Author’s POV:

It was hard saying goodbye. Hugging onto Mommy Wu, Jessica frowned. Today was the day they were to leave China and head back to Korea. Everyone was busy saying goodbyes to each other before they were to walk through the gate in the airport.  

“I’ll visit you all very soon!” Mommy Wu smiled, promising that she’ll fly over to Korea to visit in the near future. “…I’m going to miss you girls!” she hugged onto the three girls lovingly.

With their last farewell, Krystal and Tiffany gave Mommy Wu another hug before walking towards the security gate. Tao gave a huge bear hug to the Wu parents before excessively thanking them and telling them how much he’ll miss them. The panda planted kisses on both parents before running towards Tiffany before he’ll burst into tears.

Father Wu shook his head with a chuckle, wiping his cheek with his hand from Tao’s random kiss. “That kid…never changes. Always the little hyper panda.”

“It was a pleasure meeting you, Mr. Wu.” Jessica gave a smile towards father Wu.

A gentle smile slid onto father Wu’s face. “Call me dad.” He commented before giving Jessica a comfortable small hug.

“Oh, Jessi…I’m going to miss you so much~” Mommy Wu engulfed Jessica in another big hug.

“Me too,” Jessica replied, feeling her eyes start to water. “We’ll try to visit more often.”

Jessica had built such a strong bond with Kris’s parents. They were comfortable with each other and even able to talk without any awkwardness. They treated each other like family and they’ve definitely grown fond of each other. An indescribable feeling of an actual family was built between the two parties.

“We’ll see you very soon,” Mommy Wu smiled, cupping Jessica’s face. “Have a safe trip back. Call us when you reached home.” She gave another embrace and gave Jessica a motherly kiss on the temple. “We’ll miss you. Thank you for visiting.”

Blinking back the tears, Jessica managed to give a smile to the two adults. “Bye mom, dad.” She giggled, feeling slightly awkward calling Kris’s parents ‘mom’ and ‘dad.’

Glancing up at Kris, Jessica figured that she’d give him some alone time with his parents to say goodbye. “I’ll be over there.” She nodded at Kris and gave a final wave to the Wu parents.

Making her way towards the gate, Jessica stood from afar. Tiffany, Krystal and Tao had already boarded through the security check. Jessica stood in front of the gate, patiently waiting for Kris as she watched him bid goodbye to his parents, out of earshot.

Seeing Kris give his father a hug, they exchanged a few sentences and smiles. When it came to Mommy Wu’s turn to say goodbye to her son, tears started to flow out involuntarily. Jessica frowned at the sight, seeing Kris’ mom cry was disheartening. Mommy Wu spoke to Kris, holding him at arms length with teary eyes and a smile on her face. Giving a peck to his mother’s cheek, Kris nodded his head and gave a grin before making his way towards Jessica.

The couple waved to the parents before walking through the security gates.

Arriving back home, everyone dragged themselves into their respective rooms and plopped down onto their plush mattresses. As for Krystal, Jessica had personally gotten a taxi driver to drive the girl back to her parents’ house before her parents start to worry even more.

“Go shower first,” Kris instructed Jessica, as they lay on the bed facing each other. “I’ll start unpacking.”

Jessica blinked before nodding her head. Even if she agreed to his orders, Jessica didn’t move an inch and continued to stare at Kris with a warm gaze. Narrowing his eyes on her, Kris grinned before wrapping his arm around her waist and pulling her closer, making the distance between them reduce to only a few centimeters.

“What’s wrong?” Kris questioned, pinning his forehead onto hers.

“I’ve caught a disease from my angry bird.” Jessica replied with an amused grin on her face.

Kris’s face contorted of perplexity. “A disease from me?”

Jessica nodded her head, “It’s called laziness.” She broke out into a fit of giggles.

Shaking his head, Kris couldn’t help but chuckle along with her. Tightening his arms around her, he flipped them over with Jessica trapped underneath him. Letting all his weight press down onto her, he playfully squished her for trying to .

Jessica stopped laughing as soon as she felt Kris’s heavy self crash down on her. Her breathing felt restricted from the pressure and she couldn’t possibly hold all of Kris’s weight. A pout formed on Jessica’s face, as Kris rested his forearms on both sides of her head, supporting himself as he looked down on her with an amused expression. Kris only pecked her pouted lips and smiled at her, making Jessica frown.

“Oppa is heavy~” she whined, not able to bear having Kris squishing her.

Having no intentions of moving, Kris only tilted his head, all with a happy smile. Jessica’s hands latched onto the sides of Kris’s shirt and pulled on them with a pleading face, silently asking him to get off of her.

“I can’t breathe~” she tugged onto his shirt with more strength, squirming her body around.

Lifting his body off of her, Kris still hovered over her, still effectively trapping her. Feeling the weight being lifted off, Jessica stopped wiggling around and blinked up at Kris.

Attaching their lips together, Kris loved the feeling of her soft lips against his. He wouldn’t mind kissing them forever. Feeling Jessica respond to his lips by having her hugging onto him around the waist, Kris couldn’t help but want to have more contact.

His hands roamed under Jessica’s shirt, feeling the lovely complexion of her soft skin. Having his hands reach to her back, Kris pulled her closer to have their chests press against each other. He felt Jessica’s chest heave up and down and a smirk slid onto Kris’s lips, happy to feel such contact.

Nibbling against her lips, Kris made part and he easily slid his tongue inside. Grazing his tongue along hers, he earned a soft sigh from Jessica. Her hitched breathing let him know that Jessica was feeling just as heated as he was.

Having her heart pound furiously, Jessica’s face was slowly turning into a crimson color. Her body felt hot and awkward to the intense sensation she was currently feeling, physically and emotionally. Feeling Kris’s broad chest against hers, made her feel as if she was attracted. Her arms involuntarily tightened around Kris’s waist, bringing their hips to collide with each other.

Kris bit back a groan after feeling his hips ram into Jessica’s rather roughly. He immediately felt heat rushing down south. Detaching his lips from Jessica’s, Kris quickly shuffled off of her. Jessica only blinked at him with a puzzled look.

“Oppa, what’s wrong?” Jessica rolled to her side and looked worriedly at Kris, who was lying flat on his stomach.

Shaking his head, Kris hugged onto the pillow he was resting on, trying to seem as normal as possible. “I’m keeping you from taking a shower. Go now before I keep distracting you.”

Blinking at him, Jessica felt that he was acting weird. She moved her head closer to his and stared into his eyes for a second. Kris didn’t waver a bit. Jessica shrugged and pecked his lips.

“Okay.” She sat up before crawling her way towards the end of the bed.

Kris couldn’t help but glue his eyes towards Jessica’s backside while she progressed her way on the bed on her hands and knees. He bit his lip at the sight, eying her perfect body. It wasn’t until seconds later that he felt all the blood in his body head downwards that Kris forced himself to look away.
