A week after the moving in scare, everything seemed to go back to normal. And now, Taeyeon found herself sprawled on the floor, breathing heavily with a huge frown on her face. “Okay, now get off me.” She spat in annoyance at the person hovering above her.
“But we’re not done yet.” Tiffany steadied herself with her arms on Taeyeon’s sides.
“We are. Now get off me.”
“That was just a silly warm up, Taeyeon.”
“I don’t care. I’m already exhausted.” Tiffany raised a very accusing eyebrow that made her frown even more. “What?” She raised her brows as well. “Hey! Stop poking me!” She slapped the hand away poking her stomach.
“Can I be honest with you?”
“What now?” The girl stared at her intensely that made her self-conscious. “W-what…?”
“Taeyeon-ah…” Tiffany kept on looking from her eyes down to her lips before finally deciding to lean down and met the girl’s plump ones. “You’re getting fat.” A distinct gasp was heard from Taeyeon after the gentle kiss.
“How dare you.”
“I’m just being honest here.” She placed another quick kiss on her lips. “I’m not really complaining since you look so cute with these puffy cheeks.” Taeyeon’s pinkish cheeks were squeezed lightly that made Tiffany giggle. “But we’re not getting younger, you know.”
“So what?”
“So you need to exercise more. Move around. Stop living a sedentary lifestyle.” Tiffany pushed herself up, much to Taeyeon’s relief, and offered her hand. “Come on, stand up.”
“I don’t want to.”
“You can’t stay there for the rest of the day.”
“Why are you here again?” Taeyeon was being extra stubborn today as she remained still on the floor.
“Oh, you tell me.” Tiffany crossed her arms and looked at her girlfriend sternly.
“I don’t know what you’re talking about.” Taeyeon returned her gaze back to the ceiling.
“Baby, will you come over? I feel so sad and lonely.” Tiffany said quite exaggeratedly, trying to copy a certain grumpy little person. “Does it ring a bell?”
“Again, I don’t know what you’re talking about.”
“Seriously, who would get drunk after a single can of beer?”
“Stop accusing me with that nonsense.” Taeyeon rolled over to lie on her stomach, conveniently avoiding Tiffany’s disbelieving look.
“Why are you still so hard to get?” Tiffany lightly kicked the girl’s .
“Why are you still so annoying?”
“Are we seriously having this conversation?”
“Are we seriously having this conversation?” Taeyeon echoed with a frown on her face as she rolled over again, back to her previous position. “You’re so annoying these days.”
“And you’re any better.” Tiffany rolled her eyes and kicked the girl’s foot this time.
With a few grunts, Taeyeon pushed herself up and stood right in front of Tiffany. She gave the girl a once over before crossing her arms as well. “Is this how it’s gonna be?”
“Excuse me, what?”
“I don’t know.” Taeyeon shrugged.
“I don’t get you.”
“I don’t get me either.” She shrugged again before placing her hands on Tiffany’s hips.
“That doesn’t work.” Tiffany said sternly but didn’t make a move to pull off the tiny hands around her body.
“I’m not doing anything.”
“You’re trying to get away with it.”
“Trying to get away with what?” Taeyeon tilted her head to the side, feigning innocence as she stared right into Tiffany’s eyes.
“Trying to get away with everything that requires movement.” Tiffany raised her brows in question when her girlfriend gave her a very suggestive smirk. “Oh god.” She poked the grinning girl’s forehead.
“What?”
“You wanna get laid.”
“I wanna get laid.”
“Right.”
“Laid gently on the mattress and cuddle you to sleep.” Taeyeon’s failed attempt to sound romantic made the girl grimace.
“More like the brains out of you.” Tiffany placed her arms around the girl’s neck and pulled her closer. The sweet gesture put a smile on Taeyeon’s face to which she returned with a lovely one of her own. “You’re so cute for trying, baby.” She gave her a quick peck on the lips before dragging her out of the house.
“What?! NO!” Taeyeon screamed out of desperation as the door slammed shut.
