“Kai, where are we going?” Moon asked not being familiar with the area. “I want you to meet some people.” Kai said holding Moon’s hand. Moon doubt that Kai would do something to her, but something in her gut made her worry. “Some people? What kind of people?” Moon stop and let go of Kai’s hand. Kai took a deep breath “Whatever happens, you have to trust me. You do trust me...right?” he asked laying his hands on Moon’s shoulder. Moon hesitated to answer but just nodded her head as she face the ground. “Good. Come on, it’s snowing. Don’t want to catch a cold.” Kai pull onto Moon’s hand and drag her. Moon just follow and looked from behind and admire Kai’s back view.

Finally stopping at a gate, Moon had eye’s wide open and she had never seen such a beautiful house. Kai rang the doorbell and to Moon’s eye, it sounded like a lady that was in her late 20s. “Who is it?” The lady asked. “Noona! It’s me” Kai said with enthusiasm. “OH! Okay!” The gate open and Moon finally figure it out. Kai was going to introduce Moon to Kai’s family. Kai started to walk in but then got pull back. “What’s wrong?” Kai asked look at Moon and her worry face. “Kai, it’s too soon.” Moon said holding onto Kai’s wrist. Kai just smile. “I know what you’re thinking. You think that my family won’t like you. You think my mother might give you money so that you would break up with me. Ha, so cliche. Minyong, just be yourself. I promise you that I won’t let anyone look down at you.” Kai spoke with such sincere words, that even Moon could tell that he was speaking from the heart. Moon took a deep breath and nodded her head. Kai gave Moon a great big hug and let her inside the house.

When entering the gate, Moon saw stepping stones that led to some stone stairs. Walking up the stairs, snow was covering the ground making the green grass not being able to show. Continue to make there way to the doors, they finally came to a stop. “Ready?” Kai asked. Moon nodded her head and took a deep breath.

“I’m home.” Kai shouted and a tall girl-Moon guess that it was the girl that answer the door- show up pulling Kai into a hug. “Jongin my little brother. Finally, you came home and visit.” She said. “Nice to see you too Noona. Where’s mom?” Kai asked as they both started to take off their shoes. “In the kitchen. Oh, is this who I think this is?” She said walking up to Moon. Moon quickly bow and said her greetings. “Hi, I’m Minyong, but you could call me Moon.” she said. “I know, Kai talks about you all the time.” She said. Kai roll his eyes and walk towards the kitchen to greet his mom. “Well, come in. We don’t bite. Promise” Kai’s sister said.
