"Kai?” I called out softly as I sat near his feet.. He sighed and opened his eyes in response. “Care to share?” I asked him. “I’m worried.” he answered. “For?” I prodded. “Tomorrow.” he replied. “Why?” I asked again, annoyed with his curt answer. “We’re performing.” he answered. “So?” I huffed. “It’s easier to injure. I don’t want anyone hurt because of me.” he said. “No one will be. Trust me.” I assured him. “Come here.” I beckoned him, pointing at the place near my feet.  He looked at me weirdly but came forward anyway. I started to rake my fingers through his hair.

 Even after all the products used on it; or maybe because of them, his hair seemed as soft as feathers.“Relax, nothing bad is going to happen to you or EXO. Only good things happen to good people. Tomorrow you’re going to shine on stage like always and kill the fangirls with feels through your performance okay?” I smiled.  “I like the kill fangirls part!” he chuckled. It was then I knew that he would be just alright so I pushed him away playfully. “Now move. I need my sleep!” I grumbled. “Goodnight Mia. Have pleasant dreams..” he trailed off and placed a soft kiss on my forehead. 

I just blinked in response, confused as to why he would do that. He grinned at me and sauntered over to his room. “You know sleeping means you have to close your eyes not open them wide.” he teased. I shut my eyes as soon as he said that. ‘What just happened again? This is violation of personal space Mr.Kim. He’s messing with my head. Keep calm. Keep calm and try to sleep.’ I thought to myself. However, I managed to get only three hours of sleep before I had to get up and prepare for the day ahead.

 After completing a round of push-ups, I was going to head out to jog. As I was about to step out, I realized I had forgotten my phone. I turned to see Kyungsoo dressed to go out. “Good morning. Where are you headed?” I asked him. “Starbucks. It’s an impotant day, we need the caffeine.” he answered as he opened the door. I grabbed my phone, turning just in time to see his pale face. Almost immediately, he let out a scream. “M-Mia this l-looks like y-you.” he stuttered, pointing to a doll which lay on the ground.  I bent down and picked it up.

It was dressed in jeans and a white t-shirt. It had its hair dyed blue and a pin sticking out of it, red paint splattered all over it. A post-it was neatly stuck at the back.  Everyone had got up by now. They all surrounded me. Tao had burst into tears, most of the others look mortified. Kai was calming Kyungsoo down and Kris just looked like he was ready to rip someone’s head off. I hid the note from Kris who was trying to read it. It said:
