Noises from the next room is waking Yoona up from her deep slumber. It had been a while since she got awaken not by her alarm clock.

 

She took her time adjusting before she completely can tell herself she's awake. Letting out a hug yawn while she's making her way out, she passes on Seohyun's room, noticing the door is widely open. She walked inside but only by the door as she decided to just watch her with her right shoulder blade against the door and her arms are crossing.

 

She is so proud, watching her punching the punching bag with her bare fist without breaking it.

 

It's been three weeks since she started the training and two weeks since she figured how to control it. On its first week, she replaces the punching bag for twenty times. It was a hella week but it was worth a penny when she can now see how she has progressed. She's really serious about it.

 

One vampire could really be doubtful if she's still a vampire because of how good she is controlling her strength. It's like watching an amateur boxer, growing to become the best and a champion in the world.

 

Yoona is not only proud of her but also for herself because all the sacrifices paid off. And during those sacrifices, she totally has fallen deeper with the young vampire. The kiss and the time she spent with her are enough to make her realize how much she wanted to protect her and take care of her. Even though she hasn't confessed, her feelings for the latter is obvious that even Seulgi can tell she's a whip.

 

"Isn't it too early for that?" Yoona finally broke her silence, stopping the young vampire from her training as she turns her attention to her.

 

"Hey, you up?" Seohyun breathlessly ask. She took a face towel from the edge of her bed and wipe off the sweats she couldn't believe she's producing. She couldn't even feel exhausted but sweats are unbelievably dropping her head, like she's now a human? "Do you think I should stop now?"

 

Yoona approached the younger girl. "Maybe just when you think you like it?" She holds the punching bag for her in the process. "I mean, it's not that important anymore since you have successfully reached your goal."

 

"Chincha?" Seohyun didn't think twice and she punched the bag, almost knocking the deer down because she didn't give her a warning but the punching bag was dripping with the sand coming out.

 

Agape, Yoona then cleared . "No problem, we can easily replace this." she awkwardly smile.

 

"I'm sorry." Seohyun sheepishly replied while rubbing her head.

 

"Just don't do it next time." Yoona reminded.

 

"I'll clean up this mess." Seohyun hastily get a broom to clean up her room.

 

Yoona who walked out the room and meet with the younger halfway when she returns, smiles even the proudest. It's almost a month now and she has seen changes from her roommate. Besides controlling her strength, she has now completely come out from her comfort zone and doesn't even have to be told. Every night and day she will make her own smoothie for herself while she cooks for her own meals. And it's not only her now who she hangs out with in school, she has Yeri and sometimes her classmates or Yuri, Seulgi and Chanyeol. She has completely opened up to everyone and that's really a good thing.

 

One thing that hasn't change, she will fetch her from her classroom and they will go home alone together, with her scooter that she hasn't even washed for years.

After spending her morning reading some novel, Seohyun took her phone from her desk and realize there's a message she hasn't read that comes from Yoona. The older girl only told her that she's out to wash her scooter since it's weekend and it's her chance to clean it, which means she's alone now in their dorm.

 

Just when she learned about that, her wolf stuff toy slowly turned into a real wolf. She turned to her bed and smile to when it approaches her. "Are you hungry, Roxy?" ask her as she rubs the head and on its back.

 

"Come on, it's been a while since I last played with you." She stood up and headed outside and her wolf tailed behind until they reached the kitchen. She checks the fridge if there was any meat left since the deer loves it the most. Unfortunately, she couldn't find one. "Guess what? We're going to the store." The wolf howl at her and she could understand. "Yeah, yeah, I know. She deserves to eat good food when she's been working hard on her studies and... taking care of me." She made her way upstairs to get her purse. Two days ago, Siwon returned to their dorm to give her next month's allowance which she can use to buy. "You wait here." The wolf howls back before she left her room and the dorm completely.

 

It's going to be the first time she's going out alone without Yoona and it's quite exciting for her. Especially that she gets to meet their neighbors that will greet her and she will greet back shyly. No one from them recognize her as the President's daughter, which is good for her.

 

Walking out of the elevator, she exited completely the building and walk in the side of the road, looking for the store she remembers selling meat. The sun is up but she has no problem about it since she always takes that drink Taeyeon gave that will protect her from burning. She stopped at a certain crosswalk way and waited along with the others for the traffic lights to change.

 

Suddenly, her phone rings under the pocket of her blazer. She casually fetches it out and answer Yoona's phone call right away. "Hey, you're out?"

 

[Yes, and I think this will take a while. I grind you smoothie already, just get it from the fridge.] Yoona reminded since it's almost lunch time.

 

"No problem." She replied simply. "I got it."

 

[Wait, are you outside? Why am I hearing cars?]

 

"Yes. I went out to buy some me - I mean vegetables." She couldn't tell her so she lied that instant. "You know, at the nearby convenience store." She keeps checking the traffic lights so she won't miss it.

 

[But I just bought a lot yesterday.]

 

"It wasn't enough. I'll buy something for you, what do you want?" She quickly changes the subject.

 

[You're weird.] Yoona chuckled. [But anything you'd like to buy for me, that would be okay. Wait, don't go farther. You know it's not good for you to go out alone without me. And you-]

 

"I'm the president's daughter. I know what I am doing, Yoona." She cut her off to finish her sentence.

 

[Well, just making sure you're safe. I'm back before you know it.] Yoona said and ended the call right away.

 

Just then, the traffic lights turned and the signal to cross the road lightened up. She casually just crosses the road along with the others, feeling like she's one of them. Every human seems to be too innocent with their surroundings. Then she started skipping like a kid while she's on her way to the convenience store.

 

"Come in." A female cashier greeted her brightly when she entered the store and she greeted her back with a little bow before she looks around in search for the meat. She found it inside the freezer, already packed in a plastic. She picked it up before getting a basket and thought for a while first before she just randomly takes whatever was on the rack. Mostly she took junk foods, bread and sodas. She remembers the deer love to eat them while studying.

 

Just as she lined up to the cashier, Daniel spotted her and just quickly drag her to the nearest seat. "Daniel-ah, what is this?" She's curious because he was so hype.

 

"Omma bought this milk for me. Here." Daniel handed his extra milk with a bright smile on his face.

 

"Oh, no, I... I already have my drink earlier." Seohyun declined while waving her hands before him.

 

"You don't like banana milk?" Daniel pouted sadly. He started sipping on it and goofily smile. "It's the best drink in town!" he yelled happily earning giggles from his mother who was busy nearby. "Come on, drink it Noona." He insisted as he push the untouched milk to the young Noona. "You won't regret it."

 

Seohyun pushed the drink back to the young boy. "No. You might be thirsty again and will regret giving that to me." She shakes her head in the process.

 

"But one is enough for me." Daniel pushed it back. "Please? For me?" He felt sad she won't take it. "I haven't return what you guys did to me the last time."

 

Feeling bad, Seohyun decided to accept it. But she put it on the basket together with the chips. "Thank you, Danny." She caresses his cute cheeks and smile sweetly right away.

 

"You won't drink it here?" Daniel is happy she finally took it but was wondering she only toss it on the basket.

 

Seohyun shakes her head again. "Later when I feel like drinking it."

 

"Chincha?" Again, the young boy pouted his lips. "Okay." He so wants to see her reaction drinking the milk, like a kid. But it seems not happening.

 

"Aigoo, why don't you just sip a little?" One lady who saw what happened suggested without hesitations. "Look, he wants you to drink it in front of him."

 

"She's right. It's just a small thing." Another lady speaks up while shaking her head. "And it's healthy, ya know." She had been noticing it and decided to broke her silence when the other lad finally budge to them.

 

"Come on, look how sad he is." And another one agreed.

 

Seohyun finds herself pressured, as the costumer’s attention are now on her. Even the lady from the cashier is watching her. She quietly hopes someone will save her but it's not happening. Daniel who is sulking is cute yet it's not pleasant to see. Everyone now as asking her to just give the kid what he wants. So, she decided to pick the banana milk back and looked at it. 'It's fruit flavor but has cow's milk.' She reads the ingredients but it's not something she doesn't take since she's a vegetarian vampire. She's anxious on what will be the outcome if she drinks something that has a meat flavor. Bullets of sweats dropping from her head again. She really thinks Yoona giving her that nephillim strength is the reason she's having sweats.

 

Now back to the drink, she dips the straw on it and slowly looked at everyone who are anticipating her to sip at least one gulp. 'This will not be bad, right?' she's totally not going to like it if it's bad for her. But there's no way she's going to upset Daniel. So, she sips just a little, causing everyone to finally smile and leaves them alone.

 

Daniel who was so happy couldn't help and jump up and down. "Noona, you should drink more of that. Omma said it's good for our health." He told her enthusiastically.

 

"Chincha?" Seohyun doesn't feel anything after sipping just really a little. "Then I must buy this too." She stood up and make him happier when she took at least five banana milks from the rack and put them into her basket.

 

"Jjang!" Daniel just gleefully pulled a thumb up, earning giggles from the young Noona.

 

Seohyun then casually went to the cashier to finally pay for what's on her basket. But right then, she's starting to feel weird.

Seulgi: Just tell her what you feel. It's obvious already.

Chanyeol: Don't waste days without telling her, babo. You're the only one that likes her so you don't have competition.

Seulgi: Chanyeol is right. And Seohyun only like you too.

Chanyeol: Bwahahahaha, Seohyun has a lot of competitor. You know how popular our friend is that there are bullies around her.

Seulgi: The bullies already stopped, Channie. tsk. They already know that their MVP will not like them no matter what they do.

Chanyeol: What do you think of Yuri? She's close to Seohyun too.

Seulgi: They're friends. I don't see any bad about that.

Chanyeol: Yoona is friends with her too but she likes her more than a friend.

Seulgi: But not all friends can feel more than what Yoona do.

Chanyeol: Right.

Seulgi: So just grab the chance Yoona. Wheter she likes you back or not, at least you already told her. It won't hurt you, I promise.

Chanyeol: It's because you're not the one confessing. Shut up Seulgi.

Yoona: HAHAHAHAHAHAAHHA

 

Yoona finally reacted to her friend's conversation to their group chat. She had been reading their conversation while she's waiting for the change of her payment for her scooter wash. It's too hilarious for them to fight over something they don't even have the right to meddle. But she can feel the support. They're her friends after all.

 

Seulgi: YOU SHOULD BE THE ONE SHUTTING UP, CHANNIE! YOU ARE SO DEAD ONCE I SEE YOU!

 

She laugh at Seulgi's reaction. She was annoyed and mad at the same time. But she can't missed the chance to thank them.

 

Yoona: Thank you guys so much for the support. I know you are more excited than me to finally confess. I'll take your advices into consideration.

Chanyeol: That's good. I can't wait to hear updates. Go Yoongie!

Seulgi: Lezz goooo!!!!

 

After that response from Seulgi, Yoona close her phone and finally took the change from the cashier. She gradually took her helmet and put it on her head while heading to her scooter. She smiled like a fool to finally see hop on it with a brand-new look after the wash.

 

Slowly, she drives off and in no time, she's on the road but had to stopped when the traffic lights changes. It took a couple of minutes before she finally drove off again and took her fifteen minutes only to arrive in the dorm.

 

"I'm home." She yelled once she got inside but got no response. She noticed it's past lunch break and there's no way for her to not return home early. She went upstairs an
