10 Days before the debut showcase:

I entered Jinu's office, hoping it will end shortly. The detective was already there, sitting in Jinu's seat. She was here yesterday as well and our meeting didn't end well, just like the ones before it. I sighed and sat in front of her, waiting for her to speak.

"I see your crappy attitude is back." she commented.

"My crappy attitude shows up only when I'm around people I can't stand, so do the math." I shot. I wasn't in the mood for another argument, but I guess she didn't think the same.

"I don't like you either, spoiled brat." she said and took out her notepad.

"What do you want?" I asked impatiently.

"I have a few questions." she said dryly.

"I told you yesterday everything I knew."

"And I still want to talk to you again." she stared at me. "I don't like spending time with you either, but I need to do this."

"Fine." I sighed. "What is it?" she opened her notepad, scanning a couple of pages.

"How long do you know Zico?" she looked up at me.

"Since he started releasing music. He is quite popular, you know.."

"In person." she raised her voice a little.

"I first met him when I was a backup dancer for B.A.P a few months ago."

"Why is he after you?"

"He has a problem with Yongguk, I am just a tool in his revenge."

"Are you dating Yongguk?" she stared curiously at me.

"Is this related to the subject?" I stared back. I really don't like where this conversation is going.. More people knowing about my relationship with Yongguk means a higher chance of getting caught.

"If he is after Yongguk there must be a reason he is using you to get him." she reasoned.

"I happened to see him beating up Yongguk once, he wants revenge."

"That's not what Zico said." she said dryly.

"Then go ask Zico why he is after me." I got annoyed. She flipped a couple more pages in her notepad and turned back to look at me.

"B.A.P was there when the explosion happened, right?" The detective asked, changing the subject.

"Himchan and Yongguk was inside the hut, I didn't see the others."

"How did they know where you are?"

"Himchan installed a tracking app on my phone in the previous time Zico was after me. It was just for protection."

"How close is your relationship with Himchan?"

"Why are you so intrested in my relationship with B.A.P?" I started to lose my patience.

"Because they were there with you." she shrugged.

"They are my label mates and my friends."

"Alright." she closed the notepad. "Tell me again about what happened there."

"I can't do this anymore!" I flopped down on the couch in the studio. Yongguk rolled his chair over, looking curiously at me.

"That detective keeps asking me the same things over and over again, like she doesn't believe me. And she is nosy about a lot of things as well. Why does she care what I do in my free time and how well I know you?" I vented.

"Well, you already told her everything you knew, right?" he asked, putting his hand on my thigh.

"Yes, but she is still not satisfied." I pouted.

"Eventually she will realize you told her everything you know." he tried to cheer me up.

"What you told me is really everything, right?"

"Yes."

"Let's go over it again, I'm scared she will come back tomorrow with more questions."

"Alright." Yongguk chuckled.

"You got there with Himchan following the tracking app, right?"

"Yes. And when we wanted to go in there the members showed up. They heard us talk in the dorm and followed us."

"And the boys took care of the guards." I continued.

"Yes. When they finished I got inside the hut and you know what happened there."

"Yes."

"The explosion happened because the guards made a bomb beforehand. They were going to blow up the hut when you were inside."

"But it exploded earlier than they thought, resulting in Zico being inside as well."

"Right." Yongguk said.

"So how did we get out? And the guards inside?" I asked.

"You collapsed in my arms. I carried you outside and the boys dragged the unconcious guards inside while me and Himchan were taking care of you. When we were going to leave there was another explosion, probably because they were amateurs in making bombs, which resulted in the guards death."

"Then why is Zico alive? He was still in the hut as well, right?" I asked.

"No. He crawled out between the two explosions."

"Bastard." I mumbled.

"Babe.." Yongguk said softly.

"What?"

"You scared me to death when you collapsed." he caressed my cheek. I could tell from his expression that he was telling the truth.

"I'm sorry." I said weakly, trying to stop the tears that threatened to fall.

"Why are you apologizing? It's not your fault he is a psycho." he poked my forehead.

"Oppa.."

"Hmm?"

"Thank you for always being there for me and for saving me."

"My pleasure." he smiled. "Now let's go eat something?"

Himchan was rushing down the hallway when he bumped into someone. He fell on the ground, along with the person he bumped into. He looked up and saw the detective. Her stuff were scattered on the floor, and she hurried to collect them.

"Sorry.." he apologized and helped her grab her stuff.

"Forget it." she mumbled and continued putting the things in her bag.

Himchan grabbed her notepad and handed it to her when his eyes landed on a familiar key chain. It was shaped like a star and 'Ji' was written in the center of it. He knows this key chain.. It might be just a coincidence, but for some reason this girl seemed familiar to him. If it's the same key chain it can explain the uneasy feeling he had every time he saw her..

"Eunji?" Himchan asked hesitantly.

"I have no idea what you are talking about." she said and got up, grabbing her bag. He quickly stood up as well.

"You are Choi Eunji, right?" Himchan didn't let go. Her face paled, and he knew he was right.

"You changed." Himchan said, examining her. She lost a lot of weight and probably got some work done as well. There is no way he would have recognized her without that key chain.

"Well, you didn't like the old fat me, so I had to change." she stated, straightening up. Her posture was more confident now. It really is Eunji.

"Like what you see?" Eunji flipped her hair when she caught him staring at her. She looked at him, scanning him thoroughly.

"Wait.. Did you really think I broke up with you because you were overweight?" he questioned, finally realizing what she meant.

"Isn't it obvious? Who would have loved me that way? I was ugly and fat. Now I'm much better."

"Believe it or not, you were cute back then. I didn't break up with you because you were fat, I broke up with you because you were crazy."

"Oh, please." she scoffed. "You don't have to lie or to use cheap excuses anymore."

"It's true." he stated. "I don't care about looks, I care about personality."

"KIM HIMCHAN!" he heard a familiar voice behind him. Crap. This is the last thing he need right now, and judging from the tone of her voice - She is mad. Really mad.

"You actually have the nerve to flirt with someone after we got back together! I swear I'm going to make sure you won't have kids. EVER!" Sey approached them at the speed of light, glaring at him.

"Honey.." Himchan tried to smile. "This is Eunji."

"WHY WOULD I CARE ABOUT THE NAME OF YOUR NEW BIMBO?!" she got mad.

"Sey, I said this is Eunji." Himchan repeated, trying to stay calm. He hoped Sey will get the message now.

"I got her name in the first time, but I don't care if she is named Eunji or queen Elizabeth.." Sey stopped talking, letting his last sentence sink in.

"THE PSYCHO EUNJI?!" Sey exclaimed, realizing what he meant. Himchan pinched the side of her body, signaling her to calm down.

"I'm his ex-girlfriend, Eunji." the detective finally spoke and offered her hand to Sey for a handshake. "And you are?"

"His girlfriend." Sey shook Eunji's hand.

"I thought you had a better taste than that." Eunji told Himchan, belittling Sey. "She is quite vulgar, and not that pretty either."

"I suggest you shut it, psycho." Sey said, glaring at Eunji.

"Why?" Eunji asked innocently. "I didn't say anything wrong." Sey clenched her fists, and Himchan noticed it.

"Well, the vulgar me is going to show you how much vulgar I can get, so if you still want to go home in one piece you better watch what you say." Sey threatened.

"I see she is stupid as well." Eunji told Himchan, ignoring Sey. "Only an idiot would threaten a cop." she looked at Sey while saying the word 'Idiot'.

"Idiot is the one that let you become a cop in the first place." Sey retorted.

"Sey, how about you go and I'll talk to Eunji for a bit? We haven't seen each other for a while." Himchan said, trying to calm the tensed atmosphere down.

"You are staying with this freak?" she questioned, glaring at Himchan.

"Yes. We need to talk."

"Fine." Sey sighed. "Come talk to me afterwards." she said.

"Of course." Himchan smiled and put his hand on Sey's lower back.

"Oppa.." Sey said cutely before she turned to leave.

"What?" Himchan asked and Sey kissed him. He smiled and she walked away, leaving him with Eunji.

"Will you slow down?" I asked Sey when she kept pacing around the practice room.

"No." she answered and continued pacing.

"Calm down!"

"HOW CAN I CALM DOWN WHEN HIS PSYCHO EX IS WITH HIM?!"

"Why is she a psycho?" I asked. Sey finally stopped walking and sat in front of me.

"She was really obsessed with him when they dated. The definition of an obsessive girlfriend was written on her."

"What did she do?" I asked curiously.

"She kept bugging him with messages and phone calls when they weren't together, she would freak out if he was a minute late to their dates, she didn't let him see other girls, she demanded him to spend all of his free time with her.."

"Sound like what you do as well." I commented, earning a glare from her.

"I don't do that." she pouted, crossing her arms over her chest.

"You do. The poor guy has to apologize for breathing if he did it without your permission."

"Funny. You do the same with Gukkie."

"I don't. As much as I want to spend all my free time with him, both of us have our lives and hobbies and work and we do need some alone time as well. And I don't bug him if he doesn't call or if he is a bit late. The only thing that bothers me is when there are other girls lingering around him since I'm scared he'll realize they are better than me and leave."

"Have some faith in yourself, will you?" Sey pushed me lightly. "He is crazy about you, everyone can see that. Both of you have been through a lot, I don't think he will give up this easily on you.. Just like you won't give up on him."

"I hope you are right." I said quietly.

"Anyway.. You didn't let me finish." Sey said, going back to our topic. "That psycho completly controlled his life and wanted him to center it around her like she did with him. She actually had pictures of him all over her room.. Himchan said it was really creepy. At some point she didn't let him see his male friends either because she thought he was lying to her and going to meet girls instead and because she thought they have bad influence on him. She also followed him around a lot without him knowing. She really knew where he was at any given moment."

"Sounds creepy indeed. Why would he date someone like this?" I asked. This really doesn't make sense. I mean, even if Sey is bossing him around, he does put her in place if she crosses the line, and he is not the type of guy who will let people control him like this. And he doesn't deserve this kind of treatment.

"I guess he really liked her?" she pondered. "And she wasn't even pretty. I really don't understand what he found in her."

"Weird." I agreed.

"What do I do?" she asked, bringing her knees to her chest.

"Trust him. I'm sure he knows how to handle her."

"I hope so.."

"Here." Himchan placed the two newly bought coffee cups on the table. They were sitting in the company's cafeteria, that was relatively empty right now because of the hour.

"Thank you." she grabbed one of the cups and held it between her hands, hugging it.

"I didn't see you for years." he stated.

"Since you left."

"I had a reason to leave." he said dryly. She took a sip from her coffee and he watched her quietly.

"It looks like you are doing well." she stated.

"I do. I'm happy. You look like you are doing well too."

"I'm not happy." she said, and he didn't miss the accusing glare she was giving him.

"You are a cop, right?" Himchan asked.

"A detective." she corrected him.

"How long?"

"Three years."

"That's great." he said and drank his coffee.

"So.. How long are you dating that.. Girl?" she asked, tightening the grip on her cup.

"Almost four months."

"You can do better." Eunji stated, and Himchan crumpled the cup in his hand.

"Listen.." he tried not to raise his voice too much. "I don't care if she is ugly, stupid, vulgar or wahtever. She is still a thousand times better than you." he glared at Eunji. "And she is my girlfriend."

"You made a mistake." Eunji said with a straight face.

"My only mistake was dating you in the first place."

"Maybe. But it already happened, you can't change the past."

"But I can change the future."

"Who knows what will happen next.." she said and smiled like a psycho. A shiver went down his spine. She is still as crazy as she used to be, maybe even crazier.

"What do you want?" he asked impatienly.

"Nothing, for now. Tell Hyeri I'll drop again soon. Thanks for the coffee." she said and got up.

"Why are you smiling like an idiot?" I asked Sey. She was staring at her phone, grinning.

"He sent me a message." she answered, her eyes still glued to her phone.

"I suppose it was a good one." I smiled as well.

"It was." she grinned.

~

"Guys, we have a problem." Himchan found B.A.P in the playroom, watching TV.

"What is it?" Youngjae asked. The others turned to look at him as well.

"You know the detective that is bugging Hyeri?" Himchan asked.

"The one you thought you knew?" Daehyun asked.

"Yes, that one."

"What about her?" Yongguk asked.

"It's Eunji."

"Your Eunji?" Daehyun asked.

"Yes."

"But I saw her picture.. There is no way your Eunji and that detective is the same person. They look nothing alike." Youngjae said.

"Would you stop calling her 'My Eunji'? She is not mine, and it should stay that way." Himchan got mad.

"Sorry.." Youngjae apologized.

"Anyway, it's her. She lost weight and got plastic surgery because she thought I broke with her because of her looks."

"Wow.. That's crazy." Jongup said.

"As expected from crazy Eunji.." Zelo mumbled. Actually, they didn't know her in person but they heard stories about her from Himchan, and it was enough to realize how ed up she was.

"So.. That Eunji.." Youngjae started talking. "If she is crazy like you said she is.. How did she became a cop?"

"This is also what I want to know." Himchan sighed.

Author's Note:

There is a lot of Himchan in this chapter, but it's important for the plot. Never underestimate his instincts :P

I hope the explenation of what happened in the hut made sense. If it's still not clear then feel free to ask :)

I know I said the girls will probably debut in two or three chapters, but I think it's going to take a little more than that because I have a few more ideas that needs to happen pre-debut. I'm thinking of making them debut on the 100th chapter..

Speaking of the number of chapters - It's already chapter number 90! :)
