After Taeyeon’s long incoherent sorry speech, everything seemed to go back to normal. It was too normal that the girl couldn’t help but feel a bit paranoid. Because Tiffany was being too lenient to her. Too caring. Too loving. Too quiet. Definitely too quiet. Sure, her girlfriend was sort of busy with work and designing stuff that Taeyeon would never understand but it was too suspicious for Tiffany to be all peace and quiet at home.
“Tiffany?” Taeyeon tried to catch the girl’s attention with a light touch on her arm.
“What is it?”
“Are you going through something that I don’t know of?”
“What?” Tiffany shifted on the couch to face her. “What are you talking about?”
“You’ve been really quiet these past few days. I’m just worried.”
“Oh. It’s nothing, though. Just a little preoccupied with work.” She scooted closer and leaned her head on Taeyeon’s shoulder.
“Hm. Is that so?”
“Yeah.”
“Um. Okay.” Taeyeon glanced at her girlfriend. “Uh… You wanna…” She coughed awkwardly and waited for Tiffany to respond.
“Wanna what?”
“You know… Uh… Um…”
“Did you do something again?”
“What?! No!” Taeyeon retorted way too quickly and quite defensively. “I mean…! Nothing! I did nothing! Like literally.”
“Okay…?” Tiffany observed her fidgeting girlfriend and couldn’t help but giggle. “So you were saying?”
“You wanna… go out…?”
“Go out, you say?”
“Yeah.” Taeyeon nodded affirmatively. “Eat? Or something. If you’re not tired. Or whatever.”
“You definitely did something!” Tiffany sat up abruptly and pointed at Taeyeon’s wide eyes. “Okay, so what is it?” Taeyeon ruffled her hair in annoyance. “Okay, what’s wrong with you?”
“Nothing! Let’s just…!” Taeyeon stood up, pulling the girl with her. “Let’s just go to bed!”
“Bed? But it’s too early to sleep.”
“No more questions!”
With a very confused Tiffany, Taeyeon dragged themselves into her room and quickly slid under the blankets. “Um. What now?”
“Close your eyes.”
“Give me your hand, darling?” Tiffany giggled at the girl’s displeased look. “Are you going to prank me?”
“What? No!” Taeyeon started to frown at Tiffany’s skeptical look. “Just close them!”
“Alright.” Tiffany closed her eyes, albeit hesitantly, and waited for a few seconds. She heard some rustling noise, something dropping on the floor, a little bit of cursing, until she felt Taeyeon’s hot breath hitting her face.
“Okay. So this is kinda stupid because why would I buy something like this? I mean… it’s ridiculous! And so sappy… But! Okay, whatever. Open your eyes.”
Tiffany couldn’t help but chuckle at the nervous rambling. “Oh.” She blinked a couple of times at the silver bracelet on Taeyeon’s palm. “What’s the occasion?”
“I still feel guilty for… you know… making you mad. And I thought… I mean…” Taeyeon coughed awkwardly and unclasped the lock. “I passed by this store and I thought… Oh, this will totally look good on her.” She swallowed nervously, her hands shaking while trying to put on the bracelet. “And… Hah. . Stupid, right?” She offered that all too familiar awkward grin while trying to maintain eye contact.
“The only stupid thing right now is the look on your face.” Tiffany giggled before kissing the girl’s pouting lips. “It’s been a month, Taeyeon-ah… You didn’t have to get me anything but thank you.”
“Welcome.” Taeyeon monotonously responded.
“I didn’t get you anything, though.”
“No need for sappy gifts.” She waved her hand dismissively.
“Well… How about…” Tiffany trailed her finger around the girl’s neck.
“ing ! What?!” Taeyeon swatted the hand away by instincts.
Tiffany raised her brows in question.
“My bad.” She shivered as Tiffany continued to trail down to her sides. “Okay, hit me.”
Tiffany burst out laughing at the shaken voice. “When will you loosen up?” She shifted to climb on top of her girlfriend with a teasing smile.
“Maybe when we get married and have three children.” Taeyeon instantly covered . “. Never mind that. Forget I said something.” She averted her eyes while Tiffany coughed awkwardly.
“Okay, no more talking now.”

A/N: okay, so i wrote this last weekend and up 'til now i'm not sure what am i doing. HAHAHAHAHAHA so. yeah. excuse my nonsense. AND!!! BAD NEWS!!! BAD NEWS!!!!!!!
