A week has passed since school started and the two still didn't talk to each other.

Jongin couldn't take it anymore and decided to take the 1st step. Lunch break started and he dragged Daran to the school's parking lot. The girl was being dragged shocked by Jongin's sudden action.

"What. Jongin. Where are you taking me?" she asked as they reached Jongin's car.

Jongin let go of her hand and walked closer making Daran step backward leaning at the back of the car and unconciously locking herself between his arms.

He looked at her with sad longing eyes and looked down.

"I'm sorry." he mumbled enough for Daran to hear which made her a little taken aback by Jongin's words.

Daran knows how high and mighty Jongin's pride is and apologizing is almost impossible for him.

"I'm sorry." he repeated with shaky voice as tears threaten to fall in his eyes.

Daran softened up hearing Jongin's voice and let out a little smile. She patted Jongin's head and gave him a smile making Jongin look up to her.

"I forgive you Jongin-ah and sorry for making you upset." she chimed.

Jongin couldn't control his feelings and shook his head down resting his forehead on Daran's shoulder.

Daran felt her shoulder got wet followed by some sobs coming from Jongin. She wrapped her arms to his waist giving Jongin a comforted hug which surprised the boy but more than willing to hug back.

He missed her friend's voice, presence, her face, her scent and everything about her.

Daran broke the hug and cupped his friend's face tainted with tears. She wiped his tears and beamed him a smile.

"Don't cry Jongin-ah. I missed you." she said and hugged him again making Jongin smile.

Little do they know that there was someone watching them and took a photo of them hugging. The both broke from the hug and decided to celebrate making up by buying ice cream.
