"Honeymoon"

"Uwah~ I'm so excited for this trip," Hakyeon exclaimed as they were in the midst of their flight to Thailand.

"You sound like this is vacation. This is for work, remember?" Hongbin decided to be the more mature one of the group.

"As if you're not just as excited as I am," Hakyeon teased.

"Maybe?"

"At least we got you out of your dorms finally! You're like glued on that luxurious gaming chair of yours all day long that it's almost impossible to get your out."

"Well, at least you successfully got me out," Hongbin laughed. "Good job."

"Hehe~" 

The two of them are heading off to Thailand for the variety program 'Battle Trip' and this time, it was both Hakyeon and Hongbin who were selected to go. Many things have happened recently but this trip felt really relaxing for the two of them. And despite this schedule being a part of their work, at least it's work that's fun. Plus, looking at it now, the two of them haven't gone anywhere together as two instead of one or six. 

"I can't believe I'm stuck with you again, hyung," Hongbin joked.

"You're technically stuck with me for life and you know it," Hakyeon laughed out. "But at least I'm not like Wonshik who ditched you when you went to the jungles alone."

"Ugh, don't remind me," Hongbin felt the headache of his friend betraying him. He still held grudges against the rapper even now but he uses it as a joke whenever he can to take advantage of Wonshik's kind heart.

"I can't wait until we land!" Hakyeon couldn't sit still just thinking about it.

Both Hakyeon and Hongbin talked about the trip throughout their entire flight. They were looking through their script, which they usually never follow, as well as a few travel guides. They've been to Thailand several times for concerts and fanmeetings but they never truly got time to go see the cities itself. It was kind of a waste not to do anything for fun instead of for work to be honest. But this show is going to have them explore like they never did before. 

They were both excited just thinking about it.

The two of them took a little nap on the plane just to catch some sleep before they land and while Hongbin was sleeping on his head rest, Hakyeon ended up falling asleep on his shoulders.

So cute, Hongbin thought as he caught glimpses of the older's sleeping face and poked it back as a little revenge for the joke that Hakyeon tried to pull earlier before their take-off.

The two of them were given self-cameras for the show and they held them happily as soon as they landed in Thailand. They were actually really tired after the long flight and it was already late at night by the time they've arrived. However, they continued to smile happily as they made their way to the hotel. They talked and talked without stopping. It was great because it's been so long since they got time alone together.

Hongbin rarely goes out and nor does Hakyeon because the both of them enjoys being at home doing the things they want. Hongbin was still very much into gaming and trying to be the best in his games whereas Hakyeon watched a lot of drama on his day off. But going out once in awhile wasn't so bad at all and there was so much they were expecting during the trip. 

The next morning, the two of them got up extra early. They had their breakfast together and it was delicious. After a nice meal, they started their schedule and the many games they got to play.

"This is so fun, Kong-ah!" Hakyeon laughed so much that his jaws were hurting but it was the same for Hongbin.

"Yeah!" the leader's smiles were contagious and whenever Hongbin could see how happy Hakyeon was, he would automatically feel the same. 

The two of them enjoyed many games together and the delicious food in Thailand as well. The people were nice and they had no problems getting around while completing their missions. They even did some shopping together and picked out colorful outfits for each other to wear. Then, they also played a few water gun games as part of their mission. Somehow, amongst all the fun, they've already forgotten that all of this was part of their work. 

"Let's do this again," Hakyeon suggested as he shot his watergun at his opponents and covering Hongbin's back. 

"Mhmm!" Hongbin also said as he covered Hakyeon's back as well. "And next time, just the two of us."

A/N: Twitter updates of NBin in Thailand has brought me so much happiness, I can't wait until the episode airs because it literally looks like the two of them are enjoying their time together so much. Reminds me a bit of One Find Day but this time, Hongbin looks like he's really enjoying it unlike how he tries to act grumpy during that show xD Anyways, I had to call this chapter as Honeymoon because if you look at all the updates, it literally reminds me of that.
