“OMMA!!” Jongin ran towards his mother making Mrs. Go, who’s still in shock, step back looking at the woman and her son who she just shot.

Jongin kneeled and pulled his mother on his lap. “Omma! Omma!” he called tapping her mom’s face as tears threatened of spilling from his eyes.

Mrs. Go was in shock and the SWAT who was waiting for the chance took the opportunity to take the woman down but Mrs. Go was fast enough and before the police got to her, she pointed the gun and aimed for Heeyoung for the second time.

“You’re going down with me.” She smirked and shot the gun only to be blocked by Luhan’s father who ran as fast as he can the moment he saw Mrs. Go’s movements and with that the police managed to get a hold of the woman.

“PAPA!” Luhan shouted as he saw his father got shot and fall to the ground.

“AHHH!!! You think this is the end?! No I’ll make your live a living hell.” Mrs. Go screamed on top of her lungs as she was taken away by the police.

“Dad.” Luhan turned to his father and held his hand. “Hang in there, the ambulance are getting here, we’ll get you treated.” He assured and looked for someone. “WHERE’S THE GOD DAMN AMBULANCE!!!” he shouted furiously in panic.

“Lu-lu, I’m okay, check on your grandpa for me will you?” Mr. Xi said but Luhan shook his head.

“No. I won’t leave you.” Luhan said.

“Aigoo, still disobedient like always.” his father chuckled at his own joke.

“Stop laughing, you’ll make the wound worst.” Luhan scolded as he reached his other hand to his father’s abdomen where he got shot.

“Don’t worry; I’m not regretful of what I did.” Mr. Xi said and looked up. “At least, now I became some of use to this family.” He said painfully.

Mr. Xi is not a genius either, just like Mrs. Go he worked his way up just to get where he is right now. But that wasn’t enough; he’s always over shadowed by the other board members.

He’s good at negotiating, but Kris is the best. He’s has connections, but Minho mas more. He’s good at talking, but Kyungsoo was more convincing. He’s always the 2^nd except from looking young making the others judge him that he’s only got his position because he’s a family member and because of his young looks.

“Don’t say that pabo.” Luhan scolded his father as the ambulance arrived and took the man to the hospital. Luhan watched his father being taken away to the hospital but turned when he heard his cousin’s voice.

“Grandpa!” Heeyoung cried as the old man fell to the ground with his hand in his chest. “Someone, help!” she screamed and Luhan ran towards the two and have a stretcher for the old man as well and rushed to the hospital together with Mrs. Kim and Mr. Xi.

Luhan, Heeyoung and Jongin, together with Kris are outside the emergency room waiting for the doctors to come out. Heeyoung was still crying in Jongin’s arms while Luhan stood in the middle of the hallway biting his thumb’s nail too nervous to separate the two.

“Why are they taking so long?!” Luhan cursed and walked to the door ready to bang it open but Kris stopped him.

“Everything’s going to be okay. The doctors are doing their best Luhan, just stay calm.” Kris reached for the boy’s shoulder.

Luhan just sighed in frustration and brushed his hair roughly. “Dad, grandpa.” He mumbled.

They were the only ones in the corridor since it was already late, but then a sound of heels echoed to the whole passageway and it seems like the person was running. Seconds later, a girl with light brown hair was seen running towards them.

The girl saw them and stopped on her tracks panting making the 4 look at her.

“Luhan.” She called her brother’s name walking towards them. 

Kris was looking at the girl with wide eyes watching her every move.
