It’s already two weeks into the new school year and seventh graders Taemin and Kai didn’t think things were going too badly. Sure, the classes may have gotten just slightly more difficult but it wasn’t really all too different than their elementary days besides having to travel to different classrooms. They even had to keep planners to organize their school work. And they had no breaks to play on a playground, and there were a lot more students…

Okay, seventh grade was very different.

They boys wished they could play around for half an hour during the day, just like they did during recess but the only time they could somewhat goof off was during lunch which was only thirty minutes.

Kai wished he didn’t have to walk around to all his classes, especially when it was cold. He knew it was lazy thinking but it would be nice, right? He also missed having one teacher for everything.

Taemin wished he could have easier classes. Elementary classes were understandable unlike these more advanced ones. And with his elementary teachers, they usually didn’t mind explaining something. This year, there were a lot more students and the teacher simply didn’t have enough time.

Yes, this year was very different but it was bearable. It’s just another part of growing up.
