“Hahaha! Umma is crying again!” Minho said with a loud laugh.

“No I’m not!” Taeyeon crinkled her nose, an obvious tear falling from her eye.

“Then why is your nose so red, Umma?” Soojung chimed in, clearly not helping the situation.

“Now, now, stop teasing your Umma and get ready for school.” Tiffany chuckled at the kids lined up in front of them. “Wear your bags and stand straight right there.” She patted their heads and straighten the collars of their shirts.

“Umma, you should join!” Kang Joon waved at Taeyeon with a big smile.

“Hmph!” Taeyeon crossed her arms in annoyance. “I’ll take the picture instead.” She said after a moment.

“Say cheese!” Tiffany said cheerfully which the kids gladly said in unison.

“Cheese!” The triplets smiled widely. 

“Okay, now let’s take a selfie!” Tiffany suggested to which Taeyeon had to grumble. “Come on, it’s their first day at school, Taeyeon. This one has to be documented!”

“Fine.” Taeyeon huffed, still slightly annoyed yet proud that their kids are finally on their own.

After countless number of photos and Taeyeon’s unamused look, Tiffany was finally satisfied with the pictures. It was the triplet’s first day at Grade 1. Tiffany and especially Taeyeon couldn’t believe how far they have come. From adopting the kids to today, their hearts swelled at the thought. It wasn’t too long since that day yet it felt like years had passed. Taeyeon couldn’t help but cry again at the thought while Tiffany couldn’t help but giggle at the sight. As she held her wife’s shoulder in comfort, Tiffany waved back at the children who were ushered by their driver to leave for school.

“Why are you so dramatic, Taeyeon? It’s not like they’re leaving forever.” Tiffany held the woman’s face.

“It’s just that they’re so big now!” Taeyeon sniffed. “They’re leaving us now!” She stomped her feet like a child.

“Please, it’s only for today.”

“I know.”

Tiffany chuckled at the childish antics and engulfed her wife in a hug. After a moment of silence and Taeyeon finally calming down, they went back to the kitchen to clean up and start their day.

A/N: Hello everyone! I am still alive!! T_T Oh gosh it’s been such a looooooong time since I posted here! Are you guys still here reading my stories?? >.< I hope you guys still do! So many things had happened since 2019, I can’t even enumerate them! This year alone, a lot happened and somehow I found myself writing again. I think I haven’t written anything for 3 years! LOL

Another life update: I was able to watch Taeyeon’s The Odd of Love concert!! I’m glad I decided to be alive that day and see Taeyeon perform live!! T_T Gosh she was so pretty and the vocalssss aaaaccckkkk SO GOOD! I could only wish I can turn back the time and relive that moment. :-((
