“Goodnight then” Hyunjoong parked infront of Haera’s house.

Haera smiled mischieviously and leant in closer.Hyunjoong was well aware of what she was planning to do and he didn’t move. Haera pecked on his lips but Hyunjoong grabbed her face roughly and deepened the kiss.Haera got carried away as Hyunjoong was always very conscious—whenever they kissed it was more of a formality. The only passionate kiss they shared was when he first proposed her.

Haera’s hands moved over to his chest to his shirt but Hyunjoong stopped her progresses.

“I’m sorry….. you should go inside”

Haera looked at him questionably but Hyunjoong just looked out of the window. Finally getting no response Haera got down from the car and entered her house.

DING DONG

Grandma opened the door to find Somin and a timid Jihoo standing outside.

“What’s he doing here?!” Grandma snapped the moment she saw Jihoo—Jihoo gulped nervously

“We’re going to work on the script together tonight" Somin watched as Granny looked at Jihoo with hatred " BE NICE!” Somin eyed her Grandma

“I will if he is” grandma eyed Jihoo with disgust

Hyunjoong drove away from haera’s house and parked before a park. As he looked around he realized it was the same park where he told Somin he loved Haera. Things have changed so much since then. Hyunjoong pressed on his temples as he recollected the old times which were so simple and sweet.

Suddenly his phone’s message alert rang and broke the eerie silence. It was a text from Youngsaeng

‘Care to join me for a drink?—Heo YoungSaeng’

Hyunjoong felt relieved—he really needed a drink.He turned his car around and headed to Youngsaeng’s place.

“Ah you’re here!” youngsaeng greeted Hyunjoong when he arrived

“Isn’t anyone else coming?” Hyunjoong asked as he grabbed a bottle of soju.

“Ani. I wanted to speak to you in private” Youngsaeng informed taking a gulp from his bottle.

Hyunjoong took one too. “Speak about what?” he said

Youngsaeng looked at the ground for a while and then turned to face him

“Hyunjoong-ah! What are you doing?”

Hyunjoong looked at him in confusion. He slightly held up his bottle and said,”I am…drinking with you”

Youngsaeng rolled his eyes. “I didn’t mean that pabo!” Youngsaeng cried in disbelief pulling down Hyunjoong's slightly raised hand “I mean what the hell are you doing with your life?”

Hyunjoong’s face stiffened.

“Marrying Haera so fast? What’s wrong with you! You only used to say that you’ll take your time and not rush into things when it came to love! So what is all this? You hardly know her for a month!”

Hyunjoong kept quiet--he just drank.

“Hyunjoong is everything okay? Why all this rush? Did you…get her pregnant or something?”

“NO!!!!” Hyunjoong yanked his arm and moved away abit.

“Don’t shout at me! Anyone will think that!”

Hyunjoong just made a grumbling sound.

“Then why?” Youngsaeng asked him again

“To stop myself from cheating on her” Hyunjoong replied, intoxicated

“What?”

“Did you know I kissed Somin” Hyunjoong replied--he was totally drunk now. “Yes I kissed my bestfriend while I’m already engaged to someone else! But you know what I don’t regret it even this much” Hyunjoong pressed his thumb  and index finger together to show him the small amount. “Infact I wanna do it again!and again!and again! I wanna keep kissing Somin all my life! “

Youngsaeng’s eyes grew big in shock as he heard drunk Hyunjoong pour out his heart.

Hyunjoong roughly put a hand on Youngsaeng’s shoulder and pulled him towards himself, “I am a horrible person aint i?” He said looking at Youngsaeng intently. Youngsaeng saw tears welling up inside Hyunjoong’s eyes.

“Hyunjoong if you love Somin why are you marrying Haera?”

“Love Somin? Do i?” he seemed to ask the question to himself more

“Why? Don’t you?”

“I dunno Youngsaeng…”Hyunjoong pulled his hair “I just dunno anything!”

“Why did you suddenly plan on marrying Haera if you're so unsure about your feelings?”

“Cause I’ve been having indecent thoughts about Somin. I thought if I married Haera the sense of responsibility will override these thoughts and I’ll be able to focus well…but”

“It hasn’t worked out for you has it?”

Hyunjoong shook his head and started crying

“Ottoke Youngsaeng! I just cant get her outta my head! Her cherry like lips I can’t forget their taste! I kissed Haera and tried to dampen the effect but it just got worse…my craving has just increased!”

Youngsaeng looked at their leader sympathetically—he hasn’t seen him this way ever before

“I am lusting for my bestfriend! I am such a horrible person! I shouldn’t be alive!” Hyunjoong’s sobs grew louder. Youngsaeng patted his back as he went on crying and cursing himself
