You and your manager went to the meeting venue and were greeted by the PD and the producers.

“Good afternoon sirs.” You said in cantonese.

“Good afternoon to you too Ms. Rei. Please come in the other cast are already inside. We’ll start the meeting in five minutes.” The main producer said.

“Yes. Thank you.” You said and went in to the room.

Your eyes widened when you see famous stars like Takeshi Kaneshiro, Chow Yun Fat, Anita Yuen Wing-Yi, Gong-Li, Ian Fang, Ang Ching Hui and a surprise to the both of you your brother-in-law Kris.

You greeted all of them and sat beside Kris. Even though all of them were looking at you you were curious enough to have courage to break the silence.

“Duizhang, What are you doing here?” you asked him.

“I’m participating in the movie and I’m here for a meeting.” He answered.

“Ohhh..” was the only thing you managed to say.

“And you?” he asked.

“Same as you, I guess.” You said.

“I didn’t know you can speak Cantonese.” He beamed.

“Yeah. I don’t know either since I started learning.” You joked and the both of you laughed.

You were chatting with each other when the Producers and PD came in and the meeting started.

“Good day to everyone and thank you for coming and joining us today. We will now announce the roles all of you will be portraying.” The main PD said.

“Mr. Takeshi Kaneshiro will be playing Bianca’s father role.” The assistant PD beamed. The guy stood up and greeted everyone with a bow and a smile.

“Nice to meet you all” he chimed.

“Mrs. Gong-Li, will be Bianca’s mother.” Again, the actress stood up and greeted everyone.

“Mr. Chow Yun Fat and Mrs. Anita Yuen Wing-Yi will be playing the role of Zhang couple. Alexander’s parents.” The two of them greeted.

“Ms. Ang Ching Hui as Mei Ra. Bianca’s best friend.”

“Nice to meet all of you.” She chimed and bowed.

“And for the lead characters Ms. Rei as Bianca and Mr. Kris as Alexander.”

You looked at Kris but turned to the others and the both of you bowed together. “Pleasure meeting all of you. I’ll work hard.” You awkwardly said but calm.

“Please take care of us well. We’ll work hard.” Kris followed you sentence.

“Thank you Kris and Rei.” The producers said.

You can see them grinning, that familiar look of your Ahjussi’s fans when they see you on events and such.

“We will now give you all the script and we’ll rehearse in three days’ time.” The PD said as the assistant handed everyone a copy on a thick script you all have to memorize.

“The filming will start after three script rehearsals a week from now. We look forward on working with all of you.” The PD finished.

After an hour of discussion, the meeting ended. You and Kris exited the room together when the producers approached you.

“Hi Ms. Rei!” one exclaimed looking at you excitedly.

“Hello Mr. Xiao.” You politely greeted back.

You signaled Kris to keep going and that you’ll be fine. He then, bowed to the producers and walked away.

“I’m very happy that you accepted out offer of making this movie.” A fat producer said.

“It’s my pleasure working with all of you Mr. Go.” You gave them a professional smile.

“I’m impressed by your Cantonese speaking. I heard you only started learning three months ago.” Mr. Xiao beamed.

“Thank you sir. I’ll continue learning to give you all the best results.” You said.

“Anyway, this might be weird for you Ms. Rei but…” Mr. Go shyly stuttered.

You waited for him to continue his sentence that was finished by Mr. Xiao.

“Can you take a photo with us?” Xiao said.

You gave them a smile and quickly said yes. The two ahjussis almost jumped in happiness when you agreed to their request. They asked one of the staff to take the photo and the three of you pose.

“Thank you Ms. Rei. We’ll see you at the filming site.” They said and walked away happily holding their handphones.

*Aigoo… This ahjussis.* you smiled and walked to the main gate where your manager is waiting for you.

The both of you went to the parking lot and he took you to the dorm to get your things. You have a flight to Hong Kong at 7pm to start preparing for the upcoming filming and script rehearsals. With that, stylist omma and the coordi unnies packed all of your outfits you’ll need for the long trip.

After packing, your manager drove you together with your coordi unnies to the airport. They all have an economy flight and only you have the business class.

Together with the airports security, you went to your seat and saw Kris sitting beside an empty seat which was yours.

“Duizhang!” you chimed as a smile crept on your face knowing that you won’t be travelling alone now. “What are you doing here? Following me huh?” you joked.

“I guess it’s you who’s following me. Are you a stalker by any chance?” he followed your joke.

You smirked as you sat beside him and said “Hmmm… I don’t know. Am I?”

He just chuckled at your joke and changed the topic. “Are you going to Hong Kong for the filming?” he asked.

You grabbed your phone as you said “Yeah. By the way where’s Tao?”

“He’s promoting with the others in China. I had to leave them because of the preparation for the filming.” He answered.

“Ohh… I’ll just call him then.” You said and dialed a number.
