"What's with the smile on your face?" Sey asked when I came back to the dorm. She was cooking in the kitchen.

"I just had a good day." I sat near the kitchen table, watching her.

"And why is that?" She turned around to look at me. She was smiling.

"It just happened like that."

"Ok, if you say so.." She turned back to cooking.

"What are you making?"

"The birthday cake we were supposed to make yesterday.. You know It's Yujin's birthday today."

"Right, I completely forgot!"

"What were you thinking of? Or who?" Sey teased.

"No one. Do you need any help?"

"It's fine." Sey smiled. "Just help me decorate the dorm a little, the other girls should be here in a while with her."

"Sure."

Yongguk was smiling when he came back to the dorm.

"What has gotten into you?" Himchan asked when he noticed the older male happy mood.

"Nothing." Yongguk asnwered, still smiling. "I'm going to my room to write some songs."

Himchan smiled. It has been a while since Yongguk was happy, and he was happy to see him like this. He didn't know the reason for it, but it didn't matter.

"Happy birthday!" We shouted when Yujin entered the dorm with Eun Hee.

Yujin beamed when she saw us. "Thank you so much!"

"Come here!" Sey grabbed her arm and dragged her to the center of the living room. "The birthday girl need to have a drink and she need to say something as well.."

Sey gave beer bottles to all of us and we stood in a circle around Yujin, waiting for her speech.

"Well, first of all, thank you so much. I didn't expect it.. It's the first birthday I'm celebrating here, and I'm happy I'm able to celebrate it with you. Second, I wish all of us can debut fast, and I hope we will do it together. Thank you once again for making my birthday happier, and I love you. Cheers!" Yujin said and raised her beer bottle.

"Cheers!" we did the same. 

"This is from me and Hyeri." Sey said and handed Yujin the small gift box that was wrapped in a green wrapping. Yujin opened the present and smiled when she saw the earrings that were placed in the box.

"That's really pretty! Thank you so much!" She hugged us and tried the earring on. They fit her really well.

"And this is from Sumi and me." Eun Hee said and handed Yujin another wrapped box. This time it was a necklace.

Our small party went on for another couple of hours, until all of us went to sleep because it was starting to get late.

In the morning B.A.P were on their way to the practice room to work on their year-end ceremony performance.

Yongguk patted Himchan's back, signaling him that he want to talk.

"What is it?" Himchan asked and stared at Yongguk.

"I need a favour." Yongguk asked, stuffing his hands in his pockets and kicking an invisible stone.

"What?"

"Not here.." He said and signaled Hinchan to follow him to a quiet hallway.

"Talk." Himchan ordered when they were alone.

"I need your magic charm." Yongguk said quietly.

"Didn't you say I'm only using it for my selfish reasons?" Himchan teased. Yongguk always scolded him for doing it, and now that Yongguk need him to do just that he was going to make fun of Yongguk as much as he could. 

"I did, but please do something useful with it for once.."

"Why?" He questioned.

"I just need it."

"If you want me to get you information you need to tell me why." Himchan said, and Yongguk debated with himself whether to tell Himchan the truth or not. He didn't want to involve him anymore in this mess, especially if his guess is right, but Himchan wasn't going to leave him any choice..

Yongguk swallowed before speaking. "The notes." Himchan's face became serious, all the the playfulness and teasing in them disapeared. He knew well enough what Yongguk meant, and it is serious. Well, Yongguk wouldn't ask him for a favour if it wasn't serious.

"What do you need?" Himchan asked, and Yongguk was relieved. Hopefully Himchan could get the information he need and this mess will be over.

 "I'm so tired!" I yawned while walking into the practice room.

"Unbeliveable.. Your'e always getting into trouble and you still think you have the right to complain? You should work harder then all of us to make up for it.." Sumi shooted. She is not going to leave me alone, is she?

"So now I can't even say I'm tired? I'm working hard enough, and whatever I do is none of your buisness." I shooted back.

"Crybaby. I really don't know why they like you.."

"Maybe because I'm not like you."

"You will want to be in my place someday."

"Don't worry, I'll disappear before that happens." I said and started doing warm up, ignoring her.

Beside that incident the day passed normally. When I walked by the bulletin board I noticed a new massage on it - an invitation to a company party. I beamed. It's the first time since I got here that we have a company event like this. I went back happily to the dorm, thinking about the upcoming party.

The party was on the weekend in one of the big conference rooms in the company. They moved all the tables and chairs to the side, so it looked like a big hall. It had long tables with food and drinks and there was a computer playing music and a lot of room for dance and mingling.

I adjusted my red dress and checked my hair and makeup beofre going in. For some reason I really wanted to look good, even though it was just us.

The boys were already inside, and also some of the male trainees, including Hyuk. I smiled at him warmly, and my eyes wandered to B.A.P. I noticed that Yongguk was talking to his manager, and it gave me time to examine him. He wore a black dress shirt that emphasized his muscles, and a jeans. He looked good.

"Don't waste your time, princess.. he will never date you." Sumi stood next to me, staring at Yongguk as well.

"What do you want?" I sighed, looking at her.

"I just don't want you to get disappionted when he'll reject you." She said in a fake cuteness and took a sip from her drink.

"Whatever.. I'm not intrested in him."

"Good." She smiled. "Because he is mine."

"If he is yours than your'e doing a lousy job as his girlfriend, because he sure spend a lot of time with me."

"Don't worry, it won't be for long." She said and walked away. What was that about? This girl is so tiring..

"What did she want?" Sey came to talk to me when Sumi left.

"Nothing, just the usual.."

"Too bad her talent is wasted on a ty personality like hers.." Sey sighed.

"Maybe she'll grow up someday.. She is still young."

"I doubt it."

"We'll see."

"Pretty, isn't she?" Himchan stood next to Yongguk, who was staring at Hyeri.

"Yes." The truth is she was beautiful. It was the first time he saw her dressed up like this, and he liked it. Not that he doesn't like her in her normal clothes, but she was gorgeous tonight.

"Stop staring like that, it's rude and she might notice you and think your'e a ert or something." Himchan nudged him, and Yongguk stared at the ground, blushing slightly.

"Well, it's not like I can do anything about it even if she is pretty." Yongguk said quietly, mainly to himself.

"You know it's for her own good.. And it's better she is out of it before somthing happens." Himchan patted his back, trying to cheer him up.

"Your'e right."

"Why aren't you drinking anything?" Hyuk approached me, a little drunk.

"I just don't feel like it.."

"Your lose." He smiled.

"Indeed."

"So how have you been doing lately?"

"Good.. And you?"

"Fine. But the boys are a mess.. It's probably going to take a while until we debut.."

"You have time to work on it, and it's not like the girls are debuting anytime soon.." I tried to cheer him up.

"Really?" He questioned.

"Really."

"I heard other things.." He got closer to me and looked into my eyes. He reeked from alcohol. I guess he drank quite a bit.. It's not a smart thing to do in a company event with your superiors when your'e on provation.

"Like what?"

"Like a rumor that the company is planning on debuting you soon." He whispered in my ear. He was too close to me, but I stayed there frozen, unable to push him away.

"Hyuk, go drink some water, your'e drunk." Yongguk appeared and grabbed Hyuk, pulling him away from me. I was grateful for that.

"Yes, hyung." Hyuk said and went to one of the tables.

"He tends to be like that when he is drunk.. He is a good guy, he just don't really know when to stop drinking.." Yongguk explained quickly when we were left by ourselves.

"Ok.. Thank you.. He was a bit.. too much."

"Your'e welcome." He smiled.

"Listen, Hyeri.." Yongguk said after a short while of silence.

"What?" I looked at him.

"I actually wanted to tell you somthing.." He said while staring at the ground, and my heart skipped a beat.

"What is it?"

"Do you remember what I told you the other day?" He asked hesitantly.

"You told me a lot of things.."

"I told you not to get too attached to me." He said quietly, and my heart sank. This is not going to a good direction.

"Y.. Yes.." I stuttered. I wanted to ask him what he meant by saying that, but I thought he forgot about it since he did get closer to me.

"I meant it. Work hard on your training, and don't hang around us.. You should focus on other things." He didn't look at me. Why do I have a strange feeling that there is something he is not telling me?

"Fine.. I'm sorry for bugging you. I promise I won't come close to you or the boys." I said and walked away, leaving him by himself. I went to the restroom, not wanting people to see the tears that might fall.

When I went back to the party Sey came to me.

"Is everything ok?" Sey asked. She looked worried.

"Yes."

"It looks like you cried." She said after examining my face.

"Is it that obvious?" I asked sadly.

"A little.. And I know you well enough to know this kind of things.."

"So what is it?" She asked after I didn't respond.

"I feel like I got dumped even though I didn't confess and there was nothing really going on.." I said quietly.

"I told you to stay away from him.." She sighed. "You will only get hurt this way."

"Do you know something?" I stared at her.

Sey thought a little before answering. "Even if I do, you should stay out of it."

"Why?" I questioned.

"Because it's better like this. Please don't make yourself an idiot and listen to him for once. please." She pleaded.

"Don't worry, I'm not going back to places I'm not wanted in."

"YOUR'E AN !" Sey shouted at Yongguk when they were outside of the building, far from everyone. They needed a quiet place to talk.

"Stop yelling at him, it's not his fault." Himchan tried to stop her.

"It's not? Then who's fault is it wer'e in this mess in the first place?" Her voice grew louder.

"I AM TRYING TO FIX THIS!" Yongguk snapped. Sey and Himchan stared at him, shocked from his unexpected outburst. It's rare to see him shout. Very rare.

"Then try harder! And try not to hurt others in the process." Sey regained her compusure.

"Do you think I like this situation? I'm not having a field day when this things happen."

"Both of you, stop fighting! It won't help fix this." Himchan tried to calm both of them down. It did help, since both of them stopped and looked at him.

"We need to think about it rationally." Himchan started explaining. "First of all, it's great we got Hyeri out of the way. It could have gotten pretty bad if those two were dating."

"No one was dating." Yongguk said.

"Right.. Things would have been different in a few months."

"Shut up."

"Fine" Himchan sighed. "Back to our topic - we got to a dead end in everything we checked. Things are not going well."

"Then figure something up." Sey said dryly.
