20 | Seotiger is in love

 

 

Open - close - Open... And another close and open, Yoona almost didn't breath upon seeing herself so close with her boss. She only relaxes and melted when she realized the last thing she remember last night. Seohyun never left her waist. Never leave her so close. 

 

It never fails her -- she flutters and an unconscious genuine smile spread across her face. But much to her dismay, she frown when she was reminded by the confession last night. Instead of saying a word, she decided to sleep. But that was the best decision she can do. She's tired, and the girl was too. 

 

Yet, her smile once again can be seen. As then, her mind crosses the sharing session she did last night. That was such a good move from the latter. She can now feel how much trust she put into her.

 

"Thank You. Thank You for trusting me, Boss." whispers her, as she gently pressed her lips against the girl's forehead. A sweet smile crept into her lips, as she caresses the girl's face. Letting out an audible sigh, she was about to lean in again to kiss her cheeks, when she saw her eyes opening slowly. "Good morning." Whispers her again.

 

The address girl looked at her in the eyes, smiling widely instantly. But suddenly, her lips pouted, as she utters, "Good morning, Yoonggator. Can you give me a morning kiss?"

 

It was obviously an aegyo. Yoona cringe, but she kissed her forehead again since she ask it.

 

"Good morning." and then, she added.

 

Seohyun is not convinced. She tightened her hold around the doe-eyed's waist, close her eyes and purse her lips forward, as she mumbles in the process, "Kiss my lips rather, Yoonggator." 

 

"What?" Yoona didn't expect it. "Are you out of your mind?"

 

"Come on. I'm not going to let go of you if you're not kissing my lips. Pweaseeeeeshhhh Yoongieeeeee... " Seohyun did not mind at all and show her aegyo. Her mood is pretty much so good, how could she drop it?

 

"B-But... Boss... " Yoona quietly whined. But it only made the hold tighter. And right there, her lips are so cute, pursing so close to hers. She got breathless for a couple of seconds. And then, her legs are weakening.

 

"I am serious, Yoonggator... " 

 

"..."

 

"Or I will kiss you?"

 

*sigh*

"Fine." Can't complain anymore. Yoona bit her bottom lip, slowly raised her hand from the side, to hold Seohyun's cheeks, and tuck her hair behind her ears. Her heart beats are on it again. But this time, it's really nerve rocking. This is gonna be the first time she's going to kiss her.

 

The girl smiled at her touch, yet, purse her lips back.

 

 'Oh man, why is she so cute acting like this? She's really taking this advantage.' Sighing, She inch closer and closer until just an inch, she slightly til her head to the right, close her eyes and captured her boss' lips successfully. She quickly pulled away though. "There. G-Good morning Again." stammered her, biting her lip eventually. Heck, cheeks are so red.  

 

Seohyun smiled from ear to ear. It was so sweet, yet, so innocent move. She peck three times to Yoona's lips before finally letting go and happily jumps off of the bed. "Happy morning, my Yoonggator!!!" as then, she rushes to the shower room, totally happy indeed.

 

Yoona was left in the bed, dumbfounded. But totally like an idiot person, smiling from ear to ear. She literally pulled the covers on her head and toss around and around, squealing at the same time.

 

Seohyun in the shower, she's singing a happy song. Unlike the other days, she felt so positive this time. Both in heart and her mission for the company. 'It's gonna be a good day, from now on'.

 

As Yoona finally stop squealing under the covers, she sat up and fixed her hair. She kick herself out of the bed and casually moves to the closet. In which, she had a long sigh, realizing that she has no choice and wear her original clothes. They had wash it anyway. But thinking of going back to the city with the same clothes she left the city, it's like she had never wore anything. But speaking of going back, her thoughts crosses her brother. The boy has been asking for a souvenir. She might open her purse later for her brother. Suddenly, her phone rings. She just casually reached for it on top of the night stand. Much to her surprise, it's Jessica.

 

"Jess!" Yet, she has no reason to decline such call. "Good morning." She sweetly greeted in addition.

 

[Ahem, And so are you, Yoong. Anyway, you're now leaving the resort later, right?]

 

"Yup. After we'll get the songs and probably a contract signing. Why?"

 

[I'm leaving now. Nicole will continue her prize somehow. Would you mind seeing me here? I'm in the parking lot. I want to say goodbye, at least.]

 

Yoona chuckles. "We're still going to see in the city, anyway. But as you wish. Wait for me for about... 3 minutes?"

 

[Yikes! I'll be waiting~]

 

With that, Yoona ended the call. She was about to leave when she thought of acknowledging her boss. So she rushes immediately to the shower room. "Boss, I'll be just outside. I'm going to order for our breakfast and... to say goodbye to Jessica as well."

 

"Just don't take long. We're still meeting Auntie and my cousin." was all that she heard from the younger girl. Yoona smiled at the bright response. She give the door a knock for twice before she finally left the room.

 

It took only less than 3 minutes though. Jessica was glad to see her friend before she could leave. She didn't mind what she wears and just pulled her for a hug. Yoona simply give her the hug.

 

"Thanks for yesterday. Though it was cut short." Yoona whispers. She felt bad for it, but she doesn't want to apologize. She and Jessica had fun, after all.

 

"It's okay. I know your first priority as of the moment is your work. Listen... think it a lot of times Yoona. Coz I don't want to see you regretting in the end. If needed, you can have a break in your parents' house. In your province. You know, to have the right mind before seeing me in Sunday." 

 

Yoona smiled at Jessica's suggestion. She didn't respond. Instead, she gives her squeeze before pulling back. 

 

"Remember, An SSA officer is not coward. Whether personally or in the field. Be strong, Okay?" Jessica softly utters, as she smiled and cupped Yoona's face. The girl simply nodded her head. She then leaned in and kissed her on the lips. "I'll be going now, Yoong." Letting go of her, she turned and finally stepped into the car. 

 

Yoona stepped back, and wave at their Director. "I'll see you back in the city."

 

"I'll see you soon." Jessica snickers, before she drives off.

 

Yonna bit her lip once again, realizing that she got Jessica's kiss as well. For a freaking morning, both girls kisses her. 'Damn. I feel like I'm dating two girls.' She chuckles, amusingly.

 

As she her back, ready to leave, she caught the sight of Yuri, entering the lounge. She's holding a guitar and a backpack on her back she's carrying. She immediately catches up on her, before she could loses the girl.

 

"What's up?" She gives her a light punch on her upper arm. Yuri almost jumps in surprise. But she ends up punching her lightly as well. "Are you going to share the songs you promise now?" ask her additionally, while they're taking the elevator.

 

Yuri hold up her guitar. "What can you see?"

 

"A guitar."

 

"Tsk,tsk obviously. I'm sharing it later. Have you guys eaten breakfast?"

 

"Oh sh*t! I am suppose to order us breakfast!" Yoona literally smack her forehead and whine at the same time.

 

"No worries, I'll just call them." Yuri assuringly smiled before taking her phone out and quickly had a phone call with a chef. She put it back on her pocket and shared Yoona and thumbs up.

 

"Thank You." was all that Yoona can say. Being a friend to one of the owners of thw resort is really an adavantage.

 

"No problem. By the way, I'm going with you guys. I mean, I'm going to the city with you guys. That's after the meeting later.

 

"Hmm, I was kind of thinking of that, too. That's a great idea then."

 

"And, before I forgot, I want to tell you that... I am taking Seohyun with me."

 

"Yes? What do you mean?"

 

"I just found out she's living alone? Like I've said, she's still recovering. It's a bad idea if she's alone. That's if... You'll volunteer and live with her?" Yuri grinned teasingly.

 

"What?! No! I seriously can't! I have my own condo. And for your information I'm living with my younger brother. I would be so weird If I'll tell him I'm living out our condo."

 

Yuri chuckles at Yoona's defensive reaction. But she was right anyway  "Okay. So I'm taking my cousin with me. I'll just send you a message in regards to my address."

 

"I understand why you are doing this though. You have my approval. But I don't know with Boss. You know, she used to be alone."

 

"I don't know also if Seohyun have told you. But I and my cousin are close even before meet again."

 

"She shared that last night."

 

"Whoa? She did?"

 

Yoona chuckles softly. "Well, not just that. Everything that she had been sad of, she shared it. Including... Um... hehe yeah, she shared it." She's suppose to share her boss' confession, but she immediately thought it's not good to share. She awkwardly smiled at the tan girl.

 

"Hmm, Okay. So you're now aware of her past?"

 

"Yes. I feel so sad for her. I felt so bad now that I wasn't able to be by her side when she's needing someone yesterday." Yoona sighed, heavily.

 

"For me, it's good she had regain her memories though. Because, I would feel complete as a person. And of course, I know we have to move on. Leave the past behind and face the present and future with braveness."

 

Yoona just smiled, has nothing to say anymore. All that Yuri have said are true. There's no more to add with. But she must admit, she got concern with Yuri's idea, of taking Seohyun with her. Not that she doesn't trust her, she just couldn't monitor over her boss anymore. Her security cameras are only installed in the girl's penthouse.

 

"Um, by the way... can you lend me Jessica's number? I didn't get to give her the resort's gift for her. I was thinking of giving it personally to her?" Yuri hesitantly changed the topic, which caused Yoona to look at her weirdly. She chuckled incredulously.

Seohyun was hesitant -- as she took the guitar in the corner Yuri has told her to pick up. She wasn't sure if she's going to do it or not, but the girl is so persistent. So she picked it up and went back where the girl is currently sitting to a sofa.

 

"I don't know if you still remember this song or even strum a guitar. But we used to sing this in the river Hyun. Follow me, Okay? Even though you like club music now." Yuri smiled, so smuggly. Then, as she strums the guitar, Seohyun looked at her chords. That very moment, she was all reminded by the memories of her and Yuri. Every time they would go to the river with Athena, Yuri will bring her two guitar, and they would sing a lot of song. But their most favorite is 'Gift Of A Friend'. And that's exactly the song Yuri is singing while strumming the guitar.

 

 

Unconsciously, she instinctively strum the guitar - singing the song that instant with Yuri. Both are smiling as they harmonize to one another. Memories from their childhood came rushing before their eyes, making the atmosphere so good for the both of them. 

 

While they're both are so into the song, Yoona cautiously walked in to the room, holding a paper bag, that contains for their snack. She immediately caught the two singing. And much to her surprised, she was surprised to hear Seohyun singing with those vocals.

 

"Whoa." was all that she can say, as she took her seat, just nearby the sofa they're sitting. She's definitely speechless. Eyes are fixed to Seohyun, lips parted, agape. 'She... she really can sing?'

 

"You." Boa who is next to her nudge her. She sheepishly glance at the older girl only, before finding back her eyes to her boss. She really can't believe yet, she has good vocals. Unlike the image what she caught in the club, this is way better. She look so innocent and sweet.

 

"You'll change inside when you realize.

The world comes life and everything's right from beginning to end when you have a friend by your side."

 

"That helps you define the beauty you are when you open your heart and believe in the gift of a friend..."

 

As the two keeps on singing, the more Yoona is now understanding the song. She looked at Yuri, the girl is as almost the same. She can see through her eyes - she loved her cousin dearly. Her care for the girl is so far from what she had expect. She can now truly approve her, taking care of her boss. Despite her worries that she can not continue monitoring the girl anymore.

 

"Yoona." With a slight elbow to her side, She snapped back to reality, turning her head to Mrs. Kwon instantly.

 

"Yes?"

 

"Yah! I've been asking you about Nicole." Boa said for the 3rd time. 

 

"What about her?" Yoona made a few blinks, totally puzzled.

 

"I was asking if who is Nicole to you? She seems close enough with you? Well, don't get me wrong, I just noticed it on the race yesterday." Boa explains her side, simply.

 

"I see. Um, she's my best friend. We go -- We go the same company the last time." Yoona sheepishly answered, avoiding her real identity as an SSA officer.

 

"Hmm, I see."

 

"It's jut lucky and they're both here. So yeah, hehe."

 

"How about Jessica?" Boa raised her brows, curious.

 

"They're cousins. Um... She is also my friend."

 

"She seemed closer? Or what?"

 

Yoona chuckled nervously. "Not that closer. But all three of us are close." She sighed at the end of her sentence.

 

"Hmm, that explains. But they also knows my niece?" 

 

"Yup."

 

"Not as good friends, No?" Boa giggles, slightly,
