Summary:Nino's very lethargic when it comes to summer.
 

It was in the middle of summer, and all Nino wanted to do was nothing in particular as long as it didn’t require moving around at the very least. He was glad, though, that his friends were away somewhere, probably to the beach, on the hottest day -- except for the eldest.

“Nino,” a familiar voice called for him. “May I sit here?”

He doesn’t move at all to reply back; it’s not like he needed to answer anyways.

“Thanks.”

Despite how hot it was having someone else’s warmth so near, Nino didn’t want to move. Partially because he was lazy, but mostly because he liked being around him.

“How does it go?” Nino asked him later as he feels the cool breeze pass by.

“Hot,” The latter says. “Shoulda gone to the beach with them.”

“Why didn’t you?”

“Too cramped.”

“Oh.”

“So I decided to stay.”

“Cool,” Nino half-grins. But before he closed his eyes, he opened his mouth to speak once more. “Will you turn the fan back on, Oh-chan?”

“Sure,” Ohno chuckled lightly. “Happy?”

“Very.”

As soon as Ohno sat back down, however, Nino felt a slight nudge on his hand. He knew it was Ohno begging to hold hands with him, but Nino was too lazy to move.

At least, for the first time since summer started, he and Ohno finally have the house all alone. Even if it was too hot to to anything, at least Ohno stayed, even if he lied about how cramped the van was.
