YG was a bit hesitant about continuing to allow Jiyong onto his schedules after what he found out. But after discussing it with Hoku, she didn’t want him to know just yet, plus she would be with the team today. There was no way something bad could happen, so he let it go while the authorities kept their eyes peeled for the psycho man.

“Morning Unnie!” Hoku chanted seeing both Dami Unnie and Omma Kwon waiting outside the lobby area along with Steph, Eden and surprisingly enough Crystal.

“Ah, there she is.” Omma Kwon announced as I hugged both Omma and Unnie before Unnie took the car seat from my arms, allowing me to hold the other bag comfortably.

“We’re just going to take her to breakfast with us, then meet you at the club.” Omma pointed out causing Hoku to smile and nod.

“We’re going to go shopping for some ingredients then get them to the house, then we’ll meet at the club.” Hoku answered back handing Omma Elle’s bag hesitantly.

“Ah by the way, these are my friends, Stephanie Choi, she’s Daesung’s fiancé.” Hoku immediately introduced as Omma Kwon squealed before pulling her into a hug.

“Congratulations dear! We can’t wait to go to the wedding.” Omma chirped causing Steph to smile.

“This is Eden, she’s Youngbae oppa’s wife and one of my best friends.” Hoku added as she hugged the pair.

“This is Crystal Doeing, she’s a foreign actress from the states, she’s TOP oppa’s other half.” Hoku introduced.

“Ah I knew I recognized you! It’s nice to meet you!” Dami smiled hugging the shy girl.

“And this is my cousin, Selena, she’s Seungri-ah’s girlfriend.” Hoku said lastly before they exchanged hugs before sighing.

“Are you sure dear, about all of this?” Omma asked seeing the hesitation on Hoku’s face, just staring at the car seat.

“Ah, yah, we’ll see you later.” Hoku quickly spoke before walking towards the van waiting for her.

“Is she alright?” Dami unnie asked as the girls nodded.

“She had a little incident last night, so she’s a bit stressed.” Selena answered as the pair looked to her worried.

“She’s fine though. We’ll see you later.” Selena bowed before running over to catch up with her cousin.

“It was so nice finally meeting you.” The other girls said before running over to the van.

Hoku watched as Dami and Omma drove away with her daughter in their car. It was the first time she had sent her away without her. And with everything going on around them, she had been a bit hesitant but if Michael had shown up while Elle wasn’t around, it would be better.

“Who invited her?” Hoku whispered over to Steph who looked up to see that she was gesturing about Crystal.

“Well we thought you would want her involved, I mean if you don’t we can drop her off.” Eden whispered back obviously hearing the question. Hoku hissed, slapping her friends arm annoyed.

“Thanks so much for going with us today Crystal!” Hoku chirped smiling as the shy girl turned back.

“I wanted to help so bad, I was so happy when Selena unnie called me this morning.” Crystal pointed out causing Hoku’s eyes to shoot open in surprise.

“Wow. I’m surprised also.” Hoku spoke causing Selena to roll her eyes.

“So the store?” Selena asked back shaking Hoku from her thoughts.

“Ah yah.” She answered pulling out her phone to see that Jiyong had texted her this morning.

It wasn’t the same waking up to an empty house and empty space next to me in bed. Please come back home T_T

She smiled at the cute icon used for a sad face before answering back.

Jiyong’s phone vibrated in his pocket as they waited backstage to a talk show they were making an appearance on.

I’ll think about it, but no promises. Elle woke up this morning crying, I’m sure she missed you too! ^_^ What a daddy’s girl!

Jiyong chuckled at the reference before writing back.

Did Omma and Noona come by yet?

Yah, we just left the apartment building, I’m on my way to the company building.

Jiyong sighed, looking up to the guys preoccupied with their own things.

Hoku sighed, looking out the window before looking back down to her phone.

I’ll be honest, I’ve never been so scared in my life but life has to go on. I can sit around a mope about it. I’ll talk to you later <3

She shut her phone and slipped it in her bag as they pulled up to the market.

“Alright, let’s get this over with.” Selena announced as everyone got out of the car.

“You’re coming with us Mr. Kim?” Hoku asked surprised when she saw Mr. Kim also climbing out. He chuckled and nodded.

“I’ve known Jiyong-ssi for a long time, I would like to help if possible.” He answered as Hoku smiled, stepping out of the van to the sidewalk.

“Thank you Mr. Kim.” Hoku thanked as he smiled and nodded. The girls quickly grabbed a few wagons before stepping into the large market.

“Here, take these. These are the various dishes we’ll be making. All the ingredients are on there that I’ll need. We’ll meet back at checkout.” Hoku explained handing each of them a list of ingredients as they nodded.

“Mr. Kim, go with Hoku-ah. She can’t be alone.” Eden quickly said as Hoku sighed.

“Of course.” He offered walking over to grab the basket from her.

“Omo, isn’t that Hoku-unnie?” A girl whispered to her friend as they dug through the sweets on a shelf.

“Omo, it is. She’s so pretty up close.” The other girl whined as they just stared at her shopping.

“Whose that man with her?” The other asked confused as the other shrugged.

“That isn’t Jiyong-oppa.” She pointed out as they got closer without being seen.
“Should we go over and say hi?” She asked her friend as they quietly squealed.

“Hoku-unnie.” A voice spoke as Hoku froze from grabbing a gallon of milk. Naturally Mr. Kim stepped up to Hoku’s side, staring seriously at the two young girls, probably in their early teens, still dressed in their school uniforms.

“Ah yes.” Hoku answered smiling hesitantly as the girls smiled.

“We’re so glad to finally see you. We tried to see you at the Big Show concert in Japan, but you left early.” One girl chirped causing her eyes to shoot open.

“That was a while ago.” Hoku pointed out surprised as they nodded.

“We’ve been cheering for you and Jiyong Oppa from the side lines!” They cheered as she smiled.

“Where’s Jiyong oppa and Elle-ssi?” They asked looking around as Hoku smiled.

“Ah, Elle is with Jiyong’s parents, Jiyongie’s at work.” Hoku explained as they looked to Mr. Kim.

“Who’s that?” They whispered pointing to Mr. Kim causing her to chuckle.

“Ah, he’s our driver and a close friend, Mr. Kim.” She explained as their eyes shot open.

“Omo, nice to meet you too.” They quickly bowed as Mr. Kim was taken back.

“Um, we’re sorry for bugging you unnie, you look busy but is it alright if we took a photo with you?” One asked shyly causing Hoku to smile and nod.

“Sure, it’s alright.” Hoku mentioned looking to Mr. Kim hesitant face.

“It’s alright Mr. Kim.” Hoku added as he took the girls cameras. Hoku allowed them to wrap their arms around her before smiling at the camera.

“Omo, unnie, you are so pretty up close.” One squealed causing Hoku to smile.

“You don’t even look like you just gave birth. I’m so jealous.” The other causing Hoku to blush.

“Thanks.” She thanked them as they bowed and ran off.

“I wish all his fans were like them.” Hoku whispered causing Mr. Kim to chuckle. This was one thing she could handle.
