Author’s POV…

Everyone was getting busy for the upcoming weekend heading their way faster than ever. Flights were being rechecked, hotel reservations double checked, guests double checked, everything with the wedding was being double checked. Being that Youngbae was a member of Big Bang, the wedding was called the wedding of the year in Korea. A lot of fans were extremely happy about the soon to be Mrs. Dong Youngbae and Taeyang finally getting married, but it was still nerve wrecking for everyone. The entire YG family had called off their schedules to be there, so everyone had been set to arrive in Jeju in a few days to help with preparations.

“You think Jiyong oppa will show up?” Stephanie asked Daesung as they sat on their flight over to Jeju. Steph and Dae were heading over earlier than the others since they got back early from Japan. Steph offered to check on the locations that were supposed to be set up for the day. Daesung just sighed, reaching over to hold her hand.

“We can only hope.” He mentioned back kissing her hand before smiling.

“Have you talked to him yet?” She then asked before he shook his head, looking over to the row next to them.

“I tried to yesterday but he locked me out of the studio.” Daesung explained before Steph sighed.

“This is outrageous. What could Hoku be thinking to put Jiyong through this?” Steph muttered slightly annoyed before feeling his hand clench slightly on hers. She looked over to his understanding eyes.

“Steph, she was fragile to start with, just imagine how much she fell apart through everything?” Daesung asked over as Steph hung her head. He was right, Selena was right, they both had told her the same thing, but still having to see Jiyong hurt so much was killing her. They arrived in Jeju, welcomed by the mass of fans waiting in the airport that were all hoping to catch a glance of the idols that were scheduled to fly in soon.

“Alright, so what’s first?” Daesung asked over once they shut the door of the car they rented.

“We need to go check the beach location.” Steph mentioned as he nodded starting the car before pulling out towards the location.

“Dae?” Steph called as he nodded never leaving his eyes from the road.

“If we got married, you think your family would be ok with that?” She asked hesitantly before he chuckled.

“Oh! Does my Jagiya want to tie the knot too?” He asked over amused only causing her blush to brighten.

“Oppa.” She whined as he chuckled before looking back to the road.

“I don’t know, they sort of need to meet you before any of that.” Daesung teased causing her to laugh and nod.
“Yah, I guess your right there.” She whispered smiling out the window.

“They’ll be here this weekend, so you’ll finally get to see them.” He added while she nodded nervously.

“Have you talked to Tyra-noona lately?” He changed the subject causing her to look over and confusingly nod.

“Yah, yesterday, why?” she asked as I sighed, quickly switching lanes.

“Hyung hasn’t been himself lately.” Daesung explained while Steph just shrugged confused.

“Not himself, how?” She asked as he looked out the rear view mirror.

“Well, he’s usually the one that Teddy Hyung calls to talk to Jiyong, but now he calls me or Youngbae because Hyung doesn’t answer anymore.” Daesung mentioned before she nodded looking away in thought.

“Well Tyra’s still Tyra on our side.” She answered before he sighed and nodded.

“I just thought that something may have happened for him to be so distant all of a sudden.” He admitted.

“Oppa!” Eden shouted through Big Bang’s apartment as she dashed in.

“What? What?” He asked running in frantic by the way she sounded. He ran to her, pulling her into his chest confused.

“Why are you crying? What’s wrong?” He asked confused and concerned.

“They’re fighting again.” She cried as he pulled away from her to see her face.

“Who is?” He asked as she pointed to the door of the apartment only to hear the faint yelling.

“Tyra and Oppa.” She pointed as he sighed, slipping his feet into his shoes before walking out to their apartment that had moved to the same floor as them just a few doors down.

“This again.” Youngbae whined feeling Eden clinging to his arm as they walked down the hallway towards the open apartment door.

“All I asked was where you were last night?” Top asked over to a fuming Tyra who just continued to yell.

“I was out! Where else would I be?!” She shouted back tossing the controller at him, he barely dodged it. This is how it had been for a few months now; she would disappear sometimes to come back to the apartment drunk and a mess, late. He didn’t dare ask questions because he was afraid to know where she was or who she was with. But last night was their 7 months anniversary of them dating, and she had blown him off.

“Do you know what last night was? Or do you even give a damn?!” He shouted back at her causing her to snort.

“Why does it matter to you anyways?! You’re so busy with your damn movie!” She shouted back surprising him before he sighed, massaging his head.

“Ty, we’ve had this conversation before, this movie is important to me.” He whined now feeling as if he was being attacked by her.

“Yah, seems like it, more important than me too.” She scoffed wiping her furious tears before trying to get past him, only for him to grip onto her shoulders.

“I’m not done talking to you!” He shouted before she hissed slapping his face.

“Hey!” A voice shouted into the room as they looked over to see Youngbae and Eden standing in the doorway, witnessing everything.

“Get out.” Tyra hissed at Top, pushing him away from her before she walked down the hall, slamming the door shut.

“Geez, are you ok Hyung?” Youngbae asked walking over to check on his Hyung only to be shrugged off. They both stood there, watching as Top ignored their presences and left the apartment.

“Why is all of this happening at such a time?” Youngbae mumbled to him turning to the torn up living room that seemed as it just witness a tornado.

“Maybe it’s a bad omen.” Eden mentioned causing Youngbae to quickly look over.

“Don’t you say that, we’ve gone through enough.” He whispered hurt before she sighed, walking over to pull him into her arms.

“You should go check on Oppa, I’ll check on Tyra.” Eden mumbled into his shoulder, taking in his scent before pulling away. She placed her hands on his cheeks, making sure that he was alright before he nodded. She smiled in relief before kissing his lips gently. Why was everything falling apart at such a time?

Few Days Later…

“You got everything?” Hoku’s mother asked to the couple currently packing the back of her parents car.

“Mom, for the last time, I got it.” Hoku whined causing Michael to chuckle at her annoyed face.

“Alright, alright, let’s get you to the airport before you miss your flight.” Her mother urged as they climbed into the car before heading off to the airport.

“So what did your father ask you to do for him while you’re up there?” Her mother asked over, eavesdropping on the conversation the financial family members were having before they left. Hoku sighed from her seat before looking over.

“Father has been trying to expand the company beyond the states, and when he financed Big Bang’s trip at the beginning of the year, YG put word out for him, so there are a few groups that need financial aid this year.” Hoku explained in monotone, nervously speaking the group’s name before her mother nodded.

“Mikey, you make sure to keep my baby girl safe and out of harm’s way, you hear me?” her mother asked back seriously to the man sitting in the back seat.

“No need to tell me twice.” Michael mentioned back as both women chuckled. They pulled up to LAX and climbed out, pulling their bags out of the car and to the curb.

“You make sure to eat right and take your pre-natal vitamins every morning.” He mother warned again while she fixed her outfit.

“Mom.” Hoku whined again.

“Take care alright?” Her mother went back to being worrisome, hugging her daughter.

“Mom, I’ll take care of myself, don’t worry. Just make sure you remember to feed Jolie every morning.” Hoku whispered back to her mother before stepping away. Her mother hopped into the car and left the couple on the curb.

“You alright?” A voice asked feeling a hand slowly find its way into hers. Hoku just sighed loudly looking over to the man next to her before nodding.

“I’m fine, let’s go.” She urged reaching down for one of the bags only to have it ripped out of her hand.

“No heavy things.” He pointed out carrying everything into the airport area with her on his tail. She was nervous to say the least, she didn’t know what was waiting for her back in Korea and she wasn’t sure if she was ready for it. But sooner or later she would have found her way there, will everything be alright when they meet?
