Taeyeon couldn’t seem to stop from frowning today. Even before she was about to sleep, the frown was still there like it’s been carved on her face permanently. After much arguing and a very loud thunder, she had unwillingly agreed to stay the night.
The top three causes of this never ending frown were, first and foremost Tiffany, second, her annoying obsession with pink, and lastly, still Tiffany. She had established that Tiffany was a very persistent person, she would never take no for an answer, thus she was now lying in bed with that ridiculous pink pajamas that has little unicorns in it beside the clingiest girl in the world. Much worse than that girl she met when she was young, she thought.
Taeyeon felt the other girl shift on the mattress so she remained still, pretending to be asleep. When everything seemed to be quiet, she slowly looked over her shoulder. . NO. There she saw Tiffany lying on her side, eyes closed, and breathing evenly. She’s so pr… . NO. . BUT SHE IS. AH, . It was her first time seeing the girl without make up and thought she was even prettier but of course she would deny all that because it’s Tiffany.
Tiffany’s eyes fluttered open and Taeyeon immediately panicked. She tried to turn around but before she could do so, the girl had already caught her staring. “Are you alright?”
“Of course not.”
“I’m sorry if my bed isn’t big enough for you.”
“Then I’ll sleep on the couch.” Taeyeon was about to get up but Tiffany was quick to grab her hand.
“No, don’t sleep on the couch. It’s uncomfortable.”
“It doesn’t make much of a difference if I sleep here.” It almost came out as a whine as Taeyeon crossed her arms and moved to her side of the bed, her back facing Tiffany.
“Why?” Tiffany scooted closer and she chuckled when the girl shivered as her breath hit the back of her neck.
Taeyeon rubbed the back of her neck in desperate measures and moved away but the arm around her waist made it hard to do. She was then pulled closer and now her back was pressed against Tiffany.
“Taeyeon?”
“What?”
“You didn’t answer my question.”
“Shut up and let go of me.” She tried to pry away the arm but Tiffany was just as stubborn as she was. “Tiffany.”
“Hm?”
“Let go of me.”
“But I don’t want to.” Tiffany snuggled even closer, burying her nose into the girl’s hair and inhaled that all too familiar fruity scent of her shampoo. “Let’s cuddle to sleep.”
“No.”
“Please…”
“NO.”
“But you like cuddling.”
“N…” Taeyeon had to stop at that. As much as she wanted to deny it, she did like cuddling. “Don’t cling to me like a koala.” Tiffany loosen her hold and she was now able to breathe normally. Her eyes were about to close when Tiffany slightly tugged at her arm, forcing her to turn around. “W-what are you doing?” She leaned back as the girl’s face was too close for comfort.
“Have you been working overtime again?” Tiffany gently cupped her face and brushed the dark circles under her eyes.
“Why do you even care?” Taeyeon was now too tired to swat away the unwelcome palms on her face.
“Because I like you.” The girl’s eyes were now focused on hers and thought how enticing they were. She inched closer and hesitated for a second before capturing her lips for a sweet, gentle kiss.
Ah, .
Tiffany let out a small smile into the kiss as she felt Taeyeon kissing her back, though it was very short and subtle, before pulling away. “Good night.”
“Hm.” . I’m going to regret this for the rest of my life. .
