*Daran is mine.* Jongin shouted mentally as he dragged Daran to the car.

"Jongin-ah. I'm sorry I left." Daran said as she entered the car only to be ignored by Jongin.

He sat beside her and told his butler to drive back to their hotel.

"Jongin-ah. Mianhae." Daran reached Jongin's arm looking at him sulk.

Then a thought entered her mind.

"Are you jealous?" she asked with a chuckle that made Jongin more upset thinking that Daran was enjoying that blonde hitting on her.

He looked at Daran and smirked as the car stopped at the entrance of the hotel.

"I think you've forgotten who you're talking at Ms. Lee Daran. How could Kim Jongin get jealous and be related to a commoner like you?" he said in full annoyance that made Daran stiff.

She was hurt and insulted by her own friend. It was okay if others say it but even Jongin thinks of her like that. She fell quiet and looked away.

Jongin realized what he said and felt guilt that knocked him to his senses.

"I'm so---." he was about to apologize but Daran cut her off.

"You're right I'm sorry." she said and exited the car and went to her suite battling her tears leaving Jongin heart broken, lost and guilty.

*Jongin is the same as them. Why did I ever thought that he could be different?* she said inside her mind.

He felt like punching himself for saying horrible things to her and want to suicide when he saw Daran's hurt expression.

Daran didn't talk to Jongin the whole time until they went back to Korea and Jongin didn't have the heart to talk to her either because he thinks he deserves Daran's cold treatment.

School and work started and Daran still ignores Jongin. She walks home after work rejecting Jongin's ride.

One thing Daran didn't know is that Jongin quietly follows her everynight to make sure she gets home safely.
