“Oh duizhang. Sorry, I can’t open the door right now. I can’t even move right now. You can come in. I think I didn’t lock the door.” You said while your eyelids became heavy.

*WHAT?! She forgot to lock the door?!* Kris thought and quickly checked it and it opened. *She must be having over fatigue right now.* he rushed in to your room and found you lying on your bed with your photo shoot clothes still on and almost like dead person.

It’s not the 1^st time he saw you sleeping and he can tell that it’s different. The 1^st time he saw you, you were radiating and full of life but now, you looked like a dead person lying on your bed but still beautiful.

* Sh*t!! I’m dead. * He panicked and tried to calm himself down.

He walked towards your bed and tried to wake you up. “Yah. Rei, wake up we should get something.” He said as he wakes you up.

“Hmmm? O yeah right Kris. Sorry can’t move here. Let me just sleep okay?” you said with your broken voice, not moving with your eyes still shut.

Seeing you like that, his heart felt really hurt, but didn’t know why. Maybe it’s because he failed his promise to Tao or because he’s been seeing you, a special person to him, weak like that made him weak too.

“Should I call and ambulance?” he panicked.

You took a deep breath and mumbled “Anni. I just need sleep; I think my BP is low again.”

* Right she’s anemic. Great Kris and you let her do the photo-shoot without breaks. Why didn’t you notice this? * he mentally kicked himself as he stare at you lying lifelessly.

“What should we do then?” he asked as he brushed his hair due to stress.

“Just let me sleep. I’ll eat afterwards.” You said and tried to give him a smile with your eyes still shut.

* Don’t worry and let me sleep.* you said to him in your mind.

*She can still give me a smile even though she's not feeling well. Be weak for once Rei. I'm here for you. You can lean on me.*

“Arrasso. But you should eat something 1^st.” he said and dialed the hotel’s room service.

“I’d like to order porridge in room 204. Bring it as fast as you can please. Yes thank you.” Kris ordered and turned to you.

“The food will get here soon. For now just sleep, I’ll wake you up when it arrives and I’ll be here If you need something okay.” He said as he sat on the sofa still looking at you with your lifeless body.

“Thanks duzhang.” you said and slept.

* Stupid eyes. Stay open, this is embarrassing. Duizhang mianhaeyo. * you scolded yourself as you tried your best to keep yourself awake.

Kris watched you fell asleep as the both of you waited the food to come.

* Sorry Rei. I couldn’t take care of you. I failed as your in-law. Sorry Tao.* he sighed as he brushed his hair roughly through his frustrations.

* I never want to see you like this ever again. I’m sorry Rei. * he walked towards you and brushed your hair that was scattered on your face.

* You’re important to me and I want you to be healthy and well.* he said as he was absorbed by your sleeping face.

*WAIT… WHAT?! Important?! Oh right, she’s my sister-in-law.* he said to himself. His heart felt a little pinch as he thought of the word ‘sister-in-law’.

30 minutes later, the food arrived and Kris woke you up from your slumber.

You couldn’t move your body and felt helpless.

* Stupid body. Please just move so Kris can rest. Aigoo. Bothering your in-law.* you scolded yourself.

You tried to talk but your throat betrayed you and you didn’t even manage to make a sound. Then, you shook your head gesturing that you still can’t move and you’re fine.

 “Anni. I won’t leave until you eat.” He said and carried you to position you right on your bed you eat.

* Do you think I could sleep seeing you like this? * He shouted in his mind.

He removed your heels and helped you sit up on your bed leaning on the pillows.

* She’s so light!! How? Is this normal?! * he said to himself as he help you position comfortably.

*What the. * You panicked as you felt your body being moved.

“What are you doing?” you asked can’t open your eyes.

“I’ll help you eat. But 1^st you have to sit up.” He said as he positioned you to the bed.

You managed to open your eyes and saw his chest as he tucked you in to the bed.

* Tao? * You thought as you saw a chest near your face trying to sit you up on the bed, leaning you down on a pillow.

“Thanks.” You mumbled. He stood up and took the bowl of porridge and sat beside you.

* Oh. It’s duizhang. *

“Now eat.” He said as he gave you a spoon of porridge.

*Eat or I’ll die seeing you like this.* he said and scooped a porridge to feed to you.

“Don’t tell this to anyone especially Tao okay. He’ll worry to death if he knows about this.” You said to him with pleading eyes.
