you again Doctor.” Selena mentioned politely as they walked into the quiet room.

“Morning.” Doctor Jin announced as the members all respectfully nodded.

“How is she?” YG asked carefully keeping his eyes on the broken people around the room.

“She still hasn’t left the room.” Youngbae answered as YG nodded in understanding.

“I understand this is a rough time for all of us, but the Seoul Music Awards are this coming weekend.” YG explained as the members all nodded forcefully. No one wanted to do anything anymore, they wanted to stay here and forget about what was happening around them for once, but even life had to move on without your consent.

“I asked Dr. Jin here today to check on Hoku since she refuses to see a doctor.” YG then added as Jiyong hesitantly nodded, leading them down the hallway. He stopped hesitantly in front of the shut door before looking over his shoulder for some sort of reassurance from YG.

“We need to make sure the baby is alright.” YG offered as Jiyong quickly nodded, also worried about the child. He knocked on the door quietly, patiently waiting for an answer that never came.

“YG and Dr. Jin are with me.” Jiyong made sure to announce through the door in case she wasn’t decent. Jiyong took one last breath before pushing the door open slowly to the dim lit room, only being let by the small amount of sunlight shining through the cracks of her curtains. Hoku still had not left the spot in her room, tucked away in a corner just staring at the ground from her spot. Wrapped in her comforter, her feet lazily hanging out from under her blanket, hair a mess, eyes puffy with dried up tears resting on her cheeks, she looked a mess.

“Hoku-ah.” YG announced looking over to her distressed as Dr. Jin did. She didn’t move or even flinch at their voices as they walked in.

“Jiyong, close the door.” YG whispered as he nodded shutting the door before keeping his spot at the door, heartbroken at the sight.

“Hoku-ssi, it’s me, Dr. Jin.” Dr. Jin carefully introduced walking over slowly before kneeling on the ground in front of her. She didn’t show any expression.

“I’m just here to check on you and the baby, is it alright?” He asked worried as she finally moved, looking up through her messy bangs with nothing but an emotionless face. He slipped a pair of gloves on before nodding to her, letting her know that he just wanted to a do a few tests. Surprising enough, she sat there quietly, nodding and shaking her head to Dr. Jin’s various questions. He had a portable ultrasound machine he brought with him, able to do a quick ultrasound and sizing the child up before packing up his things.

“Hoku-ssi, drink plenty of water and get your rest alright?” Dr. Jin mentioned standing off the ground, as she wrapped her blanket around her before nodding and looking away.

“So?” YG asked in a whisper following both men out of the room.

“The baby’s fine.” He mentioned once Jiyong had shut the door.

“But she’s exhausted, and losing weight, quickly.” He whispered concerned as both men flashed a worried expression. She wasn’t only a mess, but she was slowly losing a battle with herself. What were they going to do in the small amount of time they had before the Seoul Music Awards?
