Chapter 137

Masks

"Hyung, you have no idea what happened." Daehyun told Yongguk the moment he and Youngjae came back after finishing the futsal game.

"What's wrong?" Yongguk asked, scanning Daehyun's appearance. The younger male looked restless.

"Hyeri almost killed Himchan for real."

"What did he do to her?"

"I don't know all the details.." Daehyun said apologetically.

"Where are they?" Yongguk asked, feeling imaptient. He had a bad feeling about this.

"Hyeri closed herself in their dressing room and I haven't seen Himchan for a while now."

Yongguk sighed. He was gone only for a couple of hours, nothing was supposed to go wrong. What the hell happened?

"Thanks." Yongguk mumbled and headed towards Peppermint's dressing room.

"Hyung!" Jongup called from the end of the hallway. "I found Himchan!"

"What happened?" Yongguk asked, hoping Jongup will have answers.

"Well, we were waiting for the next competition to start and Hyeri fell asleep. She leaned on Himchan because he was sitting next to her. At first Himchan just let her rest, but at some point he decided to do something.."

"What did he do?" Yongguk's voice came out harsher than he intended.

"He drew all over her face with a permanent marker that was hard to remove." Jongup said and Yongguk clenched his fists. That stupid Himchan..

"But he didn't think it will be too difficult to remove, he really thought it will wash out with water." the younger male quickly added.

"Tell Himchan we are going to have a serious conversation after I'll check how Hyeri is doing." Yongguk said and walked away, rushing to see Hyeri. Knowing her, she is probably in a very bad mood at the moment and he needs to be there for her. She needs him.

He knocked on the dressing room's door impatiently. He want to see her. He just hope that she is okay and that the damage is not too big..

"Yes?" a staff member Yongguk recognized as a hairdresser opened the door, standing in the entrance. He tried to peek behind her and look for Hyeri, but the hairdresser blocked his view.

"Is Hyeri there?" Yongguk asked, trying to stay calm and polite.

"Sure." the hairdresser smiled and moved aside to make Yongguk room to enter.

"Thanks." Yongguk gave her a small smile.

"Excuse me.." the hairdresser said weakly.

"Yes?" Yongguk stopped and stared at her curiously.

"Please don't laugh at her.." she mumbled so quickly that Yongguk could barely understand what she said.

"Don't worry." he said and made his way to Hyeri. She was sitting on a chair, her back facing him. One of the makeup artists was trying to apply something on Hyeri's face. He waited until the girl was done and watched the two from his spot. Hyeri wiped her face with tissues and the makeup artist gave her a mirror to examine her appearance.

"I told it won't work. It's useless." Hyeri said bitterly. Yongguk could feel his heart sink.

"It will work. There has to be a solution." the makeup artist said, trying to stay positive.

"Hyeri." Yongguk finally spoke. He could see Hyeri tense and he assumed she is just embarrassed and that she doesn't want him to see her like that.

"Can we talk later? I'm kinda busy.." Hyeri asked in a small voice. Her back was still facing him.

"I want to talk now."

"Then just say what you want to say and leave. The makeup artist needs to work on my face." Hyeri said and Yongguk frowned. It's easy to tell she is avoiding him.

"I want to see your face." Yongguk asked softly.

"I.. Should go.. To the bathroom.." the makeup artist mumbled, feeling awkward. She hurriedly left the room, leaving Yongguk with Hyeri. He was happy about that because maybe now Hyeri will open up to him. No matter how bad she is feeling, she won't break down in front of the staff members, not even Jinu. It will hurt her pride if they'll see her cry or vulnerable.

Hyeri sighed heavily and Yongguk decided to approach her. He stood behind her and wrapped his arms around her shoulders, leaning his head on her right shoulder.

"You know, don't you?" she asked quietly.

"What?" Yongguk asked. He tried to look at her face but from his angle everything looked normal. Well, he still couldn't see most of her face.

"You know what." she pouted.

"The only thing that I know is that I missed you." he planted a soft kiss on her neck. Her lips curled into a small smile and it made him happy.

"You are sweet."

"Babe.."

"Get out. I'm ugly at the moment."

"You are always pretty to me."

"Yeah.. That's when I don't have a permanent marker drawn all over my face." Hyeri laughed bitterly.

"I'm sure it's not that bad." Yongguk ruffled Hyeri's hair and pulled back.

"It is."

"Let me see." he asked and turned her chair so she'll face him. Hyeri was flustered because she didn't expect it. She stared at him and quickly covered her face with her hands when she realized he is looking at her. Typical Hyeri.. Trying to hide because she is embarrassed.

"I promise I won't laugh." Yongguk said and removed her hands, revealing her face. Honestly, it was worse than he thought. He thought Himchan drew something small on her face just to , but that wasn't the case. Hyeri had drawings all over her face and it can't be covered with makeup or something similar. The only way is to remove the marker, somehow. He sighed. That idiot Himchan.. If Hyeri didn't kill him yet he is about to do that himself.

"See? I told you it's ugly." Hyeri said when Yongguk didn't say anything.

"It's not ugly." Yongguk lied. What was he supposed to say? 'It's really ugly and you should cover your face'? Hyeri will kill him if he says that, for a good reason.

"I can't go out like this." she said bitterly, a tear slipping down her face. "It's so embarrassing."

"Hey.. It's okay." Yongguk hugged Hyeri. She leaned her head against his chest, burying her face in his shirt. "The makeup artist will find a solution."

"What if she doesn't?" Hyeri asked in a small voice. Yongguk felt his shirt getting wet as Hyeri started crying. She brought her hands to his waist, hugging him tightly.

"She will." he caressed Hyeri's hair. "She is getting paid for it."

"I should have killed Himchan when I had the chance. That scaredy cat ran away and hid in the men's restroom so I won't be able to catch him."

"Sounds like Himchan indeed.." Yongguk chuckled. "Want me to kill him for you? I can enter the men's restroom.."

"No. I want to kill him with my own hands."

"Whatever you want." Yongguk pecked Hyeri's forehead. She pulled back, staring at him.

"Is it really ugly?" she asked in a barely audible voice.

"Yes." he admitted, tearing his gaze away from her face. He didn't want to see her reaction.. It will probably hurt too much.

"Get out." Hyeri pushed him away and he fell backwards from the surprise, landing on his .

"Hyeri.."

"You are supposed to be on my side. If even you think I'm ugly, how am I supposed to face other people?" she struggled to stop her tears from falling. Yongguk braced himself, knowing what's about to come.

"So did you want me to lie?" Yongguk asked while getting up and dusting his clothes.

"Get out. I want to be alone." she ordered, ignoring his question.

"Excuse me.." there was a knock on the door and Yongguk was relieved. The door opened and Jinu entered the room, his gaze moving from Yongguk to Hyeri and back. He could feel the tensed atmosphere even though he wasn't sure what caused it.

"It's lunch break. Hyeri, you should go with the girls to give food to your fans.." Jinu said.

"I'm not going." Hyeri declared and brought her knees to her chest, burying her face there.

"Is your face still.. Like that?" Jinu asked carefully.

"Yes." Yongguk answered instead of Hyeri.

"Oh." Jinu sighed. "I'll tell the fans you are not feeling well and that you are sorry."

"Thanks, oppa." Hyeri mumbled, her face still glued to her knees.

"Yongguk, you should probably go see your fans as well." Jinu said.

"I will, in a bit. Thanks." Yongguk smiled and Jinu left the room.

"I can't even see my fans. What am I supposed to do? And there is the rhythmic gymnastics competition.. I need to participate." Hyeri started crying again.

"It will be okay."

"Easy for you to say, you are not the one suffering." Hyeri muttered.

"Babe, do you want me to stay with you?" Yongguk offered. "The boys can handle our fans.."

"No. Go to your fans, they want to see you." she wiped a few tears from her face.

"I'll be back soon. I promise." he said and kissed the top of Hyeri's head. After that he left the room.

~

Comfortably enough, Peppermint's fans sat next to B.A.P's fans. The company decided that the two groups' fans should sit together in hopes to improve the bond between the fans and gain more support for the girls.

"Yah." a teenager approached Minjae, who was sitting near the stairs separating the two groups of fans.

"Can I help you?" Minjae asked politely, scanning the girl in front of her. She looked like a highschooler.. The lightstick she was holding told Minjae she is a fan of B.A.P.

"Tell your girls to stay away from our boys." the teenager said.

"Ex.. Excuse me?" Minjae thought she heard wrong.

"Especially that leader of yours. Why does she keep hanging out with the boys? And she is always flirting with them.. I saw her flirting with Zico earlier as well. Is she that desperate to be famous?" the girl continued.

"I.. Don't know what you are talking about." Minjae said. Yes, Hyeri might spend some time with the boys, but they are just friends and co-workers since they are also in the same company. Besides, it's a well known fact in the fandom that Hyeri adores them, so the fans are happy for her that she is in a good relationship with B.A.P. All of the girls are friends with them and the fans don't have a problem with it, at least as far as she knows.

"Is everything alright?" Minho approached the two and stood next to Minjae. It looked like Minjae was feeling uncomfortable and Minho wanted to see if she needed help. After all, he should help a fellow fan, especially if he is more familiar with her by now following the different fansigns and performances they attended in the last month.

"Tell your stupid girls to stop flirting with B.A.P. They don't stand a chance with our precious boys."

"First of all - They are not stupid, so watch your mouth." Minho said and the girl rolled her eyes. "And second, they didn't flirt with anyone."

"Yeah, right." the girl scoffed. "I saw the red haired girl falling asleep on Himchan so comfortably.. That was a mistake, right? Himchan probably just happened to be there at that moment when she couldn't keep her eyes open.. How convenient." she mocked.

"Is there a problem?" Daehyun approached the trio. The boys were going to give lunch to their fans but it looked like one of his fans was talking to Peppermint's fans and judging by their body language, it didn't seem like a nice conversation.

"Oppa!" the fan smiled innocently when she noticed Daehyun. "When are you competing?"

"In the 4x100 relay." Daehyun answered dryly and moved his gaze to Minjae and Minho. "Is everything okay?"

"Sure." Minjae smiled but it didn't look sincere to Daehyun.

"Are you sure? Because I thought I heard my fan saying things about Hyeri.." he said and his fan blushed furiosuly. Daehyun raised his voice, so now s and fans of both groups that were sitting close by were looking curiously at them. Not that he minded, though. It can serve as a warning for other fans as well. He is not going to let his fans bully the girls and their fans, they didn't do anything to deserve it.

"That's not it, oppa." she tried to explain. Minho and Minjae looked at the struggling fan, amused by her attempts to look well in front of Daehyun when he clearly knows she was wrong.

"Hyeri is not flirting with us, she is just being friendly. There is nothing going on between us and the girls." Daehyun said. He might have lied regarding the other boys, but in his case it was completely true. And saying Hyeri is flirting with all of them is completely ridiculous since she can't even flirt with Yongguk properly. The fan clearly doesn't know Hyeri if she thinks Hyeri is capable of flirting with the other gender.. She is too shy to do that.

"That Hyeri girl clings onto Yongguk all the time! And she looks at him like she is in love or something.. She is a fox. She flirts with the rest of you and act cute all the time so you'll notice her. I'm a girl, I know when girls do that." the fan claimed, not backing down even after being caught.

"Listen here." Yongguk decided to join the conversation. He listened quietly from his spot until now but he is not going to let his fan talk like that about Hyeri. "I'm only going to explain it once, so listen carefully."

"If you know Hyeri even a little, you can tell she is shy and there is no way that she is flirting with people. She is too embarrassed to do that. Me and the boys have a good relationship with Peppermint and Hyeri treat us like friends. Himchan is like an older brother to her, Daehyun and Youngjae are like same-aged friends and Jongup and Zelo are little dongsaengs she takes care of like they were her little brothers. So stop with the bull because there is nothing romantic going on between her and either of them." Yongguk said.

"Then what about you, oppa?" the fan asked, putting Yongguk in a tough spot. Should he lie?

"Yongguk oppa is someone I admire and look up to. I said it in every interview and I always mentioned that I'm a fan of B.A.P and that Yongguk is my favorite member and my role model. I'm not flirting with anyone." Hyeri said, surprising everyone. How long was she there and how much did she hear?

Yongguk looked at Hyeri, scanning her face. It looks like the makeup artist managed to remove the marker and he was relieved.

"Listen.." Hyeri took a deep breath before she continued talking. "I'm not asking you to support us and buy our albums, but can you please stop harassing my fans? They are having a hard time as it is because we are not doing well, don't make it harder for them." she said and the teenager bit her lower lip. "If you have something to say to me, please say it in my face and not behind my back. I read all my mentions, even the bad ones."

"I'm sorry.." the fan mumbled.

"Let's eat." Hyeri told her fans cheerfully and started making her way to the seats in the middle. "Me and the girls baked cookies for you!"

"Let's eat as well." Daehyun said, joining the rest of the boys and his fans.

"Such a drama queen.." Sumi muttered when she watched the scene in front of her. "Always pretending to be a saint."

"She is a saint, unlike someone here." Sey said, mocking Sumi.

"Can she lie to our fans like that? What will she do if they'll get caught dating?" Sumi asked.

"The company allowed them to date, so they will find a solution."

"You know it's not that easy to gain fans' trust.. Once you lose it you are doomed. I don't want to lose everything because she is irresponsible."

"Said the most irresponsible member of our group." Sey retorted. "What did you actually do for our group? Hyeri is busting her off to make us famous."

"Sorry for not having schedules because someone grabs all of them.."

"How does that make you feel when you are sleeping with the CEO and still get nothing while she gets everything without moving a finger?" Sey asked, smirking. Sumi's face paled and Sey knew she won.

"Move your over to our fans and be nice to them." Sey ordered and joined Hyeri and the fans. Soon, Sumi and the other girls joined as well.

~

"Unnie, you are awesome!" Minjae said happily when I gave her the food we prepared.

"I'm not awesome, I just did what I had to do. People can bully me because I'm in the spotlight, but no one bullies my fans."

"See? You are awesome." Minjae smiled and did a thumbs up with her hands.

"I'm sorry she bothered you."

"It's okay. Minho came to help first and then Daehyun and Yongguk got involved.."

"They are precious." I smiled. "Make sure to thank Minho. I'll talk to the boys and apologize."

"Why are you gossiping about me?" Minho asked, taking the empty seat next to Minjae.

"That's a secret." I smirked.

"That's not fair!" he pouted and I chuckled.

"Eat up." I offered him food. "The chocolate cookies are really sweet because Sumi added more sugar than necessary, but it's edible."

"I'm sure it's tasty either way." he smiled and took the food from me, opening the box.

"It's really good." Minjae said after eating a cookie.

"Thanks." I blushed. "I should give food to the other fans as well.."

"Unnie.." Minjae called softly.

"What?"

"I think Yongguk is looking at you." she said and gestured her head towards where B.A.P was. I looked at where she was looking at and Yongguk was indeed looking at me, an unreadable expression on his face. When he noticed I saw him he tore his gaze away and focused on the fan in front of him.

"You know, guys know when other guys like someone.." Minho said.

"And?" I asked.

"And I think he likes you."

"Of course he likes me, we are good friends." I smiled, trying to stay neutral. I can't reveal our relationship.

"Not that kind of like."

"You are imagining things." I poked his forehead.

"You like him too, don't you?" Minho asked and I blushed furiosuly. It didn't go unnoticed by Minjae and Minho.

"Really?" Minjae asked, surprised.

"No." I calimed, trying to stable my voice.

"You will be a good match!" she squealed happily.

"Keep your voice down." Minho poked her and she lowered her gaze from embarrassment.

"Sorry.." she mumbled apologetically.

"Both of you, stop imagining things that doesn't exist. And please stop talking about it, I don't want rumors going around because it can get both of us in trouble."

"Sorry.." they apologized.

"Eat your food and clean after you when you're done. Don't leave garbage here." I ordered.

"Alright." they said in unison.

"Bye for now." I waved and moved to the next fan.

~

"Channie oppa!" a female fan called Himchan when he passed by close to her.

"Hey." Himchan smiled.

"Why aren't you participating in anything?" the fan pouted.

"Because I'm B.A.P's lucky charm and I need to cheer everyone from the side."

"When are you having a comeback? I don't like the girls. We want you to comeback."

"We will have a comeback soon. The girls deserves a chance as well, okay? While they're promoting we can rest and come back to you more energized and with high quality music."

"But still.." the fan pouted. "They are wasting your money."

"It's not our money, it's the company's money. Just give them a chance, okay? No one was perfect from the start, it takes time to improve. Look at Jongup and how he started and where he is now."

"That's different!" she exclaimed.

"It's exactly the same. And they have fans that care about them as well, so be considerate. How would you feel if they talked bad about us?"

"I will want to kill them." she answered and himchan smiled.

"Their fans probably feel the same, so be nice." Himchan patted the fan's head.

"Okay." she finally agreed.

"Enjoy your meal." Himchan smiled and gave her a her lunch.

"You too, oppa! Make sure to eat."

"I will."

~

When the lunch break ended I made my way to the dressing room.

"Hyeri." Yongguk called me. I stopped walking and turned to him.

"Go back to your fans, they might misunderstand." I said dryly.

"Why are you mad at me?" he asked. He knows her well enough by now to know she is not happy about something he did.

"Think for yourself." I shrugged.

"I don't know." he admitted.

"Don't stand up for me. I can defend myself."

"You weren't there and I didn't like the way she talked about you." Yongguk explained.

"It doesn't matter."

"Hyeri.." he sighed in frustration. It feels like they had this conversation before, and he is not happy repeating it.

"It can start rumors and I'm trying to stay under the radar. I don't need trouble."

"You standing up for yourself can also cause trouble." Yongguk stated.

"It will cause less trouble than you standing up for me. If they find out about us I'll probably be kicked out because the CEO only let us date in condition he will reveal that we're dating when he wants to."

"Hyeri.."

"Go spend time with your fans. They didn't see you much today since you were in the other stadium with Youngjae."

"I want to spend time with you as well." he stared at me and my resolve started to break under his gaze. I hate the fact that he affects me so much.

"We have plenty of time later." I gave him a fake smile and walked away.

~

"Jongup oppa." Yujin called.

"Hey." Jongup smiled sheepishly.

"Here." she said and gave him a small bag filled with cookies. He took the bag from her but gave her a confused look.

"Me and the girls baked cookies for our fans and we baked some for you as well." she explained shyly.

"Thank you." Jongup smiled and Yujin was relieved.

"I should go.. Talk to my fans.. Or something.." she mumbled, unsure of what to do. Truth is she was nervous. She is always nervous around Jongup, even if she doesn't have a reason to.

"Can we.. Maybe.. Eat those together?" Jongup asked shyly. He looked like a lost puppy and Yujin couldn't help but smile.

"I would love to."

"Great." Jongup smiled and they went inside the building to look for a quiet place.

~

I need to keep a distance from Yongguk, at least when there are people around. I know Minjae and Mihno didn't have a bad intention, but if they noticed it, other people might have noticed as well and it's bad. We can't get discovered.

I feel bad lying to my fans, but I don't have a choice. There is too much at stake and I don't want to risk it. Besides Yongguk getting hurt, there is also the girls being affected and even B.A.P. I can't be selfish so I just have to pretend we have a friendly relationship and that's it.

"You are prettier when you smile." I heard a manly voice behind me. I looked up and saw a guy leaning against the wall in the hallway, staring at me. He had muscles and broad shoulders and he seemed strong, like he is working out on a regular basis. He had a black short hair and he looked quite handsome. Not handsome like Yongguk, but not ugly either. I recognized him vaguely as an idol, but I couldn't remember which group he belongs to or what's his name.

"Are you talking to me?" I asked. I don't know the guy, why would he start a conversation with me?

"Do you see anyone else here?" he asked and I looked around. Right.. The hallway is empty.

"Do I know you?" I asked politely.

"Not yet." he smirked and approached me. "But I would love to get to know you."

"And you are..?" I asked the guy that was now standing in front of me. He is taller than I thought.. He could easily pass as a model.

"Jota. Nice to meet you." he offered his hand for a handshake.

"Hyeri." I shook his hand.

"Pretty name for a pretty girl." he commented and I blushed.

"Cute." he smiled when he noticed the blush decorating my face.

"Why are you talking to me?" I asked.

"You seemed troubled."

"Well, I have my problems." I shrugged.

"Want to share? We can talk over a cup of coffee.. I'm a good listener."

"I'm fine."

"So do you want to meet for a cup of coffee without telling me about your problems?" Jota offered. "Or we can watch a movie or something.."

"I'm busy." I said apologetically.

"Are you promoting now?" he asked curiously.

"Yes."

"Then when you'll finish maybe?"

"I'm still busy then. I have a lot of schedules."

"Are you always this hard to court?" Jota asked in amusement.

"Are you always bad at getting the hint?" I asked in the same tone.

"Tough one." he chuckled.

"Sorry.." I mumbled shyly.

"So are you really rejecting me?" he asked, putting his hands in his pockets. I nodded shyly. I hate doing this kind of things, but I don't have a choice.

"I'm sorry." I apologized.

"If you are sorry, can I ask something?" he asked and I looked at him curiously.

"Smile. You are really pretty when you do that." Jota said and I blushed once more. "And stop blushing around guys.. It's really cute."

"I'm sorry.." I mumbled.

"Are you always apologizing for everything?" he asked, amused, and I nodded. I remember Yongguk told me that once when I was still new at TS. A smile slowly appeared on my face.

"Keep that smile, it suits you." he said before walking away, leaving me flustered.

~

"Eun Hee, I think someone is looking at you."  Sey said while talking to the older female.

"Huh? Who?" Eun Hee asked and tried to look around her.

"Behind you. It's Wonho from Monsta X." Sey answered.

"He is?"

"Yes, but don't look now, it will be too obvious."

"Okay." Eun Hee said nervously. "What do I do?"

"Act normal." Sey said. "If you want to look just pretend you are stretching and take this opportunity to look at him." Sey offered.

"Smooth." Eun Hee smiled.

"Years of experience." Sey winked.

Eun Hee took Sey's advice and started warming up. They have the 60m race soon so it's a perfect excuse. He doesn't have to know she is not participating in this competition..

Eun Hee took this chance to look at Wonho, who smiled at her and even waved. Little did she know that not so far from them there was someone that was looking at her and Wonho, frowning.

~

"What are you doing?" Daehyun asked Youngjae, who was staring into space, frowning.

"Someone is ogling Eun Hee." Youngjae muttered unhappily.

"And it bothers you because..?" Daehyun asked. He knew the answer to that question but he wanted to tease Youngjae and make him acknowledge his feelings.

"She is mine." Youngjae declared.

"Are you sure about that? I think she is going to talk to him.." Daehyun said and pointed at Eun Hee, who made her way to Wonho.

~

"Hey." Eun Hee approached Wonho, a big smile plastered on her face. She didn't want to go at first but Sey convinced her to go and she decided to try. What's the worse that can happen?

"Hey." Wonho smiled.

"So.." Eun Hee just stood there awkwardly, not sure what to say. It was a bad idea going there without a plan.. Now she probably looks like an idiot.

"I'm Wonho." he introduced himself.

"I'm Eun Hee." she said and bowed. "Nice to meet you."

"Very nice meeting you." he smirked and his gaze traveled along her body. He stopped on her chest for a second but moved his gaze before she caught him staring.

"Hmm.." Eun Hee cleared from embarrassment. She want to try and forget about Youngjae, but is this really the right way? Maybe she should apologize and go back to the girls..

"Stay still for a bit." Wonho said before she could say something. He suddenly approached her, way too closely for her taste, and before she realized what's going on he tucked a few hairs behind her ear and pulled back. She stared at him, confused.

"There is someone trying to kill me with his glares for talking to you." Wonho said.

"Huh?" Eun Hee was dumbfounded. It can't be Youngjae, right? A part of her hoped it will be him, but she knew it's not him because he simply doesn't care. But if it's not him.. Who is it?

"Let him watch." she decided to go with her gut and approached Wonho again, closing the distance between them. She will forget Youngjae, one way or another.

"Are you sure about that?" he asked. "I'm not going to back down if you say yes.."

"Yes."

~

"What the hell is he doing?" Youngjae muttered when Wonho approached Eun Hee. It looked like they were about to kiss but Wonho just fixed Eun Hee's hair, to Youngjae's relief.

"Hyung, do you have popcorn?" Daehyun asked Himchan when he saw him and Jongup.

"What are we watching?" Himchan asked, smirking.

"Youngjae being jealous." Daehyun answered.

"Shut up." Youngjae groaned, the annoyance evident in his voice.

"Why don't you go confess to her already?" Himchan asked.

"Because she doesn't want to talk to me."

"Yongguk hyung!" Jongup called the older male and waved his hands frantically.

"What's up?" Yongguk asked when he joined his group members.

"What did you do when Hyeri didn't want to talk to you?" Jongup asked. "Youngjae is having the same problem with Eun Hee.."

"You little.." Youngjae hissed, glaring at Jongup. "I didn't ask for your help."

"I don't think you are in a position to refuse.." Daehyun commented, not missing a chance to tease Youngjae.

"Just keep trying. She'll give in at some point." Yongguk said and moved his gaze to Eun Hee and Wonho as well.

"At this rate I think Youngjae is going to get replaced.." Daehyun teased.

"I'm not being replaced." Youngjae declared.

"If you say so.."

Chapter 156: Wow, I was blaming both of them at 1st, as things could’ve been handled so much better on both sides. I loved how Himchan & Sey reasoned with both of them, but Hyeri crossed a line once Yongguk apologized. I didn’t feel she necessarily deserved it, but I knew they both needed it.... sure the way he apologized, did seem like a back handed apology, as her kissing technique could’ve been discussed privately. But Hyeri towards Himchan, she needs to make this better, and of course, he hit below the belt, but she had consistently hit below the belt prior & then to hit him!!! I’m not sure how this is going to turn out, thank you for updating!!

Chapter 156: I still one hundred percent believe that this entire situation is one in which Hyeri is very much at fault. I don’t think Yongguk is in a position where Hyeri requires an apology and I don’t think Hyeri even DESERVES an apology. She completely blew a small and minor incident out of proportion.

I do believe that Himchan went slightly too far with the comment he made however Hyeri shouldn’t have been as horrible to him as she was.

Chapter 155: Welcome back!!!!!!!!!!! I was BEYOND happy to see the update, wow so much happened, where to begin? I see Hyeri & Himchan are still at each other’s throats, I do wish they could get along, and that Hyeri would see the validity in what Himchan said, but no matter what, I think time stopped when Yongguk said Sumi was a better kisser. I felt bad, that super slam, even if honest, that was the time to lie. Especially knowing Hyeri... I was shocked she would kiss him after that was said, and kept thinking why does kissing Yongguk keep coming up, even after he said she wasn’t as good of a kisser. .... sighs, once again, he’s storming out and even with his stupid honestly, I can’t say I blame him. Thank you so much for coming back & for updating,

Chapter 153: Thank you for updating despite your busy schedule. I truly hope that Hyeri is ok! She let a lot of things off her chest the night before, and while I do wish she would've thought of the impact her leaving like that would have, I hope they catch her in time before she does something that would change all of their lives. Regarding the comment I just read, there's a difference between constructive criticism & just plain being rude. While it's true, being factual or doing some research on weightier subjects is a good rule of thumb, most of us are adults that don't use fanfics as our barometer of social issues. Assuming what someone's language is, was completely unnecessary to state. You don't have to read the story, if you're a writer, you should understand what it takes to create, upload & continue a story remembering details from previous chapters...etc. If you're not a writer, perhaps you should put yourself in the author's shoes before you begin.
