When You Realize

"Can you sit up?"

"Come again?"

Yoona put her phone down, inside her pocket, before she gestures her to sit up. Seohyun finally got her words, as she slowly sat up... careful with her feet that it won't reach the ground. It was lucky that Yoona is holding it for her, that she was able to sit on her bum, and the latter slowly put her feet down to the grass.

"My friend is coming. But I'll give you a piggy back because we'll wait for her in the parking lot."

"Piggy back? As in... you'll carry me at your back?" Seohyun exclaim, didn't know it could lead to that. "But... I-I... couldn't even use my feet to-"

"Fine... I'll carry you like this, instead." without any warning, Yoona scooted closer and one arm sneak under Seohyun's legs as the other one is behind, carrying her in a bridal style int he process. Seohyun almost squeal, yet, she was able to hold it in. Consequently, her cheeks just turned like a tomato.

"Why do you always blush?" ask Yoona like she has been seeing it. She began to walk them back, heading to the parking lot again.

Seohyun just keep shut, biting her lower lip already. It wasn't what she expect, which made her heart at this very moment, double it's pace. She keep shut, so she could relax herself slowly in Yoona's arms. The latter seem oblivious with her feelings, as she just continue walking - forgetting about their things even.

"I'll get our things after I put you down in my car." Yoona casually informed, which made sense.

Again, Seohyun didn't said anything. She just keep her head low as her two hands are on her stomach, feeling how the butterflies are one more time giving her a reason to feel that moment of... falling for the other girl. The beat of her heart is too loud that she couldn't even hear Yoona's voice anymore.

"By the way, I've ask about the prom, I might be attending the event. You know, to see to it that everything will be alright. Young generations these days aren't acting to their age, so I want to be there... to prevent some stupid happenings." Yoona pause and realized the girl in her arms is not even listening. She smiled simply and continue to speak. "Thus, I don't know who am I going to ask to be with me in this event. It's actually Okay that I'm alone... but... it would have been better that I'm with some else, right? You know, to feel like I'm young again." she felt so stupid speaking whilst the other is not even saying something - just listening to her. However, she feels like continuing. "I have thoughts of dropping by a mall later but since you injured yourself, I'll do it tomorrow. Aigoo, you are always troubling me... but damn why do I don't care and wanted to help you anyway? Tch, you are luckiest student, don't you think so? Seo Joohyun." 

Once again, she looked down on her student, yet, only to see her still mum, but she noticed she's fidgetting over her the hem of her uniform.

There must be something in her mind right now that she's not reacting. Or maybe, she's afraid to admit that she's bothering me ever since. Tsk,tsk. Said Yoona in her mind, as she looked up again to focus on the way. 

"Why don't you say something?" yet, she couldn't take it and wanted to hear the girl's voice.

Seohyun cleared and finally open to speak. "I'm sorry. I'm bothering you again." her voice came so little that Yoona made a rising of eyebrows.

"I'm sorry again to bother you." Said Seohyun once again, after hearing nothing from the doe-eyed girl.

Yoona sighed. "No one can help you right away, so it's not a problem. I would do this to others, though."

"I know. But this is like... for how many times now?"

"I tell you, it's nothing. I'm glad that I can help." Yoona still insist. "I'm your teacher, so I wouldn't mind to help my student." yet, still denying it's unusual for her to help this far. "Can I hear you say thank you other than sorry?"

Seohyun silently smiled to herself. "Thank you. Thank you again."

"That's right. I like hearing that more. And please... where did you promise go? Did you promise to me that you will stop being such a meschevious girl?"

"I didn't intentionally trip though." Seohyun pouted.

"Ah, yeah... but next time, be careful."

"Who actually ask to run together?"

Yoona scoffed, playfully. "Now you are blaming me?"

"I'm just telling the truth."

"Tch, fine. But who is too clumsy and trip on a small stone?" Yoona wanted to laugh so bad, yet, she held it in, as she simply smile. Seohyun looked up and their eyes meet each other. However, the latter is so adorable, sending her a glare but her lips is pouting. She looked away and continue, "You are too small for the stone, I guess." and .

Seohyun is so eager to slap her teacher, but as she recall she's a student she keep her mind and just looked back to her hand on her lap. "I didn't see it. How can I avoid the stone."

"If you didn't cheat, this won't have happen."

"Yeah, you are really blaming me. Fine, I accept my defeat." Seohyun said with a tone of playfulness, which earn Yoona a soft giggle.

"You are so crazy, seriously."

Seohyun didn't answer as she just cover her face through her palms. "I'm shutting my mouth now."

Yoona shook her head in disbelieve, and just let the girl shut , until they reach the car. She carefully put Seohyun first on the hood of her car, so she could go back to the football field.

Seohyun who was left, can't help but mutter, "I feel like I'm really seventeen Hyo Unnie."

With what she is doing to you? - Hyoyeon's voice automatically echoed through her hidden earpiece.

"The way she's treating me. I-I thought... she's this strict teacher who won't exactly befriend with you. But look how she cares for me. Aigoo... I feel so a shame with myself right now. Stupid feet."

You know, I advise for you to keep doing that. We are like watching a movie here. It's so romantic~

Yoona is back. Stop talking Hyo! - Jinwoon's voice immediately cut the short conversation between her employees.

Seohyun, she quickly put her gazes back to the approaching figure the doe-eyed girl. When she stopped in front of her, she didn't need to say something as the latter interrupted her thoughts right away.

"She's not coming. I'll just bring you to the hospital."

"At this very hour?"

"Ah yeah, I think we need to contact your parents. Give me your phone." Yoona's palms opened, suggestively. 

However, Seohyun couldn't do such thing. "N-No. It's Okay. I-I mean... they don't have to know. They're not at home - I mean, they're not in Seoul. They're outside the country. Right. And besides, I don't want them to worry over me. But... can we just go to the clinic? I think it's better than to go to the Hospital. It's far."

"Clinic at this hour is close, Seo Joohyun. Hospital is 24 hours, so just bare with it first."

"Yes, you-you have the point." Seohyun exhale in relief, as she can sense Yoona seem convince with her words - Which is definitely just a lie. Her parents are in the province, which she thought is not necessary anymore.
