Lucky Charm 1.3

Just like what she expected, Yoona is still sleeping. But what she didn't expect is the deer is in her desk, using her arms as a pillow. Seohyun gradually walk over her side. She bends down to have a closer look on her face, sleeping quite soundly. A small smile but yet sweet crept into her lips. "Baby, wake up~" then she whispers, placing her hand over Yoona's forehead. She can feel it, Yoona's temperature still quite not good. But she’s better than the last time.

She got up, placing the plastic bag that contains of some medicines she bought, and a stuff toy she have seen earlier, in the desk. Paying back her attention to the girl before her, she leans down to place a gentle kiss on her cheeks.

Yoona's eyes slowly open after she did it. She giggles, welcoming her with another kiss in her forehead this time. Yoona smile of contempt. She slowly got up just to open her arms widely. Seohyun move forward, hugging her through her neck.

"Just got back." Seohyun whispers.

Yoona nods slowly. "Good timing. I'm hungry." 

Slowly, Seohyun pushed back a little, to face her. "We just ate earlier, You haven't taken your medicine, have you?"

Yoona's eyes aren't waken entirely yet. So she can only shake her head slowly. Seohyun sigh watching her still so sick. It's been two days but yet, Yoona isn't yet well. 

"Ara. Let's take your medicine." Seohyun was about to reach for the medicine she bought, however, Yoona stopped her from doing so. "Yoona! You'll not-"

"It's bitter."

Seohyun roll her eyes. Always got annoyed because, Yoona has been stubborn taking it. "Baby, what's wrong? Medicines are always bitter. Why can't you take it?" she scolded.

Yoona pouted. To Seohyun's surprise, her eyes are glistening with tears.

"Omo! Yoona, I'm sorry." Seohyun quickly apologize, wiping Yoona's tears instantly.

Yoona holds her hand, pulling it off of her face. "No It's Okay. There's nothing to say sorry. I'm just overjoyed." She pulled her back, for yet another embrace. The younger smile at her words. "I'm sorry I'm stubborn." she added, wiping her tears behind.

"Tch, so if you don't want to see me annoyed, baby eat your medicines please." Seohyun said. She let go of the hug, staring to Yoona seriously. The deer took a deep breath and says,

"I'll try."

"No. Do it. Like N.O.W." Seohyun said, earning Yoona's a little smile on her. She reaches for the medicine behind. Then she proceeds to pour a water in a glass. She gives it to Yoona, but the girl was hesitant. "Ugh, Baby I'm waiting." She groans silently.

Yoona gulped. Her tongue, it's been taste so bitter, which made her grimace to see one medicine tablet to take again. She looks at her girlfriend's eyes, but only to look away, because of her dead serious eyes. She took a deep breath and hesitantly accepted the medicine. 

"Drink it up." Seohyun still needed to say it. 

"But... "

"Aish! Baby!!!"

Yoona quickly put the tablet in then drink it in one try. 

She bitterly gulped the medicine entirely, while being watched by her girlfriend. She groans silently, almost want to throw up if it wasn’t for a stuff toy that suddenly made her smile.

“Tada!” Seohyun showed it excitedly. It’s a white medium size teddy bear, which holds a heart in front.

“F-for me?” Yoona stutters. Seohyun give it which she immediately accepted.

“Happy?”

“Yup. Where did you get this?” Yoona’s eyes literally lit up.

“Just in the mall, it’s the only stuff toy that was left, so I thought of buying it.” Seohyun said, as she pulled Yoona on the bed again. They sat at the edge of it.

“What’s its name?” Yoona ask, thinking of giving it a name. She is hugging it, having new strength of the sweet gift she receives from her girlfriend. Yeah, she can certainly see they’re indeed official now.

“Name? I don’t have any idea. Besides, it’s a teddy bear. Just name it teddy?” Seohyun just shrug.

“Hmm, why not… Honey?”

“Honey?” Seohyun giggles. “That’s like we are calling the teddy bear our child.”

“Let me know your suggestions, I think this isn’t only mine.”

Seohyun couldn’t help and pinch Yoona’s cheeks for being so adorable. “Just call it honey then.” She giggles.

“Okay. Honey. My Honey teddy bear.” Yoona randomly says.

Seohyun fluttered watching Yoona so bright because of her gift. It’s the least she can do to lift her mood up. And it indeed works. “Yoona… “She patted the bed somehow. And Yoona know it. She pouted in compliance. “Can’t I sleep early?”

“Well, you can. But since the doctor says you need to sleep early for an early check-up, you can’t Miss.” Seohyun pulled her girlfriend, whom only complies though hesitant. Yoona lied in the bed, still hugging the stuff toy.

Lying beside her, Seohyun brought the blanket up to them. She moves closer, slowly leaning forward to give her patient a kiss in the forehead. Yoona smiled. She holds her hand and brought it in her cheeks. Then she closed her eyes, still smiling so happily.

“I want to feel you are not sick anymore by tomorrow, baby.” Seohyun whispers, before she places her head in the pillows, eyes are still into the deer’s closing eyes.

Yoona certainly won’t answer because of how stubborn she was. But she couldn’t disappoint her, so she nods. “Let’s pray on that”

Seohyun sigh. “By the way baby, before I forgot…”

“Hmm?” Yoona opened her eyes, to face her in the side.

“Your photography contest, it’ll be next week. Yuri told me if they can just do it for you?” Seohyun is worried, having known that her girlfriend has a left work undone. “I don’t think you still have time to do it. There are 3 days left.”

Yoona simply grins. “No worries, I have done it already.”

“What? you had? But—“

“Just tell Yuri I’ll wait for her in the event.”

Seohyun is puzzled. The way Yoona is confidently smiling seems she had finished the project indeed. But she never saw Yoona doing it yet. Or did she just miss something? “Yoona, are you sure you have already done it?” and then, she remembers something. “Omo! So is it Tiffany?” her hold over Yoona’s hand, quickly releases. She remembers, Tiffany and her Yoona were so engross back at the amusement park.

Yoona giggles. She holds Seohyun’s hand again to hers. “Wae are you letting go?” she mumbles.

“Because it’s Tiffany, right? The girl you are seeing when we had our first date.” But suddenly, Seohyun let go abruptly from her grasp. Then she turned to the other side, back facing her.

“Aigoo, what’s wrong if she is?”

“If it’s her in the picture on the last stage of the competition, I’ll just remember our date that she intentionally interrupted.” Yoona can’t help and be concerned. She put the stuff toy in front of her girlfriend, using it as it was her talking, “Being with you that night is the only thing I always remember. Our first date that means so much to me.” She said in a thin voice.

A smile appeared in Seohyun’s face watching the teddy bear moving. She turned again to face Yoona. “Chincha?” and with a slight blush in her face.

“Yes. So don’t think it anymore… “ Yoona places the stuff toy between them, then she brought their hands together again, placing it on top of the heart the bear is holding. “… Don’t think also that our date has been interrupted, because you know what is for me? It was the best night I’ve ever experience. And it was such a dream come true. Being on a date with my long time celebrity crush, has been granted. All my life, it was my wish, and now... I'm like still living my dreaming, with you. You are the one, I've been waiting for. To fulfill the emptiness in my life. Seohyun, I love you... forever. ” she sweetly and lovingly added. She is holding her tight, doesn't want to let go of her.

“It was the most memorable date for me too. Yoona, I love you.” Seohyun replied sweetly. But before Yoona could put their hands into another warming embrace, they heard noises outside. Both of them raise their brows, confused.

“Yoong, do you hear what I am hearing?”

Yoona shake her head, earning her girlfriend’s playful glare on her. She giggles, always know her girlfriend won’t hit her because she’s currently sick.

“Hmm… let me see outside then.” Seohyun shrug her. She sat up, and then got up from the bed. Yoona seems to know the voice, that she can only let her girlfriend went outside, without any more words. She holds to her stuff toy, as if afraid the voices are getting higher and higher.
