Chapter 140

Masks

Sorry for the false notifications yesterday, it wasn't intentional.

If you did read the chapter yesterday please read it again. I accidently took it out of draft while I was still working on it and the chapter wasn't really finished then (like you could probably see..). You should read the whole chapter because I also added a few parts :)

"Hey." I sat next to Sey on her bed. I just came back to the dorm to say goodbye to Soo Ah and it's the first time I'm seeing Sey since her argument with Yongguk in the practice room earlier.

"Hey." she grabbed her pillow, hugging it in her lap.

"Are you okay?"

"Why wouldn't I be?" she faked a smile.

"About earlier.."

"If you want to scold me for what I told Yongguk, please save it. I had enough already from both Yongguk and Himchan."

"I didn't mean it in that way.." I trailed off.

"So what do you want?" she asked quietly.

"I'm sorry for what Yongguk said. He shouldn't have said that."

"So now he is sending you to apologize?" she mocked. "What a man."

"No. He will apologize to you himself. I just wanted to apologize as well."

"How did that actually get a girlfriend like you? You are too good for him."

"You don't really mean it."

"I do."

"Sey.." I sighed. "He is a good guy and you know it as well. I know you are mad but please don't do this." I asked softly.

"Fine." she groaned. "Only because you asked me to."

"Thank you." I hugged her, leaning my head on her shoulder.

"He better apologize. And be sincere about it."

The sun rays penetrating from the window in my bedroom signaled a new day, full of activities. I yawned, dragging myself out of bed. My stomach growled, reminding me I need to eat, but I ignored it. I need to lose weight.

"Morning." Sey mumbled when my feet touched the tiled floor.

"Good morning." I smiled. "How did you sleep?"

"Okay." she stifled a yawn. "How about you?"

"Fine, I guess.."

"What's wrong?" she asked, examining my face.

"Nothing." I tried to smile. "Oh, I have a schedule with Himchan today." I quickly changed the subject, hoping she won't question me further.

"The cooking show, right?" Sey asked, to my relief.

"Yes."

"Please try not to kill each other.."

"Don't worry. We are professionals and we will act like normal labelmates while recording." I smiled innocently.

"Good."

After practicing with the girls and a meeting with Jinu, B.A.P's manager was waiting for me and Himchan in the van.

"Hey, kiddoh." Himchan greeted when he entered the car and sat on the other side, far from me.

"Hey." I smiled. "Why are you sitting so far away? I don't have a contagious disease."

"Personal space."

"Where was that personal space when you decided to draw on my face?" I pondered out loud. Himchan bit his lips, thinking how to respond.

"I'm sorry."

"You are lucky it was removable." I mumbled.

"And here we go again.." he sighed. I noticed it and frowned.

"You are not in a position to complain."

"Look, I know I was wrong but I already apologized. There is no need to mention it every single time you see me." Himchan said.

"I only mentioned it now and on the day it happened."

"Can we please change the subject? I don't want to ruin the mood today." he asked. Maybe he is right.. Being in a bad mood can affect our performance on the show.

"Okay. Thanks for helping me today."

"No problem, kiddoh." Himchan smiled.

The ride was silent. Himchan was glued to his phone, his earphones tucked in his ears, while I looked at the view out of the window. The city was vibrant, a lot of people coming and going to and from places. We were no different.

The van stopped in the parking lot, cutting me off from my thoughts.

"We're here." B.A.P's manager informed us.

"Let's go, kiddoh." Himchan smiled and got up from his seat, stopping before mine so I could get out first.

"Thanks."

When we entered the studio a staff member gave us clothes to change into, which were chef uniforms with a kerchief tied around the collar area. Each team had its own color, and ours was brown.

"Wow, chef clothes.." I admired the clothes in my hand. "So pretty.."

"Stop drooling." Himchan teased.

"Have you ever thought of becoming a chef?" I asked curiously.

"No. I started cooking because I had to." he answered. "But I do enjoy cooking for others."

"So sweet.." I beamed and a small smile appeared on his face.

"What about you?"

"At some point. I started cooking because I had to but I really enjoyed it. I still do. If I didn't like singing that much maybe I would have turned it into a career." I smiled.

"Well, there are some people that are really happy that you chose singing." he said and I started to blush, knowing who he is referring to.

"Let's get dressed." he said and started walking to the men's restroom. When he disappeared from my sight I made my way to the women's restroom to change.

"Sey." Yongguk found the said female in one of the practice rooms, trying to improve her rapping. When she noticed him she frowned.

"Get lost. I'm busy."

"I want to apologize."

"Because you want to or because Hyeri asked you to?"

"Because I want to." Yongguk answered. Sey stayed quiet and he took this chance to continue talking. "I'm sorry for what I said. It was harsh and unnecessary. I know how hard it is to be in your position because I was there. I shouldn't have said that even if I was mad."

"How did you improve?" Sey asked so quietly that Yongguk barely heard her.

"Practice. Tons of it."

"I'm trying. It's not working."

"Do you want to show me what you wrote? Maybe I can help.." he offered.

"Do you want to?" she was surprised.

"Yes."

"It's kinda bad.." Sey bit her lower lip.

"Well, you need to start somewhere. I wasn't good at first either." he said, trying to reassure her.

"Okay."

~

"Wow, it actually looks better on you than the cheerleading uniforms and the clothes you usually wear.." Himchan commented when we reunited after getting dressed and getting our hair and makeup done.

"Shut up." I muttered, ignoring his teasing.

"Yah, why aren't you saying something about my appearance?" he exclaimed.

"You're ugly." I retorted, knowing it will annoy him. Serves him right for teasing me earlier.

"Oh, please. I'm prettier than you." he declared confidently.

"That's not hard, you know.." I said quietly.

"Hey.." Himchan said when he caught the bitterness in my voice, placing his hand on my shoulder. "You are pretty, inside and out. Don't let people tell you otherwise."

"Thank you."

"Guys.." B.A.P's manager called, interrupting the rare moment of sweetness we shared. Himchan dropped his hands to the sides of his body and turned to look at his manager.

"What is it?" I asked.

"They want to do an interview with you before the competition start."

"Let's go then." Himchan smiled and joined his manager. I followed behind him.

B.A.P's manager led us to a room with a cameraman and a PD from the show.

"Hello." we greeted and bowed. "Nice to meet you."

"Same here." the producer smiled warmly. "Please sit down." she gestured to two chairs that were placed in front of the camera. We obeyed.

"We are going to ask you a few questions now. It's going to be a short introduction before you go on stage." she explained.

"Okay." I smiled.

"Please introduce yourselves." the produced asked.

"Hello, I'm Peppermint's Hyeri." I said and bowed.

"Hello, I'm B.A.P's Himchan." Himchan did the same.

"Please tell us what you expect to achieve today."

"Well, we want to win." I said confidently. The producer smiled.

"That's the spirit." Himchan chuckled. "We are going to win."

"What if you won't?" the producer asked.

"Then it will be embarrassing.." I mumbled, blushing. I didn't think about this option.. The other contestants might be better than us. "But we are going to try our best!"

"Definitely." Himchan said.

"Do you watch cooking shows on TV?" the producer asked the next question.

"I watch a lot of cooking shows, but then I get sad because I'm on a diet so I can't eat anything they cook.." I answered and pouted, which made the producer laugh.

"I watch it as well." Himchan said. "We should watch it together next time.."

"I would love to." I smiled.

"What's special about your team? What makes you think you will win?" the producer moved on to the next question.

"Well, both of us are in charge of cooking in our groups, so I think it's an advantage." Himchan answered. "And even if we won't win, we will do our best."

"I couldn't answer it better myself." I said when the producer looked at me.

"Okay. Good luck." she smiled.

"Thank you." me and Himchan answered together.

"And we are done." she said after the cameraman turned the camera off. "We have two more teams to film and we will start the competition. You can rest in the meantime."

"Okay, thank you."

~

"Yujin." Jongup called.

"Hey." she smiled shyly.

"What's up?" he asked.

"Great. How are you?" Yujin asked.

"Good." Jongup smiled sheepishly.

"Okay.. Did you want to talk about something?" she asked curiously.

"Yes. I.. Actually.. Have something.. For you.." he stuttered. Yujin noticed he had his hands behind his back all the time they were talking, but she didn't pay attention to it. Her heart beat faster thinking of what he could have brought her.

"What is it?" she asked curiously, trying not to show she is nervous.

"You left it in our dorm.." Jongup mumbled and showed Yujin the pompom he held behind his back. Her face became red as a tomato in seconds.

"Give me that." she snatched the pompom from his hands and held it tightly. "Did the boys see it?"

"Yeah.." Jongup admitted, averting his gaze from her. "But I told them the truth!"

"They might misunderstand.. Why didn't you tell me sooner?" the annoyance was obvious in her voice.

"I didn't know you left it in our dorm! We found it when we cleaned up." he claimed. "Why didn't you tell me you left it there? I would have searched for it and returned it to you before they saw it.."

"Sorry.." she mumbled, embarrassed. "I didn't realize I left it there."

"Well, at least it's solved now." Jongup smiled happily. "Don't worry, I made sure they won't misunderstand."

"Thank you."

"The next team is Hyeri and Himchan." the MC said and it was our cue to enter.

"We are the beautiful team!" we exclaimed and did an aegyo pose together. The couples that entered before us clapped and some of them even laughed.

When we finished we stood next to our cooking station and waited for the remaining couples to enter. There are eight couples and two stage levels. We were cooking at the lower level, which contained five workstations. The upper level had three stations, probably for the grand final.

The other teams competing today are Solji and Hyerin from EXID, Sandeul from B1A4 and YooA from Oh My Girl, Sungjae and Eunkwang from BtoB, Kwanghee from ZE:A and Hyeri from I.B.I, Kangnam and DinDin, Fei from Miss A and Dahyun from Twice, and Soyou from Sistar and Dayoung from Cosmic Girls.

"Okay. There are going to be two rounds today. All of you will do the first mission but only three couples will move on to the next round, which will be your final mission." the MC explained. "Your first round is to cook a special holiday pork dish to your parents."

I frowned when I heard the mission. I don't have a problem with pork recipes, it's the parents part that bothers me.

"Hey.." Himchan nudged my arm gently. "Let's make this dish for Yongguk." he offered with a bright smile and I was thankful. He is so sweet.

"Sound great." I smiled.

After hearing a few more instructions and technical details we could finally start cooking.

"Good luck, kiddoh. Let's do our best." Himchan said happily and placed his right hand between us.

"Let's do our best." I smiled and placed my hand on top of his in order to do a short cheer.

"Fighting!"

"Let's make sweet and sour pork.." I suggested.

"Alright. We can add a refreshing salad next to it." Himchan offered.

"Sound great."

"So what do you want me to do?"

"Cut the onions and the peppers."

"Yes, chef." he saluted and started working.

~

"That was great." Yongguk said after Sey showed him the new verse.

"Thanks." she said shyly.

"You are improving, you just need to believe in yourself and keep trying. And listen to the comments you get from the professionals. They are only trying to help you."

"I will. Thank you."

"No problem." Yongguk smiled. "I need to go, but you can look for me if you need help.."

"Yongguk."

"Hmm?"

"I'm sorry about yesterday. I didn't mean to disrespect your work, I'm just frustrated. It annoys me that people are ignoring his talent."

"I know. It annoys me as well, but hopefully one day they will see what they missed." Yongguk tried to stay positive.

"Thanks."

~

"Please stop cooking for a moment." the MC said and we looked at him curiously. "Now the contestants can't cook. Only the helpers are allowed to cook. Contestants, please raise your hands and keep them above your heads until you can go back to cooking."

"Why?!" complaints could be heard from the different workstations in the studio.

"But he can't cook!" Kangnam complained, pointing at his partner.

"Of course I can cook!" DinDin exclaimed, annoyed. "Just watch!"

"Good luck, Channie. I trust you." I told my partner while raising my hands like I was ordered.

"I know what to do." Himchan smiled reassuringly while stirring the vegetables in the pot.

"Are we allowed to talk?" Kwanghee asked from his spot.

"Yes!" the MC answered.

"Yah, Hyeri, you are doing it wrong!" Kwanghee scolded his frightened partner.

"Kwanghee, you should be more careful while using that name.. You don't want to scold the wrong Hyeri.. She is scary." Himchan joked.

"Like he'll survive after scolding Kim Hyeri.. Scolding her is like having a death wish." DinDin teased and I shot him a glare. Why is he teasing me? I was nice to him!

"DinDin, focus on your meal if you don't want it to be your last." I warned, making it sound more threatening on purpose.

"Yes, ma'am." he saluted exaggeratedly.

"Han Hyeri, please do it properly for once! Just don't mess up until I can cook again." Kwanghee begged his partner, to our amusement. He was really freaking out.

"Himchan hyung!" Sungjae visited our workstation since he was waiting for the moment he could cook again and Eunkwang was doing quite well at the moment. "What are you cooking?"

"What the boss tells me to cook." he answered and pointed at me.

"I hope you'll listen to your future wife better than you are listening to me.." I teased.

"Hyeri's future husband, if you are watching this please run away while you can. You are going to regret it if you won't listen to me." Himchan said to the camera and I hit his head. Sungjae started laughing.

"Judges! My partner is hitting me!" Himchan whined. "Can you fine her for using violence?"

"What side are you on?" I glared at Himchan. Giving me a fine means lowering our chances of winning.

"I'm on the side that keeps me healthy and in one piece." Himchan answered with a straight face and I rolled my eyes.

"You know, I can totally see you two getting married at some point." Sungjae commented and both Himchan and I glared at him.

"Never!" we said simultaneously, to Sungjae's amusement.

"Sungjae, come back here!" Eunkwang called.

"I'll be back soon." Sungjae said and returned to his workstation and to his hardworking partner.

"And here we have Himchan and Hyeri." the MC said as he approached us, followed by a cameraman filming him.

"Hello." I greeted him, smiling.

"You look happy." the MC commented.

"Well, Himchan is a great cook and I trust his skills, even if I can't help. I think it was a wise decision to ask him to help." I answered.

"Himchan, what do you think of that?" the MC asked.

"I'm happy to help." Himchan answered while adding seasoning to the dish.

"Okay, thank you and good luck." the MC said and moved on to interview the next team.

Himchan kept cooking while I kept looking at him and giving him orders from time to time until I could finally go back to cooking.

"Finally.." I said and started working on the dish. "It's really frustrating not being able to work even if I trust you."

"Because you are a control freak." Himchan didn't miss the chance to comment.

"If I won't be a control freak things won't get done." I claimed.

"What things? I'm here and I'm helping you, especially when you can't do it yourself."

"Well, not everyone is like you."

"You need to learn to let go a little and trust the people around you." Himchan poked my forehead.

"What if they leave me?" I asked in a barely audible voice.

"Then they are not worth your time and affection." he smiled warmly.

"I just don't like not being in control because things can go wrong and I won't be able to stop it." I admitted shyly.

"Failing is a way of learning as well." he lectured.

"You sound like Yongguk."

"Well, I spend a lot of time with him so it makes sense that we started thinking alike."

"We should focus on our food.." I said, bringing our attention to the mission we need to finish.

~

"What are you doing?" Daehyun asked Zelo as he sat down next to him.

"Just something.." Zelo mumbled as his gaze stayed focused on the tablet's screen.

Daehyun peeked at the screen to see what was the younger male was doing and smirked when he figured what it was.

"A dedicated fanboy." Daehyun teased.

"I'm just giving them a little help." Zelo smiled sheepishly. "Want to help me finish this?"

"Gladly."

~

"Eunkwang-ssi!" Himchan called as he walked to the nearest station, which belonged to Sungjae and Eunkwang. The two were cooking diligently and their food smelled good.

"Himchan-ssi." Eunkwang stopped cooking and hugged Himchan, who returned the hug happily.

"I'm seeing you too much lately." Himchan joked.

"Please take him away from us.." Sungjae asked. "He is driving us crazy."

"You are stuck with me until you'll die. All of you." Eunkwang retorted.

"I don't mind being stuck with you forever.." Himchan said too sweetly and hugged Eunkwang tighter.

"See? Himchan actually appreciate me." Eunkwang said happily.

"Of course I appreciate you. You are a hard working leader and a source of envy to a lot of idols." Himchan said in the same sweet tone.

"Hyung, I think Himchan is being weird." Sungjae said and the two BtoB members scanned Himchan suspiciously.

"Me? Of course not! Why would I do something weird? You are my friends!" Himchan laughed nervously.

"You did something, didn't you?" Sungjae asked, not moving his eyes from Himchan.

"No!" Himchan claimed, pretending to be innocent.

"Sungjae.." Eunkwang called. In the meantime his hands moved behind Himchan's back, to find a suspicious bump.

"What?" Sungjae asked.

"I think we have a thief." Eunkwang grabbed the oil bottle that Himchan hid behind his back.

"How did that get there?" Himchan asked, pretending to be surprised.

"A ghost came and placed it in your hands?" Sungjae mocked.

"Why are you sabotaging our group?" Eunkwang asked.

"I wasn't!" Himchan exclaimed, pretending to be hurt from the accusation.

"Kim Himchan!" Hyeri's voice was heard as she approached the trio.

"Yes?" Himchan asked.

"What are you doing here? You are supposed to help me!"

"He was stealing our oil." Sungjae answered.

"She told me to do that!" Himchan claimed and Hyeri's face paled.

"Himchan, I swear I'm going to kill you! Why are you blaming me for your wrongdoings?"

"You are the team leader, take responsibility."

"Come with me." Hyeri grabbed Himchan by his ear and started dragging him back to their workstation, to the amusement of Sungjae and Eunkwang.

"Wanna bet how long it'll take until the next time they'll fight?" Eunkwang offered playfully.

"Sure. Two minutes." Sungjae said.

"Thirty seconds." Eunkwang made his guess.

"Kim Himchan!" Hyeri was now frowning, scolding Himchan once more.

"Told you!" Eunkwang grinned happily.

The first round finally ended and it was time to announce the results after the judges tasted the dishes and ranked it. We came forth, so we didn't make it to the next round. The finalists were Kwanghee, Sungjae and Soyou, which cooked delicious food.

"Hey." Himchan poked my forehead.

"What?" I asked weakly.

"You did well. Both of us did well." he smiled warmly, trying to reassure me.

"I don't like losing."

"Nobody likes losing, but you should be proud of yourself. We made delicious food."

"Are you happy with the result?" I asked.

"Yes. I did my best so I'm happy with whatever we got because I couldn't do it any better."

"You have a point." I admitted, looking at the ground.

"I'm always right, kiddoh. You should know that by now." he poked my forehead, smirking. I rolled my eyes, trying not to say something mean.

"We will have a break now before the final round." a producer declared and people started to disperse. B.A.P's manager approached us, giving us water bottles.

"You did well." he smiled warmly.

"The CEO will scold me again." I pouted, knowing what's going to happen when I reach the company.

"Probably.." B.A.P's manager mumbled, giving me an apologetic smile.

"Let's go bug BtoB!" Himchan started dragging me towards their direction. I knew he was trying to distract me and cheer me up and I was thankful for that.

~

"Girls, look! There is an article about us!" Yujin called happily. Sumi, Sey and Eun Hee looked curiously at her and she showed them the screen.

There was an article called "A girl group that covers other groups' songs". The article contained videos from our busking events and from our v-live broadcasts and the person who wrote it complimented us. The girls scanned the comments and they were mainly positive, which was a pleasant surprise.

"That's awesome!" Eun Hee exclaimed.

"It is." Sey agreed. "We should show it to Hyeri as well, she would be happy."

"Yeah.." the other girls agreed.

~

The show finally ended with Kwanghee and his partner winning. B.A.P's manager dropped me off at the "Show Champion" recording and drove Himchan back to the company. When the music show ended we returned to the company as well and I had one last mission to do before I could go back to the dorm.

"Hey." Yongguk kissed my forehead when we met outside the gym.

"I missed you." I smiled shyly.

"I missed you as well." he showed me his gummy smile.

"Should we start the plan?" I asked.

"Yes. I'll do my part." he kissed my cheek before leaving. I waited for Eun Hee to come. When I saw her approaching I smiled brightly.

"Hyeri!" Eun Hee called happily.

"Hey."

"Why are we here?" she asked curiously as she looked around her.

"I'm trying to help you. Just trust me." I asked and led her inside. We started doing a workout as usual although she was doubtful and hesitant at first.

After a while Yongguk and Youngjae entered the gym in order to workout. Eun Hee sent me panicked looks but I tried to reassure her.

"Why are they here?" Youngjae asked, glaring at Eun Hee.

"For the same reason you are here." Yongguk answered calmly and acted like nothing happened.

"Hey, Youngjae." I greeted.

"You planned this together, didn't you?" he looked at me and Yongguk.

"My life is important to me." Yongguk said as he wrapped his arms around my waist and I hit his arm because of what he was hinting at. "You should always listen to your girlfriend."

"Then why aren't you doing the same?" I asked Yongguk.

"I listen to you in the important things." he grinned, trying to save himself. I rolled my eyes in response.

"I'm leaving." Youngjae declared.

"Come on. We need to workout and a couple-workout won't kill you. We just needed company." Yongguk tried to convince the younger male.

"Fine." Youngjae sighed. "But don't be lovey-dovey next to us."

"Deal." I smiled. "Let's go, oppa." I said and pulled Yongguk to the other side of the gym, leaving Youngjae with Eun Hee. They need some time alone so they could figure everything out.

"So.." Youngjae mumbled awkwardly. Things had been weird between him and Eun Hee after he confessed and she rejected him, so he didn't know what to expect.

"Let's do a warm up." Eun Hee said after staying quiet since he entered the gym.

"Okay.."

Eun Hee sat on the mattress and Youngjae sat down in front of her.

"Sit-ups?" she offered after doing various stretching exercises and he nodded. "Hold my legs."

"Gladly." he tried to smile but it came out weird.

Eun hee went up and Youngjae watched her closely. He focused on her face and on the way a few hairs stuck to her forehead. She was breathing hardly, the effort taking its toll on her. It took her longer to get back up with each sit-up, but he didn't mind. He tried his best to support her and help her.

He watched her, mesmerized, until she came back up, too close to him. Her lips were millimeters from his and Youngjae leaned forward, placing his lips on hers. She opened her eyes in shock but didn't pull away. When he pulled away, even though he didn't want to, she finally spoke.

"What was that for?"

"An accident." the words left his mouth and he immediately regretted it. Why can't he just tell her the truth?

"Okay." Eun Hee laid down for another sit-up without saying anything else. Youngjae tried to read her expression but he couldn't figure out anything.

When she went up she kissed him, just like he kissed her in the previous sit-up.

"What was that?" he asked when she pulled back.

"Nothing." she mumbled and continued doing her sit-ups.

After a few more sit-ups that went like that Youngjae had enough. He leaned forward when Eun Hee was half way up and pressed his lips against hers. This kiss lasted longer and Youngjae didn't complain. If anything, he was happy that Eun Hee didn't push him away. When they parted Eun Hee kissed him back, taking him by surprise.

"What.. Are.. We.. Doing?" Youngjae mumbled between small kisses.

"What we should have done long ago." she answered and kissed him harder.

Their lips touched, getting used to the new feeling. Youngjae's tongue slowly traced Eun Hee's lips and she parted her lips for him. Youngjae leaned on his elbows while Eun Hee laid on the mattress. He slowly explored the new territory, trying to savor everything. The butterflies in his stomach told him he made the right choice and her lips moving against his told him he did the right thing. His lips curled into a smile and she pulled back in order to get some air. She stared intently at him, but he felt her gaze was soft and not a fierce one like she usually gave him.

Eun Hee admired the person above her. His lips felt so soft and his gaze was mesmerizing. She had to admit that this kiss was much better than the first one they had. Her heart beat faster but she tried to stay composed.

"What.. Are.. We?" she stuttered. Her voice was so weak that Youngjae heard it only because he was so close to her.

"Whatever you want us to be."

"Dating?" she tried, feeling her cheeks flush from embarrassment.

"Be my girlfriend?" he asked and her heart almost jumped out of her chest.

"I would love to."

~

"Thank you." Yongguk whispered in my ear. He was standing behind me, his arms wrapped around my shoulders, and we were watching Youngjae and Eun Hee, smiles decorating our faces.

"For?" I asked. "I didn't do anything."

"For making this happen." he said and pointed at the new couple that was now kissing.

"Sometimes you just need someone to help you a little." I said and turned around to face Yongguk.

"Babe.."

"What?" I asked. A playful smirk appeared on his face and I knew I won't like what he is about to say.

"Did you realize that we are in the gym?" Yongguk asked.

"Yes.." I'm still not getting his point.

"And what do you do at the gym?"

"Exercise?" I stated the obvious. Where is he going with this?

"What kind of exercise?" he asked with a straight face and my face became red as a tomato when I realized what he meant.

"You ert!" I hit his chest repeatedly. "We are not burning calories together in that way."

"You are the cutest when you are embarrassed." he pinched my cheeks, laughing. "I just wanted to tease you because your reaction is funny."

"Stop that." I pouted. "It's not funny to me."

"Okay, I'm sorry." he placed his hands on my waist.

"If you are sorry then promise me something."

"What?"

"Teach me to rap." I asked and Yongguk tried hard not to laugh.

"Where does that come from?"

"Sey made fun of my rapping so I told her I'll learn to rap." I explained and Yongguk chuckled.

"You are so cute. And precious." he said while staring lovingly at me.

"Is that a yes?" my hand traveled on his chest, drawing patterns on the soft fabric of his shirt.

"I will do whatever you want, my love."

Chapter 156: Wow, I was blaming both of them at 1st, as things could’ve been handled so much better on both sides. I loved how Himchan & Sey reasoned with both of them, but Hyeri crossed a line once Yongguk apologized. I didn’t feel she necessarily deserved it, but I knew they both needed it.... sure the way he apologized, did seem like a back handed apology, as her kissing technique could’ve been discussed privately. But Hyeri towards Himchan, she needs to make this better, and of course, he hit below the belt, but she had consistently hit below the belt prior & then to hit him!!! I’m not sure how this is going to turn out, thank you for updating!!

Chapter 156: I still one hundred percent believe that this entire situation is one in which Hyeri is very much at fault. I don’t think Yongguk is in a position where Hyeri requires an apology and I don’t think Hyeri even DESERVES an apology. She completely blew a small and minor incident out of proportion.

I do believe that Himchan went slightly too far with the comment he made however Hyeri shouldn’t have been as horrible to him as she was.

Chapter 155: Welcome back!!!!!!!!!!! I was BEYOND happy to see the update, wow so much happened, where to begin? I see Hyeri & Himchan are still at each other’s throats, I do wish they could get along, and that Hyeri would see the validity in what Himchan said, but no matter what, I think time stopped when Yongguk said Sumi was a better kisser. I felt bad, that super slam, even if honest, that was the time to lie. Especially knowing Hyeri... I was shocked she would kiss him after that was said, and kept thinking why does kissing Yongguk keep coming up, even after he said she wasn’t as good of a kisser. .... sighs, once again, he’s storming out and even with his stupid honestly, I can’t say I blame him. Thank you so much for coming back & for updating,

Chapter 155: WOOP WOOP!! MY FAVE FANFIC IS BACK!!! And OMG this is spicy as hell. I just wish Hyeri would stop being a drama queen and finally realise that she needs to get some help and that Yongguk loves her.

Chapter 153: Thank you for updating despite your busy schedule. I truly hope that Hyeri is ok! She let a lot of things off her chest the night before, and while I do wish she would've thought of the impact her leaving like that would have, I hope they catch her in time before she does something that would change all of their lives. Regarding the comment I just read, there's a difference between constructive criticism & just plain being rude. While it's true, being factual or doing some research on weightier subjects is a good rule of thumb, most of us are adults that don't use fanfics as our barometer of social issues. Assuming what someone's language is, was completely unnecessary to state. You don't have to read the story, if you're a writer, you should understand what it takes to create, upload & continue a story remembering details from previous chapters...etc. If you're not a writer, perhaps you should put yourself in the author's shoes before you begin.
