Baekhyun has no idea how on earth did he even manage to fall in love with a person like Do Kyungsoo.

No, it was definitely not love at first sight because Baekhyun remembers Kyungsoo as this annoying person who keeps on borrowing his pens and not giving it back until the end of the semester. He gave the cap back, not the actual pen, but at least he gave it back? Moving on, it was still a mystery for him how he managed to fall in love with this… weirdo.

Do Kyungsoo was a culinary arts student then when they met and honestly, Baekhyun thought that the guy is gorgeous. But then after that frat party where he threw up on him and spilled a long glass of beer on his favorite striped shirt because the idiot managed to trip himself on air, Baekhyun wiped the word gorgeous on his vocabulary and writes annoying on the list of how to describe the younger.

How did he managed to fall in love with the younger?

Maybe it was how persistent he was when he chased after him or how Kyungsoo managed to surpass the limits of his efforts just to please him. In other words, it just happened.

Baekhyun smiles at the sight of his husband staring in awe at the middle of the train station in New York, mouth gaping in amazement as he looks everywhere.

And he doesn’t regret putting a ring on that finger.

“Baekhyun, Baekhyun, Baekhyun, hurry up!” Kyungsoo runs towards him, managing to bump a few people on the way (some scowls and mutters a low curse but Kyungsoo doesn’t seem to mind them or he purposely didn’t) And when he reaches him, he wraps his arms around the elder’s torso. “You are so slow, I swear. We’re gonna miss the train!”

Baekhyun rolls his eyes and groans. “Kyungsoo, I am so tired. You didn’t let me get some sleep last night.”
