Chapter 111

Masks

"Good morning." Himchan greeted when he saw me at the company in the morning.

"Good morning." I smiled.

"Are you feeling better?" he asked worriedly.

"Yes, thank you."

"Hyeri.."

"What?" I asked curiously. Himchan bit his lower lip, pondering if he should speak or not.

"I know you depend on Yongguk a lot.." he shuffled his feet nervously in his place.

"But?" I asked.

"But please don't hurt him." he finally spoke.

"What does that supposed to mean?" I exclaimed. I will never hurt Yongguk on purpose, and the fact that Himchan thinks I might do it baffles me. Did I do something wrong?

"Nothing." Himchan smiled, trying to drop the subject. But I'm not going to drop it, not after he mentioned it and left me all flustered.

"It's not nothing. You wanted to say something." I insisted, staring intently at him.

Himchan took a deep breath before speaking again. "Sometimes when you depend too much on people they get consumed in your world and forget about their own world."

I stared at him, utterly confused. I never dragged Yongguk into my world nor forced him to stay there with me.. He seems pretty invested in his world, and I'm fine with it. I don't want him to give up his life for mine. But, isn't a couple supposed to share their worlds with each other? Not to an extent where their previous world disappear, but to a reasonable extent that let both worlds cohabit together, side by side.

"Hyeri." Himchan spoke, bringing me back to reality. I looked at him, waiting for him to continue.

"You are strong, just believe in yourself." he smiled warmly.

Narae opened her eyes to see Daehyun sleeping soundly, wrapping his arms around her. She snuggled closer, smiling, and kissed his chest.

"Morning.." Daehyun mumbled, stirring in his sleep, and tightened his grip around her, pulling her closer to him.

"Did I wake you up?" she asked hesitantly.

"No." he smiled and pecked her forehead. "Good morning."

"How did you sleep?" Narae looked up at him. He looked amazing with his still sleepy eyes and disheveled hair.

"Good." he opened one of his eyes to look at her beautiful face. "How about you?"

"I always sleep well next to you." she smiled and snuggled even closer, if that was even possible.

"Did you dream about me?" Daehyun teased, now both of his eyes open and looking at her.

"Maybe."

"Wrong answer."

"Hmm?" Narae wasn't sure what he meant.

"You should always dream about me." he smiled innocently and changed their position so now he was hovering over her.

"Jung Daehyun!"

"What?" he asked innocently.

"Stop being greedy." she said and hit his bare chest lightly.

"I dream about you all the time, why can't you do the same?" he pretended to be hurt and Narae rolled her eyes in response. His antics never change.. But she likes it just like that.

"I love you." Narae said while staring into his eyes. She can easily get lost in them.

"I love you too."

They were staring into each other's eyes until a loud noise disturbed them - Daehyun's growling stomach.

"I'll go make breakfast." Narae said and rolled over, releasing herself from Daehyun's hold.

"Let me help!" he called after her and got up quickly to join her.

~

I bought a snack from the vending machine when I heard Yongguk's voice from one of the hallways nearby. He was talking to someone about a photoshoot, which I assumed that is related to their upcoming comeback.

A smile formed on my face while hearing his voice, but it disappeared as quickly as it was formed when I remembered what Himchan told me earlier. Am I really hurting Yongguk? That was the last thing I wanted to do.

I heard their footsteps and voices getting closer, so I grabbed my snack and hid behind the closest wall, trying to avoid him. I need a little more time to think about it, not to mention that I'm still embarrassed about yesterday. I made such a fool out of myself.. Why am I always crying like little kid over insignificant things? Himchan has a point, I need to stop bugging Yongguk so much. Where did all my independance and courage go? It's like they were never there to begin with.

The footsteps were now a few inches away from me, and I hoped they won't notice me and just continue walking.

"Wait a moment." I heard Yongguk's voice and then they stopped walking. I closed my eyes and held my breath, hoping I won't get discovered.

"Just continue walking.. Don't find me.." I repeated in my mind like a mantra.

Silence. Why is it so quiet? What is going on? I wanted to open my eyes but I was too scared to do it. I was scared to see Yongguk.

"Why are you hiding?" The voice I didn't want to hear asked. He was standing right behind me, his hot breath tickling my ear. .

"I'm.. Not.. Hiding.." I stuttered and turned around slowly, looking at the ground.

"So why were you hiding here?" he smirked, detecting the obvious lie.

"How did you find me?" I asked, lifting my gaze to meet his.

"I smelled your perfume."

"It could have belonged to someone else.." I reasoned. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one in the company using it, and the girls could have used mine as well.

"But I found you." Yongguk said, emphasizing the last word. "I will always find you."

"I need to go." I said and turned to leave.

"You didn't answer my question." he grabbed my hand, stopping me from leaving.

"We'll talk later. I'm going to be late." I released myself from his grip and made my way towards the gym. That was close..

~

"I hope I'm not late.." Daehyun entered the practice room, joining the rest of B.A.P.

"We were just about to start." Zelo smiled.

"Where were you last night?" Youngjae asked, raising an eyebrow.

"Just doing things." Daehyun said inncoently.

"With Narae?" Himchan asked, grinning. Daehyun started to blush.

"You still blush when we mention her, even after all this time you are dating.." Yongguk chuckled. It was actually cute to see.

"Hyeri is the same." Daehyun retorted.

"We are not dating for that long, and Hyeri is a girl." Yongguk reasoned.

"Yeah, we all know she is not a woman yet.." Himchan teased. "And she will probably stay that way for a while.."

"What's wrong with taking things slowly?" Jongup asked.

"There is nothing wrong with that." Yongguk said and turned to Jongup and Zelo. "When you'll date, don't be an animal like Himchan and don't pressure your girlfriends. Let them take their time if they need it."

"That's right. Don't grow up to be like Himchan." Daehyun added, to Himchan's dissatisfaction.

"I'm perfect the way I am right now." Himchan protested, crossing his arms over his chest.

"Yeah, right." Youngjae snorted. "Do you want me to start counting your faults?"

"Please don't. We will never start practice if you start counting them.." Daehyun said, earning a glare from Himchan.

"Let's practice." Yongguk said, ending the conversation.

~

We made our way to our first schedule today - A performance in a shopping mall. We were all excited because it's different than performing in music shows and unlike the bathhouse, this time we are performing our own songs and not doing covers.

We reached the mall and Jinu led us to the venue. It was in the center of the ground floor. All the people passing in the higher floors or sitting in the coffee shops there could watch our performance. There was a small stage in the center, and there were a lot of chairs placed in front of it, for people wanting to watch the performance up close.

"Listen up." Jinu said and we all listened carefully. "You start with performing one song, introduce yourselves and then do the rest. You can do a short talk session in the middle if you want to, but it has to be short because we don't have much time. Remember to stay polite and don't make mistakes while performing. Please promote your album. We will have a stand for selling albums behind the sitting area, so mention this as well."

"Yes, oppa."

"Where will the fansign be?" Yujin asked.

"Your fans will sit on the chairs over there." Jinu said and pointed at the chairs meant for the crowd watching. "And you will sit on the stage. We will prepare a long table with chairs for you and everything else we need."

"Do you have to make it so embarrassing? If no one comes everyone will see." Sumi whined.

"Do you have to be so rude?" Jinu retorted. "Watch your mouth, we are in public."

"Yes, oppa." Sumi apologized and bowed.

"Great. Now go fix your hair and makeup, you are up soon."

~

"Attention all visitors. A performance is going to start at the ground floor in a couple of minutes. All the visitors are invited to watch." the announcer said in the PA system.

"I guess we are really doing this.." I mumbled.

"Yes, we do." Sey said.

"Let's do our best!" Eun Hee exclaimed.

"Mint forever!" we did our usual cheer. It's greasy, but it's the least of our problems right now.

We took a deep breath before the music started playing. The first song was "Peppermint", our album's intro song. When we finished performing it we stood in a line and bowed. I looked at the crowd. There were a few fans sitting in front of us with signs and our lightsticks and a few people watching from upstairs, but most of the chairs were empty. I tried not to show my disappointment and smiled brightly, taking the microphone.

"One, two, three." I counted quietly and we did our greeting and introduced ourselves.

"We are really happy to be here today." I smiled as brightly as I could. "We just debuted a week ago and we want to show you our songs. We hope you'll enjoy our performance."

There was a weak clapping, coming mostly from our fans. At least it's not dead silence..

The music started playing again and we did "Dreams" and "Mystery Guy". A few more people joined the crowd when we performed "Mystery Guy"and there was even a person recording us on his phone.

We stopped in order to speak again. Like always, the girls let me do all the talk while they just stood quietly beside me. "Our next song is our title song from our debut album. Guys, do you know how it's called?" I asked, pointing at our fans.

"Oppa Is Mine!" our fans actually shouted, and it made all of us smile. They are so cute.

"Hyeri-ya, I'm always yours!" one of the males watching shouted, and it made me blush. Part of the crowd started to cheer and coo.

"Thank you." I said and bowed politely. "I'll try to remember that if I ever look for a boyfriend.."

"I'm yours as well!" someone else shouted.

"So many people are interested in me all of a sudden.." I said. "You can do better than me." I smiled.

"Cute!" the first guy commented and I blushed once more.

"Alright. We are going to perform 'Oppa Is Mine'. We hope you'll enjoy it. If you like our music, you can buy our albums over there." I pointed at the stand where Jinu stood with some staff members.

The crowd started clapping and we grabbed our pompoms so we can do the song. During the performance I noticed that more people gathered to watch us, on the higher floors and on the chairs in front of us. The clapping and cheering grew louder and our fans even did the fanchant. The girls smiled, and so did I.

When the song ended we performed the remaining songs from the album - "Hunted" and "Sunshine".

The last song ended and we stood in line again and Eun Hee gave me the microphone once more. I guess it will forever be my job..

"We really want to thank you for coming to see us today. Whether you are our fans or not, it doesn't matter. We are still happy that we were able to perform here. We hope you enjoyed our performance and we want to let you know that we have a fansign here in a bit, so you can talk to us if you want to. We will be happy to see you." I said.

There was more clapping and our fans started to chant "Do another song!".

We quickly looked at Jinu, who nodded in approval.

"Alright. We can do one more song. Should we do a vote about the song?" I asked.

"Do your title song!" A guy from the second floor shouted.

"Yeah, do it!" other people joined.

"Alright." I smiled. "'Oppa Is Mine' it is."

We grabbed our pompoms again to perform the song. This time the cheers were louder because there were more people watching. There were still a lot of empty chairs, but at least the number of people watching us grew during our show. It's better than having the opposite situation..

"We really have to go now, but we had a lot of fun performing." I said when the song ended.

"One, two, three." I counted quietly.

"We are 'Peppermint' and we are going to refresh your day!" we greeted together and bowed one last time before leaving the stage. Jinu was already waiting for us, smiling brightly.

"Good job, girls."

"Yeah, right." Sumi scoffed.

"You can rest for a bit while we organize some things for the fansign." Jinu said, ignoring Sumi.

"Thanks, oppa."

~

"Let's take a break." Daehyun suggested. They were practicing for hours now, and all of them needed the rest.

They all agreed and sat on the floor, emptying their water bottles.

"When are the girls coming back?" Zelo asked.

"Around noon." Himchan answered. "They have practice."

"What are they doing today anyway? They don't have a music show.." Youngjae asked.

"Fansign and busking and performing somewhere." Yongguk answered.

"They must be excited.. It's their first fansign." Daehyun said.

"Do you remember our first fansign?" Zelo asked, a dreamy smile on his face.

"We were so nervous." Himchan said.

"Yeah. I didn't know what to do with myself." Daehyun admitted. "And the fans.."

"It was really weird. I didn't know how to handle them." Youngjae said.

"It's like I didn't believe they came for me." Daehyun continued Youngjae's trail of thought.

"But it made me happy." Jongup said and the other boys agreed.

"It's really nice when people like your music." Yongguk said.

"That's why we are all here." Daehyun concluded.

~

"Before the fansign starts, there are some things I need to tell you." Jinu gathered us.

"What is it?" Sey asked.

"You have three minutes for each person."

"What if nobody comes?" Sumi asked.

"If the line isn't long we'll let you talk to your fans a bit longer, but if there is a line it's three minutes. If the staff ushers the fan don't stall him."

"Alright." we agreed.

"You sign the album and the photobook and answer the questions you are given. Do as you're asked."

"Everything?" I asked.

"Yes." Jinu said dryly. "And don't forget to look at the fans waiting and at the cameras when there isn't a fan in front of you. Do some fanservice."

"Yes, oppa."

"Good." he smiled. "You can take your seats when we tell you to."

We waited patiently. Now there was a long table on the stage and five chairs for us. There was a big poster with our album cover picture and our name on it in the background. It looked good. There was also a box placed behind every chair, probably for the gifts from the fans. On the table itself we had water bottles and a few markers for signing the albums.

I scanned the sitting area. About a quarter of the chairs were full and there were a lot of people watching from above. I sighed. If only a quarter of the chairs are filled it means the fansign will end fast because not many people came.. Unless people join during the fansign.

A staff member stood in front of the table, facing the people in the crowd. He took the microphone and started talking. "We are about to start the fansign. Please take your seats if you want to participate. If you haven't bought an album yet, there is a stand behind you, so you can buy an album and join."

"What's the use? It's empty anyway. Nobody cares about us." Sumi said.

"Shut up. At least try to act nice in front of those who came.. Don't be disrespectful." Sey scolded her.

"Stop fighting. We'll miss what he is saying." Eun Hee said and pointed at the staff member who was still talking.

"We are going to start. Let's welcome the girls."

The crowd started to clap and Jinu pushed us towards the stage. We stood behind the long table, trying not to look so nervous.

"One, two, three." I counted.

"Hello, we are 'Peppermint' and we are going to refresh your day!" we greeted and bowed and the clapping and cheers grew louder.

"I'm Hyeri. I'm the leader and the main vocal and main dancer of the group." I introduced myself and bowed. I heard cheers from the crowd and several whistles coming from the higher floors.

"Just say you're our ace." Sey said, smiling. I started to blush.

"I'm not!" I pouted. "We are all aces. We are completing each other."

"That's so sweet!" someone from the crowd exclaimed.

"I'm Eun Hee, I'm a singer and a dancer." Eun Hee introduced herself and bowed.

"I'm Sey. I'm the main rapper and a dancer."

"I'm Yujin. I'm the lead rapper and a singer."

"I'm Sumi. I'm the lead vocal, lead dancer, the visual and the youngest member of the group." Sumi said and bowed.

"We are actually quite nervous because it's our first fansign.." Sey said.

"It's okay!" A loud manly voice said and the people sitting around him started to clap.

"You will help us, right?" Yujin asked cutely.

"Of course we will!"

"Our fans are really the best!" Eun Hee said and did finger hearts with her hands.

After the cheering calmed down a bit we sat in our chairs and the staff started telling people to approach us.

I was sitting at the end of the table, so I was first. A girl shyly approached me. She looked familiar..

"I remember you!" I exclaimed when I realized where I saw her before.

"R.. Really?" she stuttered.

"Yes. You were at the fanmeet a few days ago, right? And I think I also saw you at music shows."

"Yes." she started to blush.

"You are pretty today as well." I complimented her and she smiled.

"Can you.. Please.. Sign it?" she stuttered and handed me her album and photobook, opening it in the page she wanted. The page had a picture of me in the boxing clothes and it also had a post-it with a question on it.

"Of course I can!" I smiled happily and I could see she relaxed. "Do you want me to sign the album or the photo book?"

"Can you sign both?" she asked shyly.

"Whatever you want. Your name is Minjae, right?"

"How did you remember?" she looked surprised and blushed once again. She is so cute. She reminds me of myself a little.. Especially the blushing and stuttering part.

"Of course I remember you! I want to remember all my fans because you are important to me."

"Thanks." she said quietly.

"So.. Let's sign." I said and took her album and my marker. "Is there anything special you want me to write?"

"Whatever you want is fine."

"Then I have an idea." I smiled warmly. I quickly signed her album - "To the beautiful Minjae! You have a pretty smile, you should definitely show it more! Thanks for your support. Hyeri <3".

After the album I took the photobook and just signed my name on it near my picture. I read the post-it - "The cool Hyeri! Please write something that will make me stay a fan for a long time!". I smiled and and quickly wrote an answer - "I have cookies! :)" and returned the album and photobook to her.

Minjae read the answer and smiled. "Hyeri.."

"What?" I looked curiously at her.

"You are pretty."

"Thank you. You are pretty as well."

"Can I ask something else?" Minjae hesitated.

"Sure." I smiled warmly. "What is it?"

"Can I get a hug?" she asked shyly, looking at the ground.

"Of course you can!" I exclaimed, trying to look as friendly and nice as I can, and stood up, opening my arms. Minjae slowly got closer and hugged me. When we seperated one of the staff members told her to keep moving, so I smiled and waved to her one last time.

The next fan was a guy, a little older than me. He was the one shouting that he is mine during the performance.

"Hey." I greeted, smiling.

"Hey." he smiled as well.

"What's you name?" I asked while taking his album and photobook from him.

"Minwoo." he replied.

"That's a pretty name. Do you want me to sign both the album and the photobook?"

"Yes."

"Alright." I took his album and started signing it - "Handsome Minwoo! Thank you for supporting 'Peppermint'! Hyeri".

"You know, I meant what I shouted earlier when you performed." he said while I took the photobook in order to sign it and answer the post-it. This time it was opened on a picture of me wearing everyday clothes.

"Oh, really?" I mumbled, blushing. "Thanks you." I bowed. "It's really nice of you."

I signed the photobook and read the post-it - "What is the first thing you look at in a guy?". I smiled and wrote my answer - "Eyes".

"I look at eyes as well." Minwoo said when he read my answer.

"That's good." I smiled.

"Yours are pretty."

"Thanks." I thanked him, blushing.

Minwoo wanted to say something more, but the staff ushered him to move. I smiled and waved him goodbye.

~

Minjae was standing nervously in front of Eun Hee.

"Don't be so nervous, I don't bite." Eun Hee smiled warmly, trying to reassure the nervous girl.

"Here.." Minjae gave her the album and the photobook.

"Minjae, right?" Eun Hee asked, still smiling.

"Yes."

"Alright." Eun Hee started signing the album next to my autograph - "The shy Minjae! Thank you for your support! Fighting! Eun Hee <3".

"Eun Hee.." Minjae spoke.

"What?"

"You are pretty cool." the shy girl complimented.

"Thank you. You are cool yourself." Eun Hee answered and signed the photobook as well. From there she moved to read the post-it - "The charming Eun Hee! Please write something that will make me stay a fan for a long time!" and wrote an answer - "I love you <3".

"Eun Hee.." Minjae spoke again.

"What?" Eun Hee gave Minjae her album and photobook back.

"Can I get a hug?" Minjae asked shyly.

"Of course!" Eun Hee exclaimed and stood up, hugging Minjae.

~

A young girl that looked like a high school student stood in front of me. At this point I didn't care anymore that everyone was watching us and that we are in the middle of a shopping mall. I was just happy I can interact with the fans and I tried to focus solely on them.

"What's your name?" I asked, smiling.

"Sang Mi." the girl answers and gives me her album and photobook.

"How old are you?" I asked to make sure.

"Seventeen."

"That's a nice age. Are you still going to school?"

"Yes. I'm starting the last year."

"Study well, it's important." I smiled.

"Were you a good student?"

"Yes, because my parents wanted me to study well."

"As expected from the ace, you are good at everything." Sang Mi said, smiling.

"I'm not good at everything and I'm not the ace." I said, blushing.

"You see? You are humble as well." she commented and I blushed even more.

"Thank you." I said and quickly signed her album - "Sang Mi! Good luck with your studies! Study hard! Thanks for your support. Hyeri <3".

I signed the photobook and read the post-it on it - "Do you have brothers or sisters? If you have, are they older or younger than you?". I tried not to show my discomfort and wrote "I have an older brother".

"That's cool! I have an older brother as well." Sang Mi beamed.

"That's nice." I smiled and gave her her things back.

"Unnie.."

"What?"

"I have something for you!" she said happily and searched for something in her bag. After a few moments she took out a soft drink and a small Kermit doll from it and gave it to me.

"Thank you!" I smiled brightly. "I'll treasure it well." I put the things on the table next to me until the staff took it away.

"Unnie, can I get a hug?" Sang Mi asked cutely.

"Of course you can." I smiled and hugged her.

~

Minjae stood in front of Sey. She was still nervous, but it became easier as she progressed.

"Hey, Minjae." Sey greeted, smiling.

"Hey." Minjae answered shyly.

"Give me your album and photobook, I'll sign it." Sey asked and Minjae obeyed.

Sey quickly signed the album - "Cute Minjae! It's good to see you again :) Thanks for supporting us! Sey <3". From there she moved to the photobook and the post-it - "The charismatic Sey! Please write something that will make me stay a fan for a long time!". Sey smiled after reading it and wrote an answer - "We'll do better to make you proud!".

"Sey.." Minjae started talking again.

"What?" Sey smiled and gave her the album and photobook.

"I like your rap. It's cool."

"Thank you."

"Can I hug you?" Sey nodded and they hugged.

~

"Hey Kyungsoo." I greeted the guy in front of me. I remembered him from the fanmeet as well.

"Hey, Hyeri." Kyungsoo smiled.

"Did you enjoy the perofrmance today?"

"I did. You were great."

"Thank you." I smiled and signed his album - "Dear Kyungsoo! Thanks for your support! Please continue to support us in the future as well! Hyeri".

"What's your favorite song from the album?" I asked while signing the photobook.

"Your title song."

"It's good you liked it." I answered and read the post-it - "Hyeri who likes to cook and bake! What would you make for me?"

I blushed while reading it and thought for a moment. "What do you like to eat?" I asked.

"Everything." he smiled. It's really not helping..

"Meat." I finally wrote and gave him the photobook. Guys like to eat meat, right? It seemed like a good choice.

"That's my favorite." Kyungsoo said after reading my answer.

"I'm glad." I smiled warmly.

"Hyeri.."

"What?" I looked curiously at him.

"Can I hug you?" he asked shyly.

"Yes." I smiled and stood up, hugging him.

~

"Hey." Yujin smiled when she noticed Minjae approaching her.

"Hey.." Minjae smiled.

"Nice to see you again."

"You too. You are pretty today."

"Thank you. You look pretty as well." Yujin complimented and took her album to sign it. She quickly wrote - "The precious Minjae! Keep being as cute as you are now. Thanks for supporting us! Yujin <3."

Next was the post-it - "The amusing Yujin! Please write something that will make me stay a fan for a long time!". After a short thought she answered - "Let's continue walking together for a long time <3".

"Yujin, you improved a lot since your debut."

"Thank you!" Yujin said happily and stood up to hug Minjae. Minjae smiled brightly.

"You're welcome."

"You should move.." the staff member told Minjae.

"Sorry.." she bowed and moved to Sumi.

"Hey, Minjae." Sumi smiled warmly.

"Hey Sumi." Minjae smiled.

"How are you?" Sumi asked.

"Good. You did well today."

"Thank you.

"Here." Minjae hurriedly gave Sumi her album and photobook to sign.

"Kind-hearted Minjae! Thank you for you love and support! Sumi <3" Sumi finished signing the album and moved to the photobook and post-it - "y Sumi! Please write something that will make me stay a fan for a long time!".

"An interesting question.." Sumi commented before writing an answer - "I'm the best Th-th-the best Bam Ratatata Tatatatata" (2NE1 - I Am The Best).

 "You are amusing." Minaje commented.

"Thank you." Sumi smiled. "What is your favorite song in the album?"

"Hunted."

"Good choice."

"Can I hug you?" Minjae hesitated before asking.

"Sure."

~

The next fan waiting for me was a weird looking ahjussi. I don't know why, but I was getting weird vibes from him.

"Nice to see you." I greeted politely.

The man smirked and gave me the album to sign.

"What's your name?" I asked.

"Hyuntae."

"Alright, Hyuntae." I mumbled and signed - "Hyuntae, thanks for supporting us! Hyeri".

The man gave me the photobook. It was opened on a photo of me in cheerleading uniforms. I signed my name quickly, trying to ignore the uneasy feeling in my stomach. When I read the post-it my face paled. I read the note several times and each time I was sure my face became paler.

"You should quit your job as an idol. You can earn more money if you spend the night with me.." I read the note once more. Is he kidding me?

I cleared my throat, trying to stay composed. "Sir, I think you have a mistake." I said as politely as I could.

"There is no mistake." he stated.

"This is.. Not what it's supposed to be."

"Who said so?" the man chuckled. "I have a present for you." he said and gave me a box.

"Thank you, sir." I put the gift aside.

"Open it." he ordered.

"I don't think it's right.."

"Open it." he raised his voice a little. The staff and the girls looked at him suspiciously, so he smiled.

I took the box and opened it. It contained a lingerie set.

"Wear it when you come see me tonight. I left the adress inside the box." Hyuntae said.

"I'm not seeing you tonight. Nor tomorrow or any other day." I said, a little too loudly.

"Is everything okay?" one of the staff memebrs approached us.

"No. This ahjussi is bothering me." I said.

"She is lying. She is just rude." Hyuntae claimed.

"Look what he gave me!" I pointed at the box. "And he offered me to work as a e!" I raised my voice and opened the photobook where the post-it was, showing it to the staff.

"Sir, I think you'll have to come with me." the staff member said sternly.

"I'm not leaving!" Hyuntae insisted.

"I'm going to call the security!"

"Just call them already. ing rude." I exclaimed.

"Hyeri, don't curse!" I heard Jinu's voice scolding me.

"I don't care. I'm going. I'm not staying in the same room with this ert!" I said annoyed and got up from my seat, storming off.

"Hyeri!"

Author's Note:

Long chapter again :)

I had to split the day to two chapters because it's long, like you can see.

I'm not going over all the days like this, but this day has a lot of things the girls are doing for the first time, that's why I'm describing it.

I'm sorry if it's boring, but I need this chapter for the next one.

Thanks for reading, commenting, subscribing, etc.! <3

Chapter 156: Wow, I was blaming both of them at 1st, as things could’ve been handled so much better on both sides. I loved how Himchan & Sey reasoned with both of them, but Hyeri crossed a line once Yongguk apologized. I didn’t feel she necessarily deserved it, but I knew they both needed it.... sure the way he apologized, did seem like a back handed apology, as her kissing technique could’ve been discussed privately. But Hyeri towards Himchan, she needs to make this better, and of course, he hit below the belt, but she had consistently hit below the belt prior & then to hit him!!! I’m not sure how this is going to turn out, thank you for updating!!

Chapter 156: I still one hundred percent believe that this entire situation is one in which Hyeri is very much at fault. I don’t think Yongguk is in a position where Hyeri requires an apology and I don’t think Hyeri even DESERVES an apology. She completely blew a small and minor incident out of proportion.

I do believe that Himchan went slightly too far with the comment he made however Hyeri shouldn’t have been as horrible to him as she was.

Chapter 155: Welcome back!!!!!!!!!!! I was BEYOND happy to see the update, wow so much happened, where to begin? I see Hyeri & Himchan are still at each other’s throats, I do wish they could get along, and that Hyeri would see the validity in what Himchan said, but no matter what, I think time stopped when Yongguk said Sumi was a better kisser. I felt bad, that super slam, even if honest, that was the time to lie. Especially knowing Hyeri... I was shocked she would kiss him after that was said, and kept thinking why does kissing Yongguk keep coming up, even after he said she wasn’t as good of a kisser. .... sighs, once again, he’s storming out and even with his stupid honestly, I can’t say I blame him. Thank you so much for coming back & for updating,

Chapter 155: WOOP WOOP!! MY FAVE FANFIC IS BACK!!! And OMG this is spicy as hell. I just wish Hyeri would stop being a drama queen and finally realise that she needs to get some help and that Yongguk loves her.

Chapter 153: Thank you for updating despite your busy schedule. I truly hope that Hyeri is ok! She let a lot of things off her chest the night before, and while I do wish she would've thought of the impact her leaving like that would have, I hope they catch her in time before she does something that would change all of their lives. Regarding the comment I just read, there's a difference between constructive criticism & just plain being rude. While it's true, being factual or doing some research on weightier subjects is a good rule of thumb, most of us are adults that don't use fanfics as our barometer of social issues. Assuming what someone's language is, was completely unnecessary to state. You don't have to read the story, if you're a writer, you should understand what it takes to create, upload & continue a story remembering details from previous chapters...etc. If you're not a writer, perhaps you should put yourself in the author's shoes before you begin.
