[3 times a day.]

 

"THREE TIMES A DAY?" Yoong almost dropped his ice cream after he heard Yul. He was outside Dunggok University, having his ice cream inside an ice cream parlor when he called Yul to ask about their quickness. His wife is inside, fetching Taemin.

 

He his lips for a while before he proceeds, "How'd you guys do that? I mean both of you are busy with works." He doesn't want to believe though. It is unlikely for a couple to have so much time to make a baby, if both partners are busy with respective works.

 

Yul laugh in the next line, but he quickly explains. [Every time I'm on a break, Jess and I will see each other. It is either in Jung Hotel or the naughtiness, in the hospital?]

 

Yoong blushes at the thought of the hospital. "Wow. So nurse can do that eh?" Too bad for him, he's a resident doctor and needs to maintain his reputation.

 

[Well, not all the times Yoong. By the way, what's up with you and your asking it? You guys aren't doing them?]

 

Yoong thought for a moment. But it only lead to one answer no matter how much he wanted to deny. "We haven't. The last time we did... it was... When we had that opportunity in Jung Hotel."

 

[Oh my God. That's a long time ago Yoong. Is there any problem with the both of you? Come on! You guys are married. Having... is already legal..]

 

Yoong noticed his ice cream is starting to melt, which he quickly alerted and it in a fast manner..

 

[Yah! are you still there?]

 

It took a while for him to finish it, before he furiously wiped his lips with his handkerchief. "I'm-I'm sorry Hyung, I'm eating ice cream here. Hehe... "

 

[Oh man.]

 

"Why?" He then put back his handkerchief in his pocket.

 

[You're still a kid Hyung.]

 

"What? How can you tell that to me."

 

[I mean, you still act like a kid. I think it's one of the reasons why the both of you can't even start.]

 

"Yah! just because I'm eating ice cream, I'm still a kid? Just when did ice creams started only for kids? Are you kidding me?" Yoong felt defensive. Yes, they can't start it, but there was another reason of it.

 

[Okay fine. I'm just enjoying this though. Only one question, is Hyun even not arousing?]

 

"That's unthinkable Hyung. Of course she is." Yoong totally knew he's so red by now. He bit his lip, remembering the few times he'll walk in the room and his wife is barely clothed.

 

[Then grab the opportunity Yoong. Or of course, it's always needs her approval. The best advice is to talk with her in regards to that.]

 

"Hyung, we've been talking about making babies you know. However... " Yoong can't help and sigh. "It's..."

 

"Hon!"

 

“Omo! I need to go Hyung, my wife is here. Bye~” quick, Yoong ended the call before the tan guy can even react. He his back, smiling almost immediately to his wife.

 

“Hm? Who’s on the phone, earlier?” However, Seohyun’s hearing can’t always be missed.

 

“That was only Hyung.”

 

Yoong proceeds to walk them out from the place. Seohyun shrugs her question anyway, just following her husband until they are already inside the car. In a short, they’re already in the road, with him driving their car. As always, he wouldn’t miss to hold in place his wife’s hand, while the latter is holding her back.

 

Taemin who is in the back seat is playing with his toy car when he always notices them holding hands in front. “Papa! Why can’t you let go of Mama’s hand while driving?” and it curious him.

 

“Taemin, it’s just normal… if two people are in love with each other.” Came Yoong’s witty answer, as he took a glimpse to his wife, who give him a sweet a smile.

 

“Chincha? So I should hold my classmate’s hand, then.” Taemin mutters, doesn’t even have any idea what is he talking about.

 

“Omo! Taemin? What was that?” Seohyun looked back at Taemin, frowning. “You have-“

 

“He only have a crush Hon, there’s nothing to worry.”

 

Seohyun’s attention switches back to Yoong. “Hon, crush as in crush? That’s like having a puppy love. The next thing we know, he already has a girlfriend.”

 

“Yeah, I know but-“

 

“Taemin, don’t do that. You’re still so young. Focus on your studies first.” Seohyun advises, thinking that it’s still so early. Being a parent, seems in her head now that she’s married.

 

“Okay, Mama.” Taemin simply said with an innocent nod.

 

“That’s good. The next thing I want to hear from you, your grades. Araso?” Taemin nods to her favor.

Turning her attention to the road, Seohyun almost throw herself after the car had stopped abruptly in the side. She tilted her head to her left, just to see her husband glaring at her.

 

“Out!”

 

“What?”

 

“Outside!” Yoong whispers coldly before his first step outside. Seohyun who has no idea, simply could follow outside. But the moment she was out with him, her husband made her regretted.

 

“Just the freaking did you tell him?!” Yoong’s temper had gone up. He was unpredictably furious and hot.

 

“What’s wrong about it? I’m just advising him—“

 

“You are advising him wrong. Hon, we can’t stop him from feeling it!” Yoong argues.

 

“Im Yoong! Can’t you knock your head? He’s 6 for god’s sake! He should focus first!” Seohyun shouted, catching some passers nearby. Arguing? It’s normal for them. Ever since their life has been one, everything should be in proper.

 

“I know, but I know Taemin is capable of that. He’s a genius like you always said. He-”

 

Seohyun scoffs. “I know that exactly. However, Taemin is still so young, hon! Can you think of that first? If he ever does that at this age, we would surely be always in the detention, talking to his teacher for not paying attention in the class!”

 

“What?! How can Taemin hold someone’s hand in a class? Of course, the kid will be shy. What makes you think like that?!” Yoong also raises his voice, still doesn’t have any idea that the people passing them are staring at their disturbing arguments.

 

In frustration, Seohyun ruffled her hair.“I’m just seeing the possibilities Hon. I mean, if you ever have research on it, young minds can easily be corrupted. If an elder would say that and this, they would think it’s always right. Like Taemin said earlier, he is starting to be curious. So as early as it is, we should guide him in the right path. Let’s focus on telling him what is right and what is wrong. In that way, we can assure he would grow up so well. Not like what you are thinking.”

 

Yoong sigh in defeat. Yes, probably he’s always the defeated one when it comes to parenthood. I mean, he’s freaking the head of the family, and all he did is to work and work in the hospital, then ending up playing with Taemin every time he got home. Parenting seems not yet syncing in his mind yet. Possibly because—he can only see himself parenting of his own child. He’s a parent of Taemin, but it’s not enough for him to call himself a parent.

 

“Do you, understand?” Seohyun softly asked. She reaches for Yoong’s hand and hold him in place. “Hon… I know... you just want to see him always happy... but you know there should be limitations.“

 

“I’m speechless.” Yoong suddenly chuckles. “I’m speechless. From the way you say those words, you are like treating Taemin as your real child.”

 

Knowing it well, Seohyun cupped her husband’s face to make him focus on his eyes. “Yes. I am doing it, not only because I care and love him, but because, I am preparing for our own.”

 

Yoong pouted, as he took his wife’s wrist. “I’m regretting.”

 

Giggling, Seohyun can’t help and pinch his cheeks. She knew those eyes of him; it is like, a child who is so eager to build a sand castle. “Hon, you were the one who told me that deal, and I thought it was right... Just a week after the operation, Okay?” she pulled him over through his waist. Yoong is starting at her, still pouting.

 

“Okay. I’ll try to wait.”

 

“Aigoo, you’re just stressed.”

 

“Yeah, in both topics. Your health, while at the same time, my eagerness.” Giving her a squeeze, Yoong also peck at her lips, before leaning their foreheads against with each other. Both smile so sweet, as they slowly brought their selves for an embrace.

 

“Hon, I think we should get back.” Seohyun noticed.

 

“Wae?”

 

“People are starting to take pictures.”

 

Both immediately blushes. They, bows and respectively went back to the car.

[Convenient Store]

“No. Look at the price. Let’s see the cheapest but the quality is good.” Again, for how many times, Yoong was defeated. Seohyun just seemed to be so good when it comes to products too. He simply could follow her lead while he is pushing the cart. Taemin is inside the cart, enjoying his goguma.

 

They went over to another shelf.

 

“Hon, just don’t be picky, can you? I’m freaking hungry!!!” He whines, staring at Taemin’s mouth watering sweet potatoes. Too bad, Seohyun only bought one for Taemin.

 

“Hmm, let’s go for another one.” And to his frustrations, Seohyun just ignores him. He pouted, following her in the process.

 

“Papa. Do you want to eat?” Taemin finally realized His hunger and shared his sweet potato. Like he was so eager for filling his stomach, he quickly grabs it and was about to eat the thing, when a hand grabbed it away from him. “Yah! give me that!”

 

“No! This is for Taemin.” Seohyun give back the sweet potato, to Yoong’s frustrations.

 

“Hyun!!! I’m hungry!!!”
