*Omg. I took so much time color coating the quotes. So, I've decided that you can regard the colors as any language you want or you can ignore them. I just wanted to point out that the Peach colored ones are Mandarin because I think it's important to know that they're speaking that language because only then do you know that Jessica doesn't understand. So, if you keep getting confused with the colors, JUST KNOW THAT PEACH IS MANDARIN. No need to worry about the other two languages..keke~ It's actually up to you if you'd like to read with the knowledge of the language they're speaking or just disregard it if you'd like :)

      Authors POV:   Jessica woke up to the sound of her alarm clock. She wiggled around on her bed, still hugging onto Ace, before sitting up and slapping the alarm clock off. She took in a deep breath before opening her eyes and heading into her bathroom.   Coming out of the bathroom all cleaned up, she quickly changed and prepared for work. Work attire, face make up and hair tied up in a bun. She grabbed her bag full of files before heading out her bedroom. She knocked on Tiffany's door before walking downstairs to prepare breakfast.   ~~   Kris flipped the duvet over his head as his phone went off for the third time. Who could possibly be calling him so early in the morning?    He blindly searched for his phone on his nightstand before answering the call.    "Hello?" He placed the phone on his ear as he spoke with his deep morning voice. His eyes were still closed.   "You're still sleeping?! Aish! Get up now! You're going to be late for work! Did you forget about me? You still have to pick me up!" Mommy Wu lectured over the phone. "Aigoo, my son is still lazy at this age...it makes me wonder how he managed to get such a perfect girlfriend."   "I didn't forget. My alarm clock didn't ring yet. Let me sleep." Kris mumbled.   "Aigoo! It's 7am! You wake up now or I'm going to go over there myself. You still have to drop off Tao!"    "Tao doesn't have class today..." He mumbled again but this time, there was a long silent pause.   "Omo! Kris! Did you fall asleep again?!" Mommy Wu knew her son very well. When she heard slow consistent breathing, she knew for sure that he had fallen asleep. "Aigoo, why is he so lazy?!" She hung up her phone and grabbed her purse before heading out the hotel building and calling a taxi. Her destination? Kris's apartment.   Making her way up in the elevator,  Mommy Wu patiently waited till it stopped and stepped out, heading towards her son's apartment door. Pressing the code onto the keypad, she let herself in.   "Wu YiFan! If you do not get up this instant, I will personally drag you up!"  She said in a demanding voice as she flung open Kris's bedroom door.   She folded her arms when she saw Kris sitting up on his bed ruffling his hair. "Good morning..." He mumbled, half asleep.   "Aish...my lazy son. Get up already! How are you still employed?" She lectured as she pushed Kris into the bathroom and to make sure he was going to wash up, she stood there in the bathroom with him.   Kris peeked open his eyes and saw his mom there. He flinched back. "Mom! Get out! I'm going to shower, you don't need to worry. I'm a grown man."   "Yeah...a grown man who needs to be taken care of." Mommy Wu took in a deep breath before giving him a glare and walking out. "Hurry up! I don't want to miss my daughter-in-law!" She said before slamming the door shut.   "It's still early in the morning! You're not going to miss anything!" He shouted back as running water was heard through the walls.     ~~     Heading out to the car after breakfast, Tiffany and Jessica conversed with each other about Jessica's meeting with Mommy Wu.   "So she was just there when you walked back in?" Tiffany asked as she slid onto the passenger seat.   Jessica nodded. "She's very pretty, caring and has a good personality. Her skin is really good too! She looks so young! We also got pretty close. She's easy to get along with." She smiled as she pulled the car out of the driveway.   "No awkward moments?" Tiffany asked as she checked her face make up with her mirror.   "There was...when they spoke mandarin." Jessica pointed out as she made a left turn. "I felt left out. I hope they didn't say anything bad or awkward about me. But Oppa did give me a smile...maybe things went well."   Tiffany gasped. "I wonder if Kai's parents will pop up." She wondered. "I'll be so shocked. I wouldn't be ready to meet them. What if I don't meet their expectations?" Thoughts ran through her head.   Jessica giggled. "Fany, you have the best personality ever...who wouldn't like you?"     ~~     "Hurry up and eat. I want to see my daughter-in-law." Mommy Wu rushed Kris, who took his precious time eating. "And what kind of attire is that? Don't you work in a corporate building?" She glanced up and down at her son's clothing. A simple white untucked dress shirt with some black jeans.   "We're not in high school, mom. We can wear what we want. It just has to look presentable." Kris reasoned as he finished up his plate of food.   "You call that presentable?" She arched her eyebrow up.    Kris heaved a sigh. "Let's just go." He quickly grabbed his stuff and headed out the door, Mommy Wu following right behind.     ~~     Arriving at the building, Tiffany quickly spotted Kai and deserted Jessica. They seemed to be walking towards the cafe in the lobby.   Jessica pouted and decided to just head up to her office. Making her way to the elevators, she actually wondered why there wasn't much people gathered here today. She looked around and spotted a mob of business workers huddled around a bulletin board. *Must be a promotion or something...* Jessica thought to herself and shrugged it off.   She looked down at her feet and tapped her heels onto the floor as she patiently waited for the elevator to arrive. She heaved a sigh before she was surprised by a pair of arms wrapped around her waist from behind and a chin rested on her right shoulder. A smile immediately appeared on her face.   "Morning." Kris whispered in her ear before he pressed his lips onto her cheek.   "Good morning Oppa." Jessica entwined their hands and looked back at him with a smile. "Where's mom?"    He nodded his head over at the security desk. "Getting a visitors pass."   "I like her shoes." Jessica giggled as she looked at Mommy Wu. "She looks very joyful today."   "Yeah..." Kris kept hugging her from behind, "So joyful that she broke into my apartment and made me get up early to force me to shove food down my own throat."   Jessica giggled. "Was she that excited to visit?"    Kris nodded. "Too excited."   "You do know that it's a work day right? She won't have anything to do." Jessica bit her lip. "It's going to be boring for her...don't you think?"   Kris chuckled. "If she's here, I don't think we'll get any work done. We'll probably be running after her, making sure her she doesn't bother anyone."   "Aigoo, what did you say about me?" Mommy Wu grabbed onto Kris's ear, prying him off the hidden Jessica that was wrapped in his arms. "Oh!" She let go of her son's ear when she spotted a smiling Jessica. "My daughter-in-law!" she exclaimed in mandarin. "Jessi!" She quickly switched to English and gave her a warm hug. "You look so...professional! Look at you! With your proper work attire and cute red heels!" Mommy Wu eyed her up and down with a huge smile. "Unlike someone..." She gave a lousy glance at her son.   Kris's eyes widened as he rubbed his ear, his mouth agape.   Jessica giggled. "Good morning mother!"    "Omo! You're so natural at it now! It's great to be called 'mother' by my future daughter-in-law!" She smiled.   "F-future daughter-in-law?" Jessica repeated with her eyes widened as her face tinted pink. Mommy Wu's mouth formed an O-shape before she covered it with her hands    "Elevator's here!" Kris quickly interrupted and took this time to grab Jessica away from his mom.   Mommy Wu already accidentally blurted her whole wish of Jessica being her daughter-in-law. Kris didn't want her 'accidentally' bringing up her wish for grandchildren as well. It'd be too embarrassing and might even shock the living daylights out of Jessica.   "Omo! This elevator is so big!" Mrs. Wu exclaimed, changing the subject as she stepped inside the large box.   Kris quickly pressed the close door button several times, not wanting a mob to come swarming into the elevator, like last time. After the door shut, he pressed the 23 button and wrapped his arms back onto Jessica.   "You both work at the twenty third floor?" Mommy Wu clasped her hands together in awe.   "Oh, no." Jessica giggled. "Only me. Kris is on the fifth floor."   "I can't wait to see both of your offices!" She clapped her hands together.   The elevator stopped at the twenty third floor and Kris spun Jessica around and pressed his lips onto hers before she walked out. "See you later." He smiled before letting her walk out.   Jessica waved him and Mommy Wu goodbye with a deep reddened face before the elevator shut. Kris quickly pressed the button for the 5th floor.   "You guys are just the cutest!" Mrs. Wu giggled uncontrollably as the elevator shot down. "When do I get to visit her office?" She asked anxiously.   "We'll go back after I pick up some stuff at my office." Kris told her as the elevator opened up and they both stepped out. "We're all working together on a project anyways."   "Hey Kris!" ChanHee greeted him with a happy wave. "Oh! Is that your mother?"   Kris nodded with a smile. "She's visiting today. Speak English to her. Do I have mail?"   ChanHee handed him a couple envelopes before greeting Mother Wu. "Welcome to the fifth floor Mrs. Wu! I'm ChanHee, I work as the front desk of this floor. Kris is my manager." He happily greeted and introduced himself to her.   Mrs. Wu nodded. "Nice to meet you ChanHee." She gave him a smile. "Has Kris been slacking on his work? You know how lazy he can be? Omo, one time-"   "Mom! Lets move!" Kris grabbed her by her shoulders before guiding her away from the front desk. He didn't want his mom giving a story time about him to the entire office. He knew his mother can adapt to any environment quickly and always seemed to blurt out the most embarrassing things.   ChanHee laughed. "Have a good day!"   "So this is what your office looks like." She looked around and nodded. "I like it. It's clean and organized. Oh! Where's JinHee?" She quickly changed the topic and glanced out the office door.   *Shes already so curious!* Kris sighed. "She'll come by soon." He said as he gathered some files from his desk. "Just sit down mom."   "Aigoo, I'm seeing everyone today! Kai, JinHee, Tiffany, Jessica...what about the other boys? I heard some of them are in this building too! Are you going to invite them over tonight? I want to see them." Mommy Wu spoke excitedly.   "Mom, you're too excited~ let me just get everything straightened out and we'll just see later today." Kris yawned and stretched in his office chair.   "Okay...I suppose I am being too excited. It feels great though." She smiled as she took a seat on the couch. "I feel so much younger!"   "Kris pabo!" JinHee shouted playfully as she made her way into the office. "I got the files for the project. You guys are working on the 23rd floor today right?"   "JinHee!!" Mommy Wu shouted with a smile plastered over her face as she saw her niece.   "Auntie Wu! You're here!!" JinHee ran up and gave her a hug, despite all the files in her hands. "Did you see Kris's girlfriend yet?! It's a miracle! He actually got a girlfriend!"   "Yah!" Kris shouted at her.    JinHee laughed, "I'm just kidding." She faced back at Auntie Wu. "When did you arrive and when are you leaving?! We should get together!"   Mrs. Wu smiled. "I came yesterday! I'm leaving tomorrow! It was a surprise visit...but I'm not sure if we have time for a party or anything. Kris is being hesitant about it."   JinHee frowned. "Maybe next time then...I'll give Kris some punishment for you!" She smiled before walking over to Kris. "Here's the files." She placed the big stack of papers onto his desk. "Do you want me to move upstairs with you guys? I can help today."   Kris nodded. "Yeah. It would be nice." He sighed at the papers.   "Omo, Kai!" Mommy Wu exclaimed as she saw Kai walking past the office. "Oh, I missed him!" She peeked out of Kris's office.   "Mom! Stop wandering off!" Kris complained as he held all the files and papers in his hands.    Mommy Wu turned around to her bossy son. "Aigoo! Why do you talk to your mother that way? Watch your tone!" She slapped his arm. "Oh! Are we going to see Jessica now?" Her face brightened up when she realized they were walking towards the elevators.   Kris nodded as he looked at his mother who has a MASSIVE soft spot for Jessica, "Yeah. You'll get to meet Tiffany too."    "I like this building already!"     ~~     Jessica was giving advice to a rookie worker who seemed to have questions on their designing project. She was more than willing to help because she  saw that their project seemed way too difficult for rookies. She was very into her conversation that she didn't notice Kris and Mrs. Wu standing at her office door.   "Since you're aiming for a elegant look, you should ask yourself what kind of concept you want people to feel. I cant give you any ideas since it is your project. Just make sure it pops and it works well with the interior. You don't want our products that are being displayed be overshadowed by our decor." Jessica finished her advice.   The rookie stood up and bowed with a grateful smile. "I understand. Thank you so much for your help!"   Jessica handed her sketch back to her and stood up as well. "Good luck on your project! You can always come by again if you need help!"   The rookie quickly gathered her notes and sketches before bowing and shuffling out the door.   Jessica smiled as her eyes followed the rookie's figure out the door and saw Kris and his mom standing there. "Oppa!" She called out with a smile. "Mom!" she giggled. "Oh, you can come in!" Jessica gestured them over.   "Someone looked busy." Kris smiled as he put the papers and files down on her table.   "You looked so professional!" Mommy Wu commented and gave a thumbs up.   Jessica thanked her and saw the fat pile of papers and files Kris just put down. Her jaw dropped. "Is this for today?" She asked.   Kris nodded as he took a seat in her office chair. "We can always split it between the four of us. Oh, JinHee can help today too."   Jessica sighed, "Okay. I'll get Tiffany." She dragged her feet over to the connecting door and made her way into Tiffany's office.   "Omo! That's Tiffany? Kai's girlfriend!" Mrs. Wu smiled as she stood next to Kris. "She's so pretty!"   Kai suddenly walked in and set his belongings down on the meeting table at the corner of Jessica's office. "Hey, you're early this time!" Kai laughed at Kris, who was messing with the paperwork.   Kris shook his head with a smile but didn't say anything and continued to look through the files.    Kai noticed that his mother was quietly standing there beside him. He followed her eyes and they landed on Tiffany. His lips curved into a smile before he walked to the other side of Kris to look at the files as well.   Heels were heard faintly on the carpeted floor as they approached closer back into Jessica's office.   The two boys looked up from the papers as Mommy Wu smiled widely.   Tiffany's calm face sudden froze and hung open after she gave in a big gasp. The files in her hand dropped. "A-Are you Kai's mother?!" She stuttered as she stepped back, looking at Mrs. Wu in shock.   Jessica and Kris gave Tiffany a questioning look as Mrs. Wu looked lost. Kai's eyebrows scrunched up in confusion.   "She's my mom..." Kris commented and broke the small silence.   Tiffany's surprised face softened and looked relieved. "That scared me!" She held her heart before she bowed to Mrs. Wu. "Oh! Hello Mrs. Wu! I'm Tiffany. Jessica told me a lot about you!" She tried to smile as calmly as she could before picking up her fallen papers.   Jessica giggled. "Oh right...Fany was freaking out this morning. She started worrying if Kai's parents visited."   Kai chuckled at Tiffany as Jessica explained her actions. He quickly went over and helped her pick up her papers. "Were you that scared?" He gave her a playful smile.   Tiffany frowned and looked up at him. "I think I might have some parent phobia..."   Kai let out a small laugh before standing up. He helped her up and hugged her. "It's okay...I guess we'll just have to avoid my parents for a while. Lets just hope they don't come visit any time soon."   Tiffany let out a deep breath and leaned her head on his shoulder.    "Ahem, ahem!" Kris and Jessica suddenly started coughing with smiles on their faces. "That's a lot of skinship progress being made." They bo
