"Ugh! Stop it!"

 

Yoona and Danny stopped momentarily. Both heads turned to the girl on the floor sitting. Yet, only to dance again. Yoona was holding Daniel's two hands, as they continue to dance by jumping and shaking their body to left and right.

 

"DANNY!"

 

Ignore.

 

"YOONAA!!!"

 

Ignore.

 

Couldn't hold it anymore, Seohyun got up and was about to get on them when both of them runs away laughing so hard. Her cheeks are so red by now. She barely could believe that the two visited her only to play around. However, that made her smile genuinely. They're indeed getting closer. And by that, she doesn't need to be concern anymore. As she gradually went back to her trolley, faint voices was heard again. She turned and caught a sight of Daniel, jogging towards her. Following behind is Yoona herself.

 

"Ommaaaa!!!"

 

She didn't reply, but lowered herself to catch her son through her welcoming arms. Daniel was chuckling still, but was returning the warm hug he has been missing. Yoona behind, stood in silence, watching the two reunited.

 

"Awww... my baby... did you miss me?" She kissed his cheeks, his forehead and lastly, a light kiss on his lips. 

 

"Of course Omma." The latter giggles and kissed her cheeks.

 

Seohyun changed her face to a serious one. "But I don't like it. The way you guys welcome me earlier."

 

Yoona chuckled faintly behind, causing for the young mother to looked up into her. She hastily shut and smiled instead.

 

"Did you guys even want to ask if how is my ?" Seohyun continued.

 

"Hehe, how was it?" Daniel cheekily answered.

 

"Aish! No need to ask." The young mother pulled her son again for another lingering and warming embraced. "Oh, I do miss you too baby. I'm glad you are here."

 

"Thanks to Yoona Noona. She knows where do you work."

 

Seohyun mentally remind herself that she and the doe-eyed had meet sometime in this hotel. She smiled at her and mouth 'thanks'. In which, Yoona replied with a smile on her face. She pulled back from the hug and faced her son again. "Have you guys eaten dinner?"

 

"That's why we are here. I was wondering if you can join us?" Yoona spoke in behalf of Daniel.

 

Glancing over her wrist watch, Seohyun find the time to be 30 minutes left before her break. "I will have my 30 minutes left for work. Would you guys wait for me?"

 

"Omm would be so lonely if we won't. Of course, Danny will wait." Daniel replied, brightly. He pulled his mother again for another hug before breaking it and kissed the tip of her lips.

 

"One more time." Seohyun giggles.

 

"I will kiss you again?"

 

"Yup." Nodding, Seohyun excitedly wanted to receive her son's sweet kisses. She didn't notice, Yoona was staring in awe towards them.

 

Daniel didn't think twice and grant his mother's wish. Seohyun then pointed to both of her cheeks, he giggles and kisses her cheeks. Then when her mother pointed to her lips, he excitedly pressed his pair of lips to his mother. Both giggles and give each other bear hugs again, as if they haven't done it earlier.

 

Getting up, Seohyun finally turned to Yoona. "Just call me or send a text message. I'll be over later."

 

"No problem."

 

"Omma, finish early, Okay? I want to go home with you."

 

Seohyun looked down, sweetly smiling to her son. "I will. That's a promise -- since you seemed to behave earlier."

 

"Hehe, I did. You know I also promised you." Daniel giggles.

 

"I know. Let's talk later. You need to tell me everything what happened. Okay?"

 

"But Omma, can I go with you? I want to help you." Daniel pout her lips. Hoping he would be granted.

 

"No, You can't Danny. Omma is in her work. I will be off later, don't worry."

 

"Yeah, Daniel. And I am here - let's wait together for your Omma."

 

"But I want to help only." Daniel stated fact, as he turned to Yoona.

 

"You'll be disturbing her." said Yoona.

 

"I am not!"

 

"Yes, you will Daniel. I need to focus on my work. This isn't like we are going to play." Seohyun firmly stated back.

 

Daniel sighed and nodded. "Okay."

 

"You will behave, right?"

 

"Yes, Ma'am." Daniel saluted playfully, earning both of Yoona and Seohyun giggle.

 

"That's good. I'll go back now. See you later, honey." Seohyun smiled briefly to Yoona and to her son, before turning on her sneakers around and got her trolley. Then, she pushes it, passing by them.

 

"Take care Omma." Daniel said out loud, waving innocently to his mother's back.

 

"Of course!" Seohyun chuckled to reply.

 

Yoona was speechless. She doesn't know what to react, watching the Seos ever since earlier. It feels like, watching two people loving each other unconditionally. And by that, she was impressed by how much dedication Seohyun put into her work and while she's taking care of her son. He was the reason why she is working while studying. That kind of care from another, she really missed it as well. However, it wasn't about how good Seohyun's heart was as a mother as well. There was something in her that shines her more - she barely could describe what was it but she was sure, she admire her well.

 

Yoona bit her bottom lip, suppressing that big smile appearing in her young features. Unconsciously, she felt her cheeks are blushing. Daniel, who has been on the side, staring at her, poke at her hand -- causing for her to looked down.

 

"Hmm?"

 

"Aren't we leaving yet?"

 

"Oh yeah, I'm sorry." Yoona snapped back to her track and gradually took Daniel's hand to begin leaving the floor. Their faces are almost the same - excited to have dinner with the chubby cheek girl they just meet earlier. Yet, different for Yoona, she's excited because she's going to have another meal with her. A breakfast earlier, then dinner tonight - her day is really full with her. Not to mention, with Daniel always tagging along.

 

Soon, they arrived back to the restaurant they previously stayed. But Yoona can't even relax back when she heard her phone ringing. Subsequently, she took it out and her brother's nickname as 'twin', flash on the screen.

 

"Is it your twin?" ask Daniel.

 

"Yup. How'd you know?"

 

"He called earlier. I picked it up and he said, he will be calling back."

 

"I see." Yoona smiled back to the younger. She then answered the call. "Twin? How are you doing? Eh? How's Jeju?" she chuckled to remember the island. Daniel was across her, just blankly looking at her, talking to her brother.

 

[I'm glad it's you who answered now. But hold on, who was the kid? So the rumors circulating about you being on a show is true?]

 

"So you heard about it?"

 

[Social media is everywhere. I've heard it only from the Hotel's staff here. So who is it?]

 

"As much as I want to share it... " Yoona trailed off, as she glances at Daniel. The latter was only resting his chin on top of his folded arms on the table, while staring at her in silence. She shrugs and continued, "I don't think I can share you. Just wait for the official announcement, you'll know him eventually."

 

[And why is that? I mean, we're siblings. Shouldn't I have the reason to know this beforehand?]

 

Yoona chuckled softly. "Yes, we are indeed. But I change my mind. And Isn't that amazing? You'll know later only."

 

[It's not amazing. You're teasing me!]

 

"Hahaha! No don't get me wrong. I just want to put some hype ya know. Besides, I want this to be a success. The show will have an easy success if I won't tell it to anyone. So for now, just wait until you'll hear and see the show."

 

[Okay. It looks like you're enjoying though. But really, I'm already looking forward. Anyhow, just to want to share something.]

 

"Hmm? What is it?"

 

[I know this maybe a little surprising but... honestly... I just don't want to prolong this anymore. Yoong, I'm engaged.]

 

"Omo! Serious?!" First time hearing it, Yoona almost put her voice high, surprised. "How-how... is this possible? I thought you're single? What's happening?" she felt like she had missed half of her brother's life.

 

[I knew this would come. You will react like that. But really, I'm engaged... and the ceremony will be talking place next month. You need to come.]

 

"W-wait... do I sense this thing is quiet arrange?" Yoona has a strong feeling her brother didn't tell her because it's not as her brother wanted to do. There was a moment of silence before Yul's voice was heard.

 

[Exactly. Well, I don't think I can complain.]

 

"But you don't like it. And definitely, I doubt if you like that girl you are going to marry." Yoona said, concerned. One thing that always hate her, when her brother will just follow whatever her father will tell him. 

 

[Do I have a choice?]

 

"Of course! If you choose to disobey your father!" Yoona strongly suggested.

 

[ If only I can]

 

"You can - if you have the will to follow your own happiness you want to go through. But hearing you right now, I doubt If I can actually convince you. To think, you have chosen that life already." Yoona disappointingly said. 

 

[Shouldn't you'd be happy for me instead?]

 

"Are you even happy?"

 

There was a silence on the next line. Which made Yoona think she got her brother's real heart. "You know, it's not all the time you are going to follow him. You have your life. You should be the one doing it for your own."

 

[ I know what you are thinking. Well hopefully, I can still change my mind.]

 

"I would pray for that then." Yoona smiled, at least she can see a hope in those words.

 

[Alright, I promise... i will think of this.]

 

"That's good to hear."

 

[And it's good to hear you are apparently happy... hearing to that made me happy as well.]

 

Yoona glances to Daniel before quietly lowered herself and whispered to the phone. "Someone is really making me happy. I don't know but I guess... it's a good thing for me." She giggles right at the end.
