1 Day before the debut showcase:

I stood in front of the mirror, checking my appearance one last time. I was still in the dark about our date plan, but I tried my best to dress in a suitable way. I decided to go with a green bikini and a short jeans and a loose tank top above it. I let my hair fall on my shoulders and didn't put any makeup on because if we are going to be in the water it will be a mess maintaining it. I put my sunglasses on, grabbed my things and headed out of the dorm.

Yongguk was already waiting downstairs, near the staircase. His face lit up whe he noticed me and he smiled brightly.

"Good morning." he greeted and kissed my cheek.

"Good morning." I grinned.

"You are pretty."

"Thanks." I blushed. "You look good as well." I complimented. It was true.. He wore a sleeveless shirt and a pair of knee-length jeans.

"Thank you." he smiled. "Let's go." he grabbed my hand, entwining our fingers together.

"Where are we going?" I asked.

"You'll find out when we'll get there."

We reached some kind of a resort that looked quite fancy.

"Why are we here?" I asked confused when we stood in the entrance.

"I know you were stressed lately, so we are having a spa day so you can relax and regain your energy back before the hectic schedules of your debut.." he explained while looking at me.

"You didn't have to do this.." I said quietly, lowering my gaze to the ground.

"Aren't you happy?" he frowned.

"Of course I am!" I hurried to explain. "But I was happy with just a stroll in the park as well. You didn't have to put so much effort.."

"I wanted to." he grinned.

"Thanks, oppa." I smiled and hugged him.

"Let's go eat breakfast." he said when we parted and led us inside.

We sat in a cafe inside the resort and ordered a couple breakfast. It had a lot of different kinds of food and we ate happily while talking about all kinds of things.

"Let's make a toast!" I suggested and held my juice glass in the air.

"What for?" he asked and grabbed his glass.

"For a lot of months together and for our successful debut and comeback."

"Sounds good. Cheers."

When both of us were full we headed the outdoor swimming pool. We put our stuff on a couple of chairs near the pool and I took off my clothes, remaining only in my swimsuit.

"What is it?" I asked when I noticed Yongguk was staring at me while I took my clothes off.

"I really don't understand why you don't like your body. It's perfect." he said and my face heated.

"You are a guy, you'll never understand." I said, trying to look unaffected.

"Then explain it to me."

"I'm going in." I stated and jumped into the cold water, leaving him behind.

Yongguk chuckled and took his shirt off. I couldn't help but stare at him while he undressed. He is so handsome.. I turned around quickly, afraid he will catch me staring at him. After a few moments I felt two arms hugging me from behind and he nuzzled his face in my neck.

"I'm happy we are here." he said and planted a kiss on my shoulder.

"Me too." I said and turned around and hugged him, wrapping my hands behind his neck.

"Let's compete until the end of the pool!" he said and started swimming without waiting for my response.

"Yah, cheater!" I called after him and started swimming as well, following him.

He obviously got there first, and I drowned him in the water for cheating and starting the race before me. He got out of the water coughing.

"Serves you right for cheating." I stuck my tongue out.

"Oh you just started a war!" he declared and launched forward, trying to drown me.

I swam fast, trying to get away from him. Of course he was faster and stronger than me, so I found myself drowning for a couple of times. When I got out I splashed water on him, which he returned.

"Let's take a break!" I said after I had enough of water fights.

"Alright." he agreed.

I got out of the water and sat on the poolside, my legs still in the water. Yongguk got closer to me. He was still in the water, in front of me, and put both of his hands on both sides of me, locking me between his arms.

"Tired?" he asked while looking worriedly at me.

"No." I smiled.

"I like you. A lot." he suddenly said, turning my face into a tomato.

"Why.. So.. Suddenly?" I stuttered.

"Why? Can't I tell my girlfriend I like her?" he teased, enjoying seeing me blush.

"Of course you can!" I exclaimed. "Just don't do it so suddenly, it's embarrassing." I said and covered my red face with my hands. Yongguk laughed.

"You are so cute."

"I like you too, oppa." I said quietly, still covering my face.

"What was that? It was muffled because of your hands.." he teased and I glared at him after removing my hands from my face. He was definitely doing it on purpose.

"I like you." I said it louder this time. He grinned, satisfied.

"Let's race again." I said and started swimming before he could react. If he can cheat so can I.

He laughed and swam after me, but made sure to stay behind me so I'll win. When I reached the end of the pool I glared at him.

"What?" he asked innocently when he reached there.

"You did it on purpose, didn't you?"

"Of course not!" he claimed. "You just started swimming before me."

"I want to win fair and square, not like this." I pouted. I know he could have easily passed me if he wanted to, so his explenation is invalid.

"Rematch?" he offered, realizing I'm upset.

"But you can't cheat and lose on purpose!"

"Deal." he smiled. "Ready?" he asked and I nodded. "Three, two, one, go!"

He won. When he got to the other side of the pool he waited for me and started cheering me while I swam. I shook my head at his antics when I finally reached him.

"Second place is the best." he stated while moving a few hairs from my eyes. I gave him a questioning look and he laughed.

"Choose a number between one to three, that's your reward." Yongguk said.

"Did you hit your head in the process? Or did the oxygen missed your brain?" I questioned. "You are supposed to give awards to the winner, not to the loser."

"You are my winner." he smiled and wrapped his hands around my lower back, pulling me closer. "Choose a number."

"Two, because that's my actual place."

"You won a keychain." he said and I frowned. What is this? I wanted something else..

"What were the other prizes?" I asked, trying to hide my disappointment.

"Not telling." he stuck his tongue out. "And no refunding either."

"Sounds like a scam."

"Yah!" he frowned.

After fooling around some more we decided to get out of the swimming pool. I sat on my chair, wrapped in my towel. Instead of going to his own chair, Yongguk decided to sit on mine, forcing me to move aside to make some space for him. He settled behind me, his legs on each side of my body and my back was leaning on his chest.

"Let's take a picture!" I offered.

"Alright." he agreed and I took out my phone. We took several pictures together, including a few pictures where we are kissing.

"This one looks good." Yongguk commented on one picture when we checked the result. In this picture he was kissing me without telling me beforehand, so I looked pretty bad while he looked handsome as usual.

"I look ugly here." I complained, pouting.

"I like this picture." he stated.

"Give me your phone." I asked and he searched his belongings before giving it to me.

I sent him all the pictures we took and I set my favorite picture as his wallpaper. It was a picture of me kissing him on the cheek and he is looking happy because of it. When I was satisfied I showed him the screen.

"Babe.." he hugged me with his free hand. I could already tell what he was going to say from the tone of his voice.

"I know you can't keep it because we can't be discovered, but can you please keep it for today? I just want to feel normal for a day before we continue hiding." I explained. Most of our time together is in the company. Not that I have a problem with it, but sometimes it feels stuffy. I know that normal dates are not possible because we will get caught, so I want enjoy this rare occasion as much as I can.

"Alright." he smiled. "But I have a condition."

"What condition?"

"Give me your phone." he stretched his hand, waiting. I put my phone in his hand and he played with it a little before giving it back to me. He saved the picutre he liked as my wallpaper.

"I look ugly here." I pouted.

"Stop talking nonsense." he poked my forehead. "That's my condition."

"Deal." I agreed because I didn't have much choice.

"Oppa.."

"Hmm?"

"How do you save me in your phone?"

"Curious, are we?" he teased.

"Yes." I smiled and took his phone from his hand. I searched his contact list until I reached my name.

"My Hyeri?" I questioned after identifying my name on the list.

"Do you have a better name?"

"No. It's fine." I smiled.

"What about you?" he asked, curious.

"Handsome Gukkie." I answered.

"Change it." he frowned.

"To what?"

"Give me your phone." I obeyed. When he finished he showed me the screen.

"The perfect boyfriend?" I raised my eyebrow when I noticed the new name. Yongguk grinned.

"You are not perfect, forget it." I pushed him playfully.

"Yah!" he pretended to be hurt, and I stuck my tongue out.

The next stop was the hot springs the resort had. The hot water was relaxing and it was enjoyable.

"I like it." I smiled while leaning against the wall.

"Good." Yongguk smiled while sitting next to me.

I looked around and noticed a few girls on the other side of the spring. I think I saw them in the swimming pool as well, but that's not what bothered me. They just kept staring at me and Yongguk and checking him out. I unintentionally frowned.

"What's wrong?" Yongguk asked when he noticed I'm frowning.

"The girls over there.." I tilted my head slightly to their direction. Yongguk looked at them and turned his gaze back to me.

"What about them?"

"I saw them at the swimming pool as well."

"It's probably just a coincidence." he shrugged. "I think the elderly over there was at the swimming pool as well.." he said and pointed at an old lady on the other side of the spring.

"These girls are checking you out." I said and Yongguk chuckled. "That's not funny!"

"Babe.." he said while moving so now he was facing me and blocking my view of the other girls. "They can check me out as much as they want, it's not going to help them anyway." he caressed my cheek.

"They are also glaring at me. They look suspicious." I pouted.

"You are just imagining things." he poked my forehead.

"What if they recognize you? Your tattoos are pretty hard to hide.."

"Don't worry." he squeezed my hand reassuringly. "I will never do anything stupid that can hurt us, and I made sure it's fine before coming here. This place is meant for people who don't want to be discovered."

I examined his face and he seemed genuine. It made me feel better and I let my guard down. I trust him. "Alright."

"If it's alright then give me a smile." he pinched my cheeks and I smiled.

Yongguk leaned forward and captured my lips with his while his arms made their way to my lower back.

"Oppa, I'm going to the restroom.." I informed Yongguk when we went out of the hot springs.

"I'll wait for you outside." he smiled.

I checked my appearance in the mirror when I noticed the girls from earlier entering the restroom. I ignored their presence and adjusted my wet hair, trying to make it look presentable. One of the girls, that looked the youngest, stood beside me, glaring at me through the mirror. My insticts were correct.. I don't know what's their deal, but they are not innocent.

"Can I help you?" I asked politely, looking at her.

"Are you dating that guy?" she asked. Well, at least she is straightforward..

"Does it matter? What is it to you?"

"Why would he date her? She is probably just someone to pass the night with and that's all." one of the other girls commented. That hurt, but I tried not to show it.

"If you want a friendy advice.." another girl started to talk and approached me. "Break up with him before things gets dirty." she said while caressing my cheek. I flinched from her touch. 

"Sorry, I don't take 'friendly' advices from strangers." I said and walked past them, heading out of the restroom. I made sure to bump into the shoulder of the first girl while passing her, causing her to lose her balance and stumble.

When I was out of the restroom I took a deep breath, trying to calm myself down. It's nothing.. It doesn't mean they recognized us and maybe they are just interested in Yongguk because he looks good.. I mean, it's pretty obvious other girls will be interested in him. I can't expect the other girls in the world to evaporate just because he is dating me.. I just need to cope with it and to trust his feelings for me. I need to be more confident, for the both of us.

I took another deep breath and tried to look like nothing happened. I don't know these girls, they were probably just talking without meaning it. But what if they were serious? There are several people interested in separating us..

"Is everthing okay?" Yongguk asked when I came out of the restroom, examining my face. I tried to look as normal as possible and push the weird thoughts away. It's supposed to be a fun day, I'm not letting them ruin it for me.

"Sure." I smiled. "Let's go." I said while entwining our hands together.

Inside the restroom one of the girls took out her phone and called someone.

"What do you want?" the drunk person on the other side of the phone asked.

"Oppa, I have some interesting information for you.." she said in a high pitched voice.

Our next stop was a sauna and afterwards we reached the highlight of the day - a couple massage.

We entered a room with two massage beds in the center of it. There were scented candles everywhere and a relaxing music was played. Just what we need.

Two masseurs came inside and told us to take our clothes off and lie down on the beds.

"Relax." Yongguk smiled and squeezed my hand. I smiled in response.

"Ready?" the two masseurs asked. We had a male one for Yongguk and a female one for me.

"Yes." we answered together and they started doing their work.

It was amazing. I could feel every muscle relax and all the pain from practicing disappeared. I couldn't ask for a better way to spend today.

"How was it?" Yongguk asked when we finsiehd the massage.

"Amazing." I couldn't stop smiling. "I feel like a new person."

"That's good. Now you'll have energy for your debut." he smiled and ruffled my hair.

"How was it for you?" I asked, looking at him.

"Good." he grinned.

~

"I had an amazing day." I told Yongguk when we were in front of my dorm.

"I'm glad you liked it." he smiled brightly.

"Thank you." I said and hugged him tightly. He returned the hug happily.

"Don't be stressed about tomorrow and do your best." he said when we parted.

"I'll try."

"Goodnight, babe. Go to sleep early, you have a long day tomorrow."

"Alright." I nodded. "Good night, oppa."

I pecked his cheek and went inside the building. What a good day.

Author's Note:

Sorry for updating late, I was busy.

I know there are a lot of Hyeri&Yongguk chapters, but:

1. I'm Yongguk biased, so obviously there are a lot of Yongguk parts.

2. Hyeri doesn't really have friends or family from before, so her life revolves mainly around Yongguk and the girls at the moment.

The next chapter is the day of the showcase (finally!) and there will be more chapters about the girls from now on because it's their time to shine :P

It's also the 100th chapter, so look forward to it ;)

Although this chapter is kind of a filler chapter (and the calm before the storm :P), I did plant some clues for the future in it..

On another note - The new album!!

I only have two complaints about "That's My Jam" - Himchan barely got lines in it and they are not promoting it :\ (but I do understand they need to rest. It's more important.)

And Jongup improved so much!!

By the way, I like the title song, but I think it's the weakest song on the album.. I like the other ones better, although I like this song as well.
