HyeYong's POV

I stared at the golden ring in the box. I felt very elated that HoYa oppa finally proposed to me. But at the same time, fear started to envelope me. I took a step back, gasping. I had an urge to run off. HoYa's oppa eyes turned from very hopeful to very disappointed. I knew he really wanted to make me his wife. We have been dating for 4 years. However, I was afraid. 

What if I don't make a good wife?
Getting married would means starting a family too. What if I am not ready to be a mother?
Will we be happy together after marriage?
What if we had a huge argument? Getting married meant that we could not just say 'Let's break up.' 

Many questions flooded me. Proposing in front of all this sunbaes is like vowing in front of the president or something like that. Being a girlfriend and being a wife is a lot of difference.
Sensing that things weren't going well, Lee Teuk oppa and SoRa unnie stepped in.
"Uhm..why not, let's go get some ice cream. The ladies will have their ladies talk while we have our man talk? How about that?" Lee Teuk oppa suggested.
"Come on HoYa. Proposing isn't as easy as it seems on drama." DongHae oppa offered his hands to help the slightly taken aback HoYa oppa up. I know I may have hurt his pride. But I don't want to jump into saying YES without really considering about it. 

"You boys sit there while we sit here." SoRa unnie pointed to the table far from us, sending the boys over to that table.
"HyeYong ah, what is wrong?" EunSeo unnie placed her hand softly on mine.
"I...I don't know. But..I am afraid." I said, looking at my ice cream.
"Waeyo?" SoRa unnie asked.
"I don't know. Maybe because of the commitment? What if I don't make a good wife? What if I can't be a good mother too?" I blurted out the questions that I have thought of earlier.
"You two have been going out for 4 years! It is time to get married!" Sulli playfully teased, getting a disapproving look from the unnies. "Mianhae."
"HyeYong, I know how you are worried about meeting expectations. But you should not let those expectations be a hindrance. Those are just expectations of the public. Actually, I had that worry too when Teukie kept talking about marriage. I was really really worried. Lee Teuk, leader of Super Junior. Can I meet the expectations of his fans? That was what worried me the most. But he came up to me a said that he doesn't care what his fans think. He just want a happy and simple family. Then I knew that, Teukie is truely the man for me. No matter what happens he is there for me." SoRa unnie talked it out. 
"But.." 
"No buts. Follow your heart. Do you feel happy with him? Do you see a future with him?" EunSeo unnie asked.
I thought for a while. A smile started to form on my face.
"A penny for your thoughts, Miss Tomato." Sulli nudged me. TOMATO?! I touched my cheeks, only to feel them burning.
"Haha. Look at her. Natural blusher again. I love to and make her blush." SoRa unnie could not hold her laughter, causing the attention of the boys.
"Yah shhh...We are suppose to look serious." EunSeo unnie snapped, pulling SoRa unnie back from her laughter.
"Hehe sorry" SoRa unnie apologised. "Anyways, penny for your thoughts."
I blushed again, thinking of the scenes that have flashed through my mind. I can't possibly be telling unnies that I see myself in the future with a basketball team of kids right?! Ugh, Lee HoWon. You and your erted whispers you say to me every time. I mentally slapped myself. 
"Faster say.." Sulli aegyoed.
"Not for kids to hear." I covered her ears.
"OOHHHHHHH" EunSeo unnie and SoRa unnie got what I meant.
"See, you have a future with him." SoRa unnie teased. "Quick quick tell me." SoRa unnie leaned in closer, cupping her ears.
"Well....you know how..HoYa oppa often tease me about having a basketball team.....and.....yea..let's just stop here." I swear, if they force me to say anymore, my cheeks would just splatter apart with those blood gushing up into my cheeks.
"OMY!! HoYa oppa actually did that? No worries unnie, I will make sure he stays far away from you even after you two get married." Sulli joked. Sulli is a very very cute dongsaeng. One thing is that she is quite clingy, in a good way though haha. It is like as if I am her possession. 


HoYa's POV

HyeYong......I felt my heart shattered into pieces when she took a step back. Did I rush her? Did she not want to marry me? I nearly cried. Thankfully, Super Junior hyungs were here to support me.
"HoYa ah. " LeeTeuk hyung snapped me out of my thoughts. "I know you are shocked over the fact that she did not reply you. But you got to get hold of yourself alright?" 
"Have you talked to her about marriage before?" DongHae hyung asked. I shook my head. 
"I have been busy in army. She has been busy with her concert and comeback preparation. In fact, we have not had a talk for quite some time." I looked at the table, realising how far we had drifted apart. 
"See, I guess this is the reason." HeeChul hyung snapped his fingers. I looked at him, confused.
"HoYa ah, proposing isn't like what we watch in dramas. It is not like you suddenly kneel down and propose, the girl will have to say yes." HeeChul hyung explained.
"You two have to talk about it, give her time to make decision. Tying the knot is something really serious. While you two are boyfriend and girlfriend, it is easy to say 'Let's break up' and then get back together. But getting married, is about living together, having kids. When you have heated arguments, it is about understanding each other, not asking for a divorce." DongHae hyung continued.
DongHae hyung was right. I have been to rush. No wonder HyeYong was hesitant. Suddenly, the ladies started laughing.
"Mwohya....Shouldn't they be having serious talks?" Lee Teuk hyung hissed.
"Ahahaa...hyung. I bet they are teasing HyeYong. Look at her blush." DongHae hyung pointed out. I stretched out my neck a little to peep at HyeYong. She was indeed blushing.
"HoYa ah!!." HeeChul hyung nudged me.
"Oh my. Hyung. Look at HoYa. His ears are turning crimson red." HeeChul hyung kept poking on my ear lobe, not helping me.
"Aigoo, when ladies get together..." LeeTeuk hyung sighed. We giggled a little at how the girls are actually laughing to themselves. So we decided 
"Anyways, hyung. Sulli is already 21. When are you going to propose to her?" I changed the topic a little. HeeChul hyung was caught off guard. 
"Yah, why is the conversation on me now?" he whined.
"Haha. Because you and Sulli are like 11 years apart!" DongHae hyung .
"True that. HeeChul arh, you are already going to 32 soon you know. I am even becoming a dad. You are not even married." LeeTeuk hyung rubbed it in too. We were having so much fun teasing HeeChul hyung when suddenly, the four ladies came up.
"Lee HoWon." SoRa noona summoned me. Shock of what happened, I instantaneously stood up. Ah, the military services screwed my brain up. It was like facing my commando. 
"Neh!" I almost wanted to do a salute. Gosh.
"Haha, relax. HyeYong just want to say something to you." SoRa noona stepped aside, presenting HyeYong to me.
"HoYa oppa~" she was still blushing, her eyes to the floor. "I do." she whispered. I wanted to scream in excitement. I clearly heard her say I DO, but HeeChul hyung held on to me, as if telling me to contain my excitement. Almost on cue, Lee Teuk hyung played along.
"Mwoh? I didn;t catch you." Lee Teuk hyung said. 
"Yah Teukie.." SoRa noona smacked him hard. 
"I said......I DO." HyeYong said louder this time, loud enough for the few of us to hear. She quickly turned around, back facing me. I knew shyness was creeping over her. Running out of my seat, I backhugged her, lifting her off the floor, spinning her around.
"CHUKAHAE!!!" they started screaming.  Finally, the 8 of us got back together on one long table.
"Now, KISS!" the hyungs demanded. 
"Andwae." HyeYong shifted herself away from me. Thankfully, Sulli had some sense.
"Unnie, it is very squeezy here. You mind moving back to your right?" Sulli pushed her.
"Kiss kiss kiss.." they chanted softly, not to let the other customers hear of it. HyeYong gave in and planted a small kiss on my lips shyly. The other hyungs and noonas booed in disapproval.
"I think we should just satisfy their greed?" I whispered. Her jaw dropped in shock. I took this chance and moved in on her, interlocking my lips into hers. Head slightly tilted to one side, my tongue slid its way through into . 
"Eumm..Opp...oppa. Eum." she fought her way through.
"OKOK..You two stop. OH MY I regret asking for this." HeeChul hyung quickly covered his beloved, Sulli's eyes.
Finally we pulled apart.  But before HyeYong could turn her body back straight, I playfully placed my hands on her shoulders, not letting her move. Using my thumb, I pushed her sleeve off her shoulders a little. 
"HUK!" I heard her gasp. Her body stiffened as I on her skin. In between the crook of her neck and shoulder.
"OH MY GOSH! You , LEE HOWON , VAMPIRE." she tried to pull me off her. Finally when I tasted a tinge of blood, I swerved my tongue around her skin, it off clean.
"HUK! OMY GOSH!" I heard the rest of them gasp too. 
"Hehe. Now, she is mine. I have marked her." I brushed my hands together proudly. I think I did an awfully good job. Military services taught me well as to how to plan my attack locations. Haha. I learned well too. I smiled at them widely, showing off my 2 canine teeth. 
"Lee HoWon, you....you...did not ...just leave a hicky on me right?" her voice quivered. I chuckled at how taken aback she was. She quickly buried her face in her hands.
"It isn't that bad. See." the hyungs have already captured pictures of it. She quickly snatched LeeTeuk's hyung phone and stared at the image. 
"Lee HoWon....Oppas, please...please don't ever ever upload this picture on any SNS..oh gosh." she gasped. I had strategically located the hicky such that half of it was exposed while the other half was hidden under her sleeve. How intelligent of me.
"I am smart right?" I boasted.
"You should have hide it!!" she hissed. "Or maybe...shown the whole thing." she whispered the last part.
"Do you want me to do it again?" I teased. 
"Go away." she pushed me away. "Do you know how the unnies are going to tease me about this?" she whined.
"Anyways, the hicky is there. Wait...we are missing something." HeeChul hyung pointed out. 
"Ahhh!!" I totally forgot. I have not even put the engagement ring on her finger yet and I have marked her.
"Wow. HoYa are you trying to eat even before paying?" SoRa noona joked.
"MiAn..I guess I got too excited. hehe." I scratched my head.
"So let's start all over again." LeeTeuk hyung suddenly acted like he was an MC.
"HoYa, please ask your question." SoRa noona joined in with her husband.
"I, Lee HoWon, would like to ask you to be my wife. Nam HyeYong, will you marry me?" I asked.
"I do." she beamed. I quickly grabbed hold of her left hand, carefully taking out the smaller ring in the box and slide the ring onto her third finger. She was so happy, she kept admiring the golden ring.
"Nam HyeYong." LeeTeuk pulled her out from her fantasy.
"Ah yea. haha." she was lost in her own world that she forgot she had to put the ring on me too. Exchanging positions, she cautiously took out the ring and slid it onto my third finger too. 
"I love you." I said. This time, I decided to let her off and only plant a light kiss on her lips. 
"Cha. Now I got the pictures as evidence. Lee HoWon, if you ever dare to break her heart even a single bit, I will make sure I personally chop you into pieces and feed you to the lions in the safari." LeeTeuk hyung threatened.
*gulp* "Hyung....I..I will never let her down." I promised. 
"And lastly, twitter." HeeChul hyung exclaimed. 
"Wait wait...You can't just go tweeting like that." LeeTeuk halted him. It is a standard procedure to be discussing with family members and the company before we announce any marriage.
"I know...So I am just going to tweet....'chuka chuka chuka hae.'" HeeChul hyung read out his tweet, showing it to all of us before pressing the confirmation button.
Then the others did the same too. Leaving the fans wondering as to why the three SuJu members as well as the three girls are tweeting congratulations.
