Her Last Story.

It has been an hour and half, yet, here she is, couldn't get any cab that she wish would take her to her original place. Unfortunately for her, non of the cab that she would call will stop and grant her wish. She wondered why? The only thing that cross her mind is that, she's barefooted and she definitely looked like a thief? Oh forget about it. 

Walking at the side of the street is not her style, especially when you are barefooted, but what else can she do? She cannot go back to the apartment anymore.

"Do you guys still has the heart and think of rescuing me here?" She can't believe either that her friend on the other side, watching her situation is just letting her. No one answered her question, but she heard some little sighs here and there. "Yeah~ I still have to do my job... and to be honest... this doesn't matter to the rest of SONE times. Jinwoon, Hyo unnie... fine." sighed her right at the end.

Spotting an empty bench nearby, she casually drag her barefoot there and once again let out a heavy sigh as she sat down. At times like this, she can only think of her beloved mother, who has been good on comforting her. And she has been there to her ever since then. If her mother know where and what she has been doing, she can really see her worried expressions. But guess what? Her mother, or her parents are in the province, too clueless with the description of her job.

"I wonder how is my sister doing though?" and another person that suddenly cross her mind, her only sister, who is apparently outside the country for a vacation. It has been a while since she last heard something from her, and it made her somehow thought of calling her. Yet, she forgot, roaming is quiet that expensive. She change her mind and instead, thought of a way on how to kill her time, while she's not yet in the mood to go on walking and search for cab again. The only thing that comes to her mind is play games via her handy phone. But it seemed a bad idea, once she opened her phone. She end up scrolling the photos she and Yoona shared back at that fair. It gives her a reason to pout, reminiscing those moments when she's still this oblivious about the doe-eyed. Yet, made her bitter at the same time because of what's happening right now. At least now, she can say that they're not meant to be, unlike what she expect back then. It hurts but she need to accept.

Sigh.

Closing her phone, she look around the place and notice that there are few by passers and realize there's a bus stop not far from her place. She also realize that behind her is a soccer field, as she can see few kids are running with a ball on the ground, they're obviously kicking. Seohyun has a genuine smile when she notice she can see parents on the bleachers, watching their kids intently. Out of a sudden the air brushes through her bare face - that made her close her eyes, allowing herself to relax and feel that soft air, kissing her cheeks. Her feet curled as then, she rub it against to the other.

Meanwhile, Yoona is driving in the road, suddenly spotting someone so familiar on the side of the street, sitting in a bench. As she passes by her, she abruptly step on the break and her back, just to make sure if it's indeed her. She was enligthened as she confirmed it. She briskly step out from her car. But went back to her car when she almost forgot the shoes. Seohyun's shoes, rather. 

Going back, she was about to call for her when she notice she's closing her eyes and was humming a song. That stopped her and instead she decided to stare at her. It's still so obvious for her that every time she's near with her, her heart always skip a beat. Her heart would melt and as if it's a melody to her ears, she relax to Seohyun's humming. Unconsciously giving her a reason to smile.

Pushing aside the thoughts about her girlfriend, she find herself dazedly staring to an oblivious girl. She find herself falling for her over again. If only things are just easy for her, she would have thought of asking her even before, but hell did she forgot she's dating someone. And it's clearly a mistake for her part that she keep it and just allow herself to fall for her. Yet, it seemed hard not to fall for her. She doesn't know how and when did she feel it but it really happened. And she doesn't also know if she can able to stop it. 

But how about her girlfriend? Does she love her still?

Clearly, she can't also hurt her. But she couldn't yet to decide who from these girls she want to be with. It's hard. Really hard... especially that she still has this care for her... So eun.

Snapping back from reality, she voluntarily approach the younger, but didn't call her her - rather, she suddenly kneeled in one knee and got the right foot from the latter. Seohyun slightly jerk, but she held it a little tight as she put the other shoe. 

"Yoo-Teacher Im?" Seohyun freak out.

Yoona didn't say something and just did with the other. After she had put it in to the latter's feet, that was the time she looked up and meet her gaze. She just smile and patted her one knee before getting up "You have a bump in your forehead." and just walk away and drive away from the young girl. Seohyun was left flabbergasted. But later did she fluttered as she turned to her feet. 

"She came only for this." whispered her, more to herself. Even though Yoona had hurt her, it's obvious for her that it's not going to be easy - forgetting such person like it. She sighed and tilt her head to the side where Yoona's car had just disappeared. She felt so odd but seemed like a way for her to realize that Yoona indeed like her. She just couldn't accept that she's dating another girl. Are they really meant for each other? She's now having 2nd thoughts about it.

I told ya, it's not easy. Hyoyeon who watched that little moment a while ago, commented.

"2 days after, we'll see it." said Seohyun, softly.

[SONE Times Building]

"Now what you see is what you got." said Jinwoon to Hyo, crossing his arms in front of another friend, who is apparently closing her eyes while she's holding up the ice pack against her forehead. The latter is sitting in a leather chair - back to her office.

Seohyun sighed and opened her eyes to meet her friends' gazes to her. Before she could react, Jinwoon added something.

"You sure you are still going back to School at this state?"

"Yeah, you should rest at this point... and just prepare for the prom the day after tomorrow." Hyo also agreed.

Seohyun puff her cheeks. "As much as I don't want to, Krystal... I honestly promise to her... that we should go together for a shopping."

"You can do that tomorrow." said Jinwoon, as matter of fact. He pulled another chair and sat down.

"I know, but tomorrow is the last day before the prom, I want to use it as my rest day."

"Yoona will see you there." Hyo still doesn't like the idea, along with Jinwoon. "Just at least... cool down and use-"

"Look, I'm just going to fetch Krystal in the School not like I'm going to see Yoona there. Besides, I want to repay Krystal's kindness for me." Seohyun cut Hyo's words, still determined. Her decision of coming back to SONE Times is definitely a good idea because Jinwoon has her purse, but she didn't expect both of her friends will disagree with her plan for the rest of the day.

Jinwoon and Hyo exchange gazes then to their friend - just to shake their heads.

"Oh come on." Seohyun literally rolled her eyes. "You can't do this-"

"Did I arrive late?"

Seohyun, Jinwoon and Hyo almost immediately turned their gazes to the front door, as they briskly stood and bowed to the president, apparently smiling to Seohyun.

"How are you doing, Seohyun?" President Kwon greeted, stepping to in to her office.

"Uh... hehe... I'm doing good, President Kwon. H-How about you?" Seohyun ask, putting the ice pack down to her desk.

"That's good. Jinwoon and Hyo? Can I excuse with her, first?"

"Yeah, sure." Jinwoon said and beckon Hyo to go with her. Once they're out, President Kwon close the door and ask Seohyun to sit down on her leather chair. The former complied, and she followed as well.

"Um, what do you... exactly... want to talk, President Kwon?" Seohyun was nervous. Ever since she was task to undercover in Gwangju High School, this is the 2nd time she face her.

President Kwon had a friendly aura around her. "I've seen your tapes." as there, she still put a smile towards the younger. "And I have to say, I was impress. Really, really impress... with your works. Readers are appalled and I have to congratullate you on that.  "

"Oh. Thank you." said Seohyun, smiling back while fidgeting under her table.

"So... " The older girl pause, as she took a glance to the younger one's ice pack before turning her gaze back to the girl across. "As your last mission and as your last article... I want you to write something about love." her eyes sparkled at the mention of the last word. 

"Love?"

"Yeah... and you have to do that... in the prom. I mean... to be honest I'm excited for the prom." President Kwon grinned.

"I... I don't get it." Seohyun confusedly replied.

President Kwon had a smirk appearing in her face. "In other words... you are going to write a story about Miss Im Yoona. Your teacher."

"You're crazy!" Seohyun frowned. "I can't-No! No. You can't involve her to this. She's my teacher."

"Yeah, that's the best part of that." President Kwon can't help and exclaim. "Student - teacher relations: How close is too close?" she qout through her finger. "Miss Seo, We're gonna go the lid of it."

"There's no lid! There's nothing going on between Yoo... Teacher Im and me." Seohyun denied as she disagree with the idea. Never had she imagine writing about the teacher.

Presiden Kwon sighed. "Everyone is watching you everyday here... It's like The two characters of The Heirs. Sure enough, this will be a click for readers."

"Well, I can just write about my kitten and her journey." Seohyun suggested lamely.

President Kwon's expression seemed not amuse, as she only stared at her blankly.

"... or... I can write about the music of the prom, Um, their dresses... their make-ups... and everything under the sun. What do you think?" Seohyun added, wiggling her eyebrows.

"This isn't a joke, Seo Joohyun." President Kwon just said nonchalantly.

The younger one drop her shoulders... defeated. "Do I really need to?"

"Call me when you've got it." President Kwon stand up and leave without saying goodbye anymore. Seohyun looked down to her ice pack and pouted her lips.

"An undercover story about Teacher Im... what a lame a story it could be." she face a palm, sighing tiredly for the umpteenth time.

A knock was soon heard from her door, she looked up and saw Jinwoon with Hyo, gesturing her to eat with her. She smiled and didn't think twice as she comply and put aside her worries aside.

[Gwangju High-School]

Ever since the event that happened a couple of hours ago, Yoona still find herself back inside her classroom, didn't care how much her heart is aching personally, and how much she is sorry to Seohyun. But most especially, how sorry she is to So eun as well. She acted normal and still put the best lecture she could ever done. She's a professional teacher, and there's no one who will take that from her.

After ending the last class, she had this urge on staying behind and finish the remaining test paper on hand before she decided to leave and headed to the faculty room. Just like the usual, she is seeing her co-teachers, leaving and entering the said wide room. There are even students as well, being called by their homeroom teachers. She, she proceeds to her own table and greeted her friend, apparently talking to some male students. 

"Hey there~"

Kyuhyun just smiled to her and didn't let that to disturb him, as he just continue lecturing his students. Yoona on the other hand is fixing up her files on her table while cleaning it as well.

kyuhyun finally dismissed his students and turned his focus to a busy deer before him.

"So what happened?"

"For my day?"

"Yeah, and your status? I thought you say So eun will comeback today? I would expect you have choose the right girl... and yes, I would go for So eun." Kyuhyun simply added, as he put aside the papers in front and looked at Yoona, even though the latter is back facing him. 

"In the prom, you'll know."

"Whoa~ so you will choose now?" Kyuhyun exclaim, as he find it a good progress. For all he cares, he only want to see her happy, whoever was truly in her heart.

"You know I can't continue this for a long time... the more I think of it and make the things complicated? the more I am also hurting myself and the girl I truly love." Yoona sighed at the end. She tilt her head to Kyu and shared a little smile. "I've started this, I should be the one who should end this as well."

"It wasn't your fault after all. It just happened and... it's not your intention to hurt anyone."
