“Hyung, now that you have another man in your life…you’re not going to forget about me right?” Kai asked uncertainly, clutching onto his friend’s hand and enjoying the familiarity of it.

Taemin chuckled and ruffled Kai’s hair.

“Of course I won’t, silly. You’ll always be my number one,” Taemin assured him, finding it cute how his dongsaeng seemed so unconfident and unsure. “You’re my best friend.”

“Okay, good. Because if you forgot about me then I would never forgive you,” Kai said bluntly. “I would punish you severely and take everything nice away from you as revenge.”

Taemin smiled. “What would you do?”

“I’m not sure yet but whatever it is, you will be very sad.”
