“Your timing is a bit off,” Taemin commented from the sidelines as he watched Kai practice his dance number for the upcoming talent show. They two had entered the show together and were practicing as frequently as they could, trying to come up with various moves to take up a four minute song.

“Hyung, show me,” Kai said, starting to get a little frustrated since he’d been working on the same move for twenty minutes already.

“Here, let’s break it down,” Taemin said, going through the movements slowly with Kai watching him diligently, “One, two, three and four…”

Kai watched Taemin go through the motions about three times before nodding and trying it himself.

“Good. Now let’s do this a little faster,” Taemin ordered, counting down three before they began once more.

They moved in unison, each body making sharp movements so quickly it was difficult for the eye to see. They continued with the rest of the dance they had choreographed, both wearing a wide smile on their faces when they got in the groove.

They finished with a powerful pose, breathing heavily.

“That was awesome,” Kai grinned, high fiving Taemin who was wiping the sweat from his brow.

“Yeah it was. Let’s take it again from the top.”

“No, let’s have some yogurt. I want strawberry yogurt.”

“Let’s practice now; Yogurt later.”

“Fine...”

“One, two, three, and four…”
