12 | First night 1.2

 

 

[Bluemoon Hotel]

 

 

 

"The five part time girls working at night just left the Hotel, Mister Kwon."

 

One man sitting on his leather chair, inside one particular room in the hotel nodded in understanding to the information he learned for. He looked at the resumes of these five girls in his desk and check on two particular girls. "These nursing student and a bartender was included?"

 

"Yes, Mister Kwon."

 

He smiled at the thought. "That's good..."

 

"Um, Mister Kwon... We are really deeply sorry that they aren't good for their work. Next time, we'll hire more suitable to their job. I'm so sorry." The head of the hotel bowed in apologies.

 

Mister Kwon didn't say anything at all about his complaint to the staffs he requested to be out. Instead, he just simply got up and walked out the room, leaving the head of the hotel with a question in his head.

 

"I wonder why he complained about them? I don't neither think Seohyun is bad to be kick out. Aigoo, guests are so weird sometimes. Tsk,tsk."

[Han River Park]

 

 

 

"Hmm... the air is so refreshing... thank you so much." One girl can no longer think of anything but to say her thanks for another girl, who sent her in Han River's park. And apparently, it's making her feel good now. She must been so down lately that she just appreciated the air outside. It feel so good and really heal her aching heart.

 

"I'm glad you are Okay now." Yoona smiled so warmly, as she watches the stars above her. She was lying at her car's hood whilst the other girl is sitting. She's just next to her. "Look, the stars are so bright tonight."

 

Seohyun looked down to the girl, smiling inwardly. "Why Han River though?"

 

"You don't know but this place is always special for me. It's my mother's favorite place out of the places in Seoul."

 

"Not surprising. It's really good here. Really peaceful." Said Seohyun, as she finally lie back, and smile big time to witness a lot of bright stars. Like they're shining for her. Somehow gives her comfort. She sighed and closes her eyes. Yoona who was quietly watching her, has the same joy in her face. She didn't mind saying anything anymore as she also closes her eyes - savoring such moment with the girl. How ironic that she can feel that beat of her heart again. Yes, only beating like this while the latter is around her.

 

Seohyun, she was totally overwhelmed by this. Not just because Yoona brought her to this special place her mother loves, it was also because the doe-eyed is so kind. The choding is really kind for catching her right away when she's about to fall. How lucky she must be that the girl is her friend. And yes, she won't never disappoint her. She won't ever take advantage of her kindness.

 

For a while, they stayed quiet, just allowing each other to give this moment of peace and relaxation as well. It was all like that until one of them speak.

 

"I'm still wondering why did they fired you?" Yoona had open her eyes. "It's not really good to fire someone without any valid reason."

 

Slowly, Seohyun also opened her eyes. "It was unexpected... for my part. Really. But you know, I thought of guest complain. What if... a guest doesn't like my performance? I don't know but it's the only thing that came to my mind."

 

Yoona forcibly turned to face Seohyun. "Complain? That's ridiculous! I don't think someone will complain even for you."

 

"Is that suppose to make me feel good? But serious... You don't know - just what if."

 

"Then shouldn't they tell you that. Instead of kicking you out without any reasons? That's honestly rude."

 

"Aigoo, No need to think of it then. Relax, will you?" Chuckling, Seohyun tried not to laugh. Yoona sounded so protective over her.

 

Looking away, as she turned to the sky, Yoona deep a sigh. "I just don't want to see you hurting. It's like... my friend is being taken advantage."

 

"Whatever it is, I hope this won't happen to anyone. Me is enough."

 

Yoona was left speechless, staring back to the girl next to her. "Aigoo... "

 

"I think three weeks is enough... for me search for a job again."

 

"You're not declining my offer, right?"

 

Seohyun finally returned Yoona's gazes on her. "And during that three weeks, I'm also working for you." She smiled, reassuringly.

 

Yoona returned the smile, but can't help it and get drown by the latter's soft gazes. Once again, she was reminded that she's liking how she stare at her. 

 

Seohyun on the other hand, can't hold back and stared at Yoona quietly as well. As if both of them had decided to stare into each other's eyes, under the bright night sky.

 

"Have I mentioned?"

 

"Hmm?"

 

"You have beautiful eyes."

 

Seohyun blushed profusely. She didn't answer, instead, close her eyes. Yoona leaned forward and kissed her forehead. That made her smile - in contempt. However, confused.

 

Meanwhile, at the other side of the city, Sunny was finally breathing peacefully, watching the young lad -- Daniel -- Sleeping next to her, holding his baby bottle in both hands. It made her giggle, as she watches his lips still moving against the of the bottle. But she must admit, she was fluttered, always. Watching a super naughty sleeping because she made him sleep is quiet an achievement. Not all people can do that to him. Sooyoung and Soyou weren't able too.

 

"Danny, Aunt Sunny is sorry." However, watching Daniel like this just made her felt so sorry. He recalled during Seohyun's delivery, she was there. And she witnessed all the pain Seohyun had to endure just for his son to live. "Aunt Sunny is so bad to you and to your mother... But... hopefully... you will forgive me - you and your mother... in time you'll get to learn this." a single tear rolled down her cheeks, as she also closes her eyes to sleep.

 

 

 

 

2 days later... ]

 

 

Camera on standby, Yoona had a smirk on her face once she had put the camera to a selfie stick. She was using a go pro hero, which is more convenient unlike the last time. Especially now, she's driving her car - going to the Seo residence.

 

"Well, I must say... yesterday was pretty much busy. I've done a lot of things. From magazine cover, contract signing with my new show, to auditioning for a lead role. Yes, you heard it right, Yoonaddicts. Im Yoona is really damn busy. One more thing, I will die. Hahaha! Um... ahem... However, I know I must go on. Because you know what? Someone has been occupying my mind. And nope... not certainly I'm dating anyone. It's a kid. Of course, my partner in this show. Hehe... Whoa! Let's go for a ride." She winked to the camera, before turning it around - so the camera is pointing to the road. She speed up, already got too excited to be able to arrive so early there.

 

It's like a miracle, 30 minutes later only, she arrived in front of the Seo Apartment. Oddly enough, she got nervous when she heard Seohyun's voice first. Yet, she was glad and it replace by a happy beating of heart once she had seen her face.

 

"Wait, Daniel is having his poo. Mind if you close the camera first?" Doesn't want to be caught on cam, Seohyun requested to put the camera down.

 

"Yeah sure." Yoona turned off the camera as she walked in to the apartment. Right then, Seohyun went back to the room after hearing her son's call. Yoona was on the couch waiting, impatiently. Her legs are a bit shaky, but it's enough for her to stay still.She keeps on looking around the mini living room, as if it will keep her company. But to her dismay, she end up getting up and walked to the stairs. Thus, stopped just in the 2nd step and went back again to the couch. She play with her camera this time. And at least, it gives her company.

 

But soon enough, Daniel came out the room, too excited and just run downstairs. She quickly got up and almost had to sit again when the latter jumps to her - almost knocking her off, if she didn't catch her on time. She chuckles, stepping backwards.

 

"You missed me too much no?"

 

Daniel was jumping up and down. "Sooo much!!! Noona"

 

"But I never missed you." Yoona joked.

 

"Liar! You bought me an airplane!"

"Just because I bought you one I already missed you? How about I just want to give you that?"

 

"NO! I DON'T BELIEVE IN YOU!" Daniel shouted then pouted sadly.

 

"But really I don't miss you at all." Yoona continued her drama. She also pout her lips.

 

Out of a sudden, Daniel is wailing in the floor. "I hate you. I hate you!!! I hate Yoona Noonaaa!!!"

 

"Omo. Omo. Stop it!!!"

 

Seohyun went out chuckling. "Baby stop that. Big boy doesn't do that anymore."

 

"But she doesn't miss me Omma." Daniel got up, sobbing dramatically. 

 

"Is it true Yoong?" Seohyun ask, as she pick her son up.

 

"Um, I was just kidding ya know. Danny so easy to be fooled." Giggles Yoona.

 

"Hmph." Snubbing the doe-eyed, Daniel went upstairs running again.

 

"Omo. Did I just pissed him off?"

 

"Want to have some tea for a while?"

 

"Um, You're not concern?"

 

"My son? He's not mad Yoong. Just wait and see." Seohyun took her seat to the couch instead. She has a meaningful smile all over her face.

 

"Hmm? What do you mean?" Yoona took the front couch.

 

Seohyun doesn't need to answer anymore. As Daniel can be seen climbing downstairs already. Yoona looked behind, frowning to see thr young boy carrying his airplane and a helicopter. She got up, pointing to the toys with her lips parted. "A-are you kidding me? Are you going to bring that with us?"

 

Daniel has cute smile. "Of course. Mickey and Minnie should be with us."

 

"Mickey? Minnie? What?" Yoona chuckles. "What are you talking about. Oh, I think it's Who. Who are you talking about?"

 

"Mickey is My Airplane and Helicopter is Minnie." 

 

Yoona raised her brows. "Does that mean, I'm Mickey?"

 

"And I'm obviously, Minnie." Seohyun giggled, as she got up and face her son. "And why do you think of naming it?"

 

"It's easier to have names. And besides, Omma... Mickey and Minnie are now my favorite cartoon characters." Daniel said, as his eyes formed into a crescent moon.

 

Yoona and Seohyun exchange gazes, sharing the same smile.

 

"And Helicopter and Airplane are my favorites!" Daniel added, hugging the two toys tightly in front of them.

 

Seohyun approached her son and crouch down to fixed her son's hair. She pulled him for a hug briefly before pulled back and kissed his cheeks. "Mickey and Minnie will be with you... but... "

 

"What?"

 

"Don't leave it anywhere. You know you and Yoona Noona are going outside -- to the mall."

 

"Promise Omma."

 

"I know you would. Because you are my son." Seohyun let out a soft chuckle, before she got up and faced the quiet doe-eyed behind again. "Yoong, it's a two days of filming. Don't hesitate and call me about him."

 

"No problem, Daniel's mother." Yoona winked charmingly to Seohyun.

 

"Yah! Let's just go Noona! Omma, I'll see you tonight?" Daniel looked up to his mother.

 

"Aigoo, of course." Seohyun smiled back sweetly to her son. She caressed his cheeks for a while and once again smiled to the deer. The latter also smiled back at her only, before turning to the kid under them.

 

"Alright, shall we?"

 

"LET'S GO!" Daniel couldn't get his excitement hold anymore. He practically runs to the door and exited without closing it.

 

Giggling, Yoona was about to follow the young boy when Seohyun pulled her back. "Wae?" She confusedly looked at her.

 

"I was thinking, since it's Saturday... can I go to the mansion today? I know it's only every night, but I don't have anything to do except laundry and paying for our rent. Can I start to work this afternoon? That's if it's okay for you." Seohyun wasn't desperate to save money right away - but thinking she'll be bored the entire day, she wants to use this opportunity and know the other maids and perhaps, to memorize every rooms in that big mansion.

 

A big grin crosses Yoona's features as she pulled a keys out of her pocket. "I knew this would come. Here. It's the key in my room, entrance and exit door, laundry room, kitchen, library and... gym room."

 

"Gym?"

 

"Well, I do some gym too... a long time ago. But now, I'm just really so skinny, I wasn't allowed now. Um, The key for gym room is always with these keys. So yeah. Hehe. Oh! Before I forgot, you should see the head - Miss Narsha. She'll be the one touring you there." Yoona put the keys to Seohyun's palm. The young mother surprised her with a warm hug. Yet, she couldn't hold back and slowly wrapped her arms around her shoulders. "Better do all the chores before I get home."

 

"Thank You. I'll do my best always. Don't worry." Seohyun said sincerely. She pulled back and smiled gratefully towards the doe-eyed.

 

"I know... you're always the best... Hyunnie~"

 

"Liar! Just go now." Seohyun chuckles, pushing Yoona towards the door now. The doe-eyed could only comply. Yet, before she runs to the car, she suddenly her back and stole the young mother a kiss on the cheeks. She animatedly runs to the car. Leaving Seohyun blushing once again.

 

"Omma, I love you!"

 

Daniel shout before Yoona also shouted,

 

"I love Daniel's mother too!" and drives off immediately.

 

"Such a choding." said Seohyun, touching her left cheek. She shrugs and decided to go back inside to begin her chores at home. Before going for a work, she should do it also at home.

 

 

 

 

[Lotte Mall]

 

 

Just another thirty minutes of drive, Yoona had pull the car over in the parking lot carefully. She took her own seat belt off of her, before she also did it with Daniel. The young boy was staring at her, as if he wanted to say something.

 

"What?" 

 

"Why did you kiss Omma on the cheeks?" 

 

The question made Yoona covered their camera through a handkerchief, before facing the young boy back. "Why did you ask?"

 

"I ask you first. Answer it first." Daniel said, wiggling his eyebrows.

 

"Um... because I want to nothing else." Yoona just simply answered, flushing lightly. She was about to add more words but Daniel interrupted her.

 

"Do you like Omma?" With another question.

 

Smiling awkwardly, Yoona answered, "Yes. But because she's easy to like. Like you - I like you as well, Danny."

 

"Chincha?" Again, Daniel let his eyes formed like a crescent moon.

 

"Of course... that's if you behave later. Hehe... " warned the young rookie actress. Then, she got the camera again and stepped out of the car and proceeds to open the car door for Daniel.

 

"You should also behave so Daniel will like Yoona Noona." 

 

Yoona softly chuckled. "I am always behave."

 

"When?"

 

Yoona had stop momentarily. She looked at Daniel into his eyes and slightly leaned forward. Smiling widely, Daniel cupped Yoona's cheeks in both hands and pressed it together. "You kissed Omma on the cheeks. You shouldn't do that." He pinch her cheeks right after.  

 

"Hehe, is that what you mean?"

 

"Not only that. A lot more I can't tell. So can we bring Mickey and Minnie in the mall?"

 

Yoona was surprised with the sudden change of topic. "If you will carry them all by yourself, It's okay."

 

"But they're big." Daniel pouted.

 

"Then it's a no. Now, get out there." Yoona quickly picked Daniel up and close the door. She made sure it was lock, while she held the selfie stick back again. 

 

"Bye bye, Mickey... bye bye Minnie. YoonDanny will go out first." And before going inside, Daniel made sure he had waved goodbye to his toys, which was apparently at the back seat.
