ChaeRin's POV

"Oh. Amy unnie you are here too?" I spotted her in the building. 
"Neh, Sajangnim called me yesterday and informed me about the meeting at 2pm." she replied.
"Oh. In the case, it might mean that the other girls will be here too?" I questioned. We decided to wait for a little while since we were early. 
1:55pm, RaIm unnie arrived. We waited till 1:58pm and decided to head up first since it took some time for lift to go to level 3 and walk to Sajangnim's office.
"Wait wait! Don't!" a hand slide through the lift door gap as it was about to close. "I am so sorry." she said, looking at the ground panting.
"MinAh? HyeYong?" we recognised them.
"Oh, annyeong hasaeyo unnie." they finally catch their breaths.
"You girls just ended your figure skating trainings?" I asked, spotting them holding onto their skates.
"Neh. We met on the way here. We were suppose to reach about 3minutes earlier, but we got too caught up talking. Sorry." MinAh explained to us.
"It is ok. You girls made it in time." RaIm unnie said.
"Ah girls, Come on in, sajangnim is waiting inside."
"Neh HyoAn oppa." we followed him in.
"Annyeong hasaeyo sajangnim." we greeted with a 90degrees bow.
"Sit down girls. Aigoo, if only INFINITE can have half of your manners." sajangnim joked.
"May I know what are we here for?" RaIm unnie bravely asked.
"Well, we have quite a few things to do, but firstly, we have to settle a very important thing. Your position in the group." Sajangnim said.
"We first have to settle for a leader. RaIm, you are the oldest, we will go by age?" 
"Ani sajangnim, I don't think I am good enough for a leader." RaIm unnie objected.


RaIm's POV

When sajangnim asked if I would like to be the leader, I quickly opposed. I don't think leader should be just set by age.
"Why not?" sajangnim questioned.
"Well, I think all of us have a part where we excel in. So instead of having 1 leader, it is better to have leaders that excel in their part and guide the other members." I explained.
"I like your idea, where everyone has a part to play. However, I think it is better to have an overall leader. What do you girls think?" he now asked for their opinions.
"I think like what RaIm unnie proposed, we can have a leader for each part, but then, we can have an overall leader so that things do not get out of hands. There will be the main leader to control things. Also if manager oppas and unnie or sajangnim has something to inform us, things can be done faster getting the main leader to convey the message instead of telling us one by one." HyeYong stated her point of view.
"Hmm, that is a good point. How about RaIm, you be the main leader?" Sajangnim proposed again.
"Ah. Neh. I will do my job as a leader to the fullest then. I will not disappoint you, sajangnim." I decided to accept what was bestowed on me.
"Ok, so, we have to decide your positions in the group. I have gotten much feedbacks from your trainers and also watched a few videos of you girls practicing and singing. I have drafted out what I have decided, but I want you girls to discuss and agree on it. I don't want to be doing things all on my part." Sajangnim handed us a paper.

Baek RaIm : Leader + Lead vocal
Amy Lee : Vocal + Visual + rapper
Lee ChaeRin : Main dancer + vocal
Kim MinAh : Main rapper + vocal
Nam HyeYong : Main vocal + lead dancer 

(Some of you might be confused by the main and lead thing because I was confused too, so I shall set my standards here. Main vocal is like WooHyun, singa the challenging parts and lead vocal is like SungGyu, sings the most parts. It is like HoYa is the main dancer and lead rapper while DongWoo is the Main rapper and lead dancer.)

After some discussion, we decided to try it out with the plan sajangnim has. After all, we are amateurs with not much backgrounds on this issue. So we agreed that we should have a trial. 
"Well then, now, because I am planning to let you girls debut probably by March, next year, we have only about 7 months of preparation time. So I want to start discussing about the concept of your first mini album." Sajangnim informed us.
"Wow, that is fast. We really have to focus and workhard." RaIm unnie sighed.
"Challenge accepted! Haha" I laughed.
"I believe you girls have what it takes. I scouted you girls for your talent and passion, remember?" Sajangnim reminded us. We started our very serious discussion.
