33| That One night

 

After quiet a moment, Daniel had calm down. He was sniffling a little while he rubs his nose to Mickey's shirt a couple of times. Snickering, he looked up to Mr. Mickey, wiping his tears.

 

"Hehe, Mickey... Sorry... "

 

Yul chuckles quietly inside the big head of Mickey, earning the kid's big smile. He simply pat his head and ask, 

 

"Are you Okay now?"

 

"Yes." Daniel nodded. "Thanks to you Mickey. I think you are really Appa's friend and you know that. Now I really know my mistake. But I'm still sad..." he had a cute sad pout.

 

"Why?" Yul continue to use his normal voice. He realized it must be because he was inside a Mickey's head and the kid refuse to believe it was him inside.

 

"Appa..." Daniel sighed as he paused. "I must have hurt my Appa." He looked down to his lap, embarrass upon admitting his mistake. "I've been ignoring Appa for almost 2 weeks now. I think, he hate me because-"

 

"Why would you know he hated you?"

 

Looking up to Mickey's head, Daniel giggles - finding it cute for his Mickey to be curious. But he purse his lips sadly. "Appa never visited me anymore. Is that obvious evidence, Mickey? He normally visits me because he wanted to play. But Danny is so bad and will ignore Appa. He keeps on pushing him away. I really think I am bad." he dropped his shoulders with another disappointing sigh. "If only I know his reasons, Danny wouldn't be so bad from the start. I think we have been spending quality time now. But no, Appa is not around."

 

The words just made Yul smile and heart warms up. "Do you wanna see him, kidwolf?" so he decided to just reveal himself.

 

"Hmm? Are you going to call Appa?"

 

"Yup. Um, why don't you close your eyes. I will make a magic."

 

"Omo. You do magic too, Mickey?"

 

"Yes." Yul nodded a lot of times. "So can you close your eyes?"

 

Excitedly, Daniel closes his eyes slowly and clasped his palms together, praying that it won't be a prank - and that he can see his Appa. With that, Yul hastily took Mickey's head off of him. He let out a series of heavy breaths the moment he had pulled it off. Sweats were evident around his face. But that never stops him, as he proceeds. "Okay, Open your eyes now, kidwolf." He said in his manly voice.

 

Upon hearing his father's voice that clearly, the younger boy slowly unclasp his palms and then, his left eyes first opened, followed by his right. He made a series of blinks here and there before he finally got to have a clear visions of the tan guy. Without knowing, his eyes watered. Arms unconsciously opened, as he embraces him once again, shouting, "APPA! I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry! Danny is so sorry to you Appa!!! Please don't hate me. Please don't hate Danny anymore... Danny is just so bad..."

 

Yul chuckles amusingly. "Appa doesn't hate you baby. You don't have to say sorry. It should be me."

 

"But I hurt Appa." Daniel argued. He tightened his embrace.

 

Sighing, Yul didn't answer anymore. He his head and back to keep him calm again. There's a couple of minutes that passed and he calm down, looking up with his pouting face - as if still sorry with what he did. 

 

"Appa, Sorry again." He sighed.

 

Yul cupped his son's face, rubbing those cute little cheeks through his thumb. "Appa is Sorry too, Baby." He softly uttered. "I really didn't mean leaving you and your mother. But from now on, I won't be leaving you anymore. I will always be by your side like your Daddy is too. Are you okay with that?"

 

"Omo! I will have two fathers now?"

 

Yul trailed off to answer. "Hmm... Yeah? How'd you like that?"

 

"I like it so much!!!" Daniel can't help himself and hug his father again, wearing his brightest smile now. "But where's Daddy?" However, he noticed, his doe-eyed Daddy hasn't comeback. "I'm already thirsty."

 

"Me too, sweat-heart. Come, let's find your Daddy." Yul giggles at calling his sister Daddy. It just really funny to think. However, it makes a sense. That Choding will always be a choding.

 

"Appa is Mickey? Hehe I just realize." Daniel chuckles as he find his realizations late.

 

The older of the two ruffles his son's hair, as he started to look around, searching for Yoona. The latter also does like he is doing.

 

"If Daddy was only out to get us drinks, would she arriving already?" Daniel wondered why on such earth the doe-eyed hasn't comeback.

 

"I guess she really didn't left to buy drinks. Let's just buy our own?"

 

"Yeah, I think that's a great idea Appa." Said Daniel, giving his airplane to his father so his arms are around his father's neck. Then he rested his head on top of his broad

 

Yul's lips formed int a gentle smile, as he felt like the younger boy got tired. Must be from his constant cries earlier. He had a little scold to himself.

 

After some time, they spotted a restaurant. And since its almost lunch, he thought its best to have a lunch with his son.

 

"Appa, we are going to eat lunch rather?" ask Daniel once he realized they're entering a chines restaurant.

 

"Yup. You are not yet hungry?" Yul couldn't help himself and smile from ear to ear.

 

The younger boy patted his small stomach. "Danny so hungry already." as he also pouted cutely.

 

"Chincha? Then we are not going to eat." Yul attempted to leave, but damn did his son shake his own body in protest. He chuckles at his reaction, as he went back to search for an empty table.

 

"Any reservations Sir?" ask the waiter that greets them.

 

"Nope. But we can still have our lunch here, right?"

 

"Danny and Appa are hungry. Can we hyung?" The young boy also helps his father. Once again, he's his stomach, showing that his stomach is really damn hungry.

 

"Of course Mister. Follow me." The waiter has an amuse smile across his face, finding it cute for the two. Not to mention, the father was in his Mickey costume, only the head is missing.

 

As soon as they're being lead to an empty table, Yul is following - yet, couldn't hold it and was quiet shy as they walk along the aisle. People and mostly kids are looking at them, who wouldn't be shy? His cheeks are even starting to show a shade of red. Aigoo. I shouldn't have change my outfits. How regretful he was.

 

Meanwhile, unknown to them, Yoona's team is moving -- to the same restaurant they had enter. Just like a magnet, Yoona, Seohyun and Paul followed them until they saw them sitting to one of the empty table. Like an instinct, they also occupied the table not too far from them. Yoona made sure to still record her brother and his son, while they're covering their faces through the food menus.

 

"Aww, baby... look how happy is my Baby Daniel." Seohyun felt so proud to see his boy, treating his father now like his father. She felt like crying but she can no longer do that - especially that they're inside a public place. To think, only their masks and hood are covering them up. Except for Paul, who has no reason to do such silly masks. 

 

"I know right? But you know what? I feel like I'm a PD of my own show, recording my own reality show. Hehehe... " Yoona snickered, earning giggles from Seohyun and Paul.

 

"Daddy should broadcast this, then." commented Paul.

 

"We will, Paul. Sooner or later, we are going to do that." whispered Yoona in response.

 

"Omo look, I guess they're going to eat a lot!" Seohyun can't help it and exclaim the moment their food arrived, but she quickly covered when she realized her words. "This is not happening. He's going to spoil him."

 

Yoona smirked, as she zoomed the camera more to the two, like a real PD. Paul on the other hand just keep on watching through the camera's view feed. 

 

"Um, Miss? Are you guys going to order  or you guys wants to hide there and stalk two of our costumers?" Suddenly a waiter approach their table and ask them.

 

Yoona and Seohyun both looked up to the source of the voice, only to say the same words  "Later!" The waiter stepped two backward, taken aback.

 

"But Daddy, Omma, I'm hungry." Paul however contradicts to them. Looking up to them with a sad pout.

 

Yoona and Seohyun sighed defiantly.

 

"Fine. What do you want to eat, Paul?" ask Seohyun, to her son.

 

"This." With his bright response, Paul pointed to a fried chicken.

 

"Go order two, baby. I want to have that too." Yoona grinned like a kid. "And spaghetti please... Mommy~" She shows her infamous aegyo, earning her girlfriend's cute glare.

 

"Geez, I seriously think I have three kids not two." Seohyun mumbles, knocking the doe-eyed's head and turn to the waiter. "Pasta and Fried Chicken."

 

"Omo. You forgot about fries, Mommy~"

 

"Yeah!!!" Paul also supported, putting his hands in the air, like a celebration.

 

"Are we in McDonalds? This is freaking a Chinese restaurant!" Scolded Seohyun strongly.

 

Paul and Yoona just giggles, which made Seohyun to hiss and rolled her eyes defiantly. "Does this restaurant also offers fries?"

 

"And burger Please!!!" Paul and Yoona said together.

 

The waiter awkwardly smiled, "Yeah, s-sure." He bowed and just left. But he had a quick glance over their table, quiet strange with those masks the two girls are wearing.

 

Seohyun who looked back to her two kids wore a poker face. "Next time, tell me if you guys want to eat a Chinese food. I would surely recommend McDonalds." She sighed, couldn't argue back. If her son is hungry, she can argue because the kid will just obey her, but Yoona is also joining, she can't help it and just give it to them.

 

Going back to her son and his father, she had a widening of eyes when she noticed one thing, "Yul is really spoiling Daniel! He can't let him eat pizza too!"

 

"Yah! Shut up!" Yoona hurriedly covered Seohyun's mouth, for being so noisy. "You're going to screw us, baby." She reminded, sternly.

 

"You two should shut up, Omma, Daddy. Look, Yul Appa and Buddy is now looking at our table." whispered Paul.

 

The couple turned to the other table, only then to realize Yul is already spotting them. Without a doubt, Yoona picked up the dslr, as Seohyun pick up her son. Animatedly, they run out the Chinese restaurant, not minding their food they ordered anymore.

 

"Was that your Daddy, Seohyun and Paul?" ask Yul, as soon as the trio had left the restaurant. He was sure it was Seohyun he heard so loud. And then Yoona's voice came right after. If he wasn't too focus on his food, he would have spotted them already.

 

Daniel who was back facing the other table, looked back and raise one brow. "Where? I couldn't see any Appa." He was too oblivious, yet, he it got him curious.

 

"Nah, never mind. I must be just hallucinating." 

 

"Maybe Appa. You haven't actually eaten enough." said Daniel, smiling before him.

 

Yul can't help himself and ruffle his son's hair. "Aigoo my Daniel. Just continue eating there. We will have a long day ahead. Don't you know that, baby?"

 

"We are going to ride a lot of rides?"

 

"How many do you want?"

 

Daniel put the pizza down and open his fingers. He took time counting fingers until he showed 10 fingers. "A want to ride a lot of them today, Appa!!!"

 

"That's going to be really exciting! We are going to ride each rides of this Park!!!"

 

"HORRAY!!! DANNY IS HAPPY AGAIN!!!" Daniel celebrated, putting that pizza up in the air. 

 

Yul chuckles, watching his son happy all over again. And that also made him contempt and happy. How he had been wishing to see this from his son, he didn't realize this was the way. He only have one problem left, the engagement. How would he break it? And most especially, his father. How can he stop him from hurting Seohyun and their sons?  

 

Back to the trio, Yoona and Seohyun decided to bring Paul to a korean restaurant, instead of going back. Otherwise, they're gonna ruin the date of the two.

 

"See? It's much better if we guys eat real food unlike those fast foods." Seohyun was glad they eventually flew to the next restaurant. She had make them eat right foods. She really wins this day.

 

"Danny is sure having fun with those good foods."

 

"I miss eating pizza."

 

Paul and Yoona both sighed, defiantly.

 

"I will treat you guys popsicle later if you'll eat the food on the table. Paul, don't be stubborn!"

 

Paul eventually showed his fake bright smile. "I am Omma!" as he then eat his meal vigoriously.

 

"Yoona?"

 

"Omma why so cruel?"

 

"Do you want Popsicle or not?!"

 

"I want of course but--"

 

Seohyun didn't let her girlfriend say her words, as she practically pushed a lettuce to Yoona's mouth. "Gosh. I will really eat you alive if you can't shut up your mouth!"

 

Munching her food, Yoona made a quick fake smile, then look back to Paul, the latter signed a 'You Die' on his through. She giggles and glance back to the mother of the young boy, only to help herself with her meal again. Seohyun is staring at her deathly, she shouldn't be naughty like Daniel. 

 

 

 

 

[Horror House]

 

 

 

Seohyun has the greatest grin across her features when she find the Horror Booth entrance is just nearby. While Yoona and Paul are back facing it, she secretly left to buy some tickets. A total of three tickets she carried back to their place.

 

"I really think Yul Oppa had spotted us. They can't be seen anymore." ask Yoona, as she keeps on looking around. All that she can see is people -- yes, more people walking in front of them. And a lot of kids running around. Paul, who was on her arms was dozing off. He can no longer continue stalking his father and his twin brother. His head is resting on top of his Daddy's shoulder, like a sulking puppy.

 

Seohyun, she just says, "Why don't we guys enjoy this now? I mean, we don't need to stalk them. I know Yul can take care of my Daniel well." or more like, she's suggesting something.

 

"What is it Omma?" Paul let out a huge yawn.

 

"I agree with you. We really should enjoy this chance as well. We can't stalk them forever. Like they said, there's no forever." Yoona giggles with her silly words.

 

Seohyun then showed three tickets. "Tada! I got us three tickets!!!"

 

"Whoa? For what?" Paul and Yoona both exclaim.

 

"Horror both." Seohyun eventually make a hump, to give a way to the place.

 

"N-Nice!" Yoona mumbles, doesn't know if she's going to like it.

 

But for Paul, he was all smiling and bravely says. "I'll punch all the ghosts Omma! Let's go hunt them!" with a fist in the air.

 

"Chincha? How about you, Yoong?"

 

Yoona has a bitter smile when she also nods, as if she likes it. 

 

"Cool! Let's go!" Without any warning, Seohyun dragged her girlfriend to the place where she herself doesn't like. But since Paul and Yoona likes it, she had this idea and continue her plan. With no doubts, she devilishlt pushed Yoona's back inside and quickly ask the owner to close it.

 

"YAAA!!! Ommaaaa!!! Where are you???!!"

 

"Seohun you are not going with us?!!! Seriously I don't like this place!! I was jus lying when I replied to YOUUUU!!! Baby Open the door!!!"

 

Seohyun chuckles hearing all their cries. "I will be in the exir only guys. Just enjoy the adventure Okay? Paul, I thought you are brave? Punch all those ghosts baby! You are Omma's super hero!!!"

 

"Are you punishing us?"

 

"No baby! I'm giving you guys a chance to enjoy this day. I'll be just in the outside. Baby, take care of Paul, he's just four. Hehe." Consequently, Seohyun left mischievously to the end of the horror booth -- outside the exit door. It's gonna be exciting to see their reactions later.

 

Meanwhile, inside the Horror House, Yoona was praying hard, she won't faint out of surprise. While she's carrying Paul in one arm, she's also hugging him. The young boy was as scared like her - holding her neck like his life depends on them.

 

"Just close your eyes Paul, we'll get out there. After this, we should get our revenge to your evil mother." She said, as she continues her baby steps forward. She can already lights from the distance, which means, the ghosts or zombie are going to attack them. It's so cold inside that it made her more scared.

 

Paul nodded a lot of times while he is closing his eyes tightly. Afraid he'll see ghosts.

 

By the time they reach a ghost, Yoona just kick her a lot of times. The ghost dropped  on the floor glaring at her.

 

"AHHHHHHH!!!" She just frantically run, screaming. Paul can't help it also and scream, even though he can't see anything.

 

Seohyun outside can hear a lot screams already. Which means, the adventure is starting. Since she ask the owner to pause the others from coming inside, she's sure with Yoona and her son's scream inside. To keep her company while enjoying their screams, she opened her phone and called Sunny. It was lucky Sunny seemed not busy.

 

"Unnie! How are you doing?"

 

[We are all doing fiiiineeee]

 

Seohyun's eyebrows raised. "What? Who are these?"

 

[Sunny here! Sooyoung! And Soyou, hyunnieee]

 

"Why are you guys sounds so funny and -- happy?" She can't help herself and chuckles.

 

[Hahaha We know. But you will know later] It was Sunny who answered meaningfully.

 

"Later? What about-"

 

[Where are you and the kids by the way?]

 

"Amusement Park." Seohyun simply replied. "But seriously? What it it?"

 

[Let's just say, tonight is going to be the night. Hehehe. We'll see you later~ Bye~ Have fun there~]

 

Totally clueless, Seohyun got more curious. Especially those bright laughs coming from her friends. It's as if something is happening on them? "Too--"

 

"AHHHHHHHHH!!!! DADDDDYYYYYY!!!" 

 

Seohyun literally widened her eyes upon hearing that scream from her son. "Oh my God. I think it's not a good idea to bring Paul also there." She felt scared and worried over her son that instant. "Aish! I hope this won't cause any trouble." with no doubt, she keeps on pacing back and forth, as she also prays the adventure will be over that soon.

 

Inside the Horror House, Paul and Yoona had honestly ended their adventure that fast. Due to fear, Yoona has never stop from running until they had reach the exit door. But before they will leave, Yoona had ask Paul to scream in fear inside. It's their turn to fool Seohyun around.

 

"Say, Daddy where are you?" instructed Yoona to Paul.

 

The latter giggles and screamed, "DADDDDDYYYY!!! WHERE ARE YOU??? I'M SCAAAREEDDD!!!"
