Chapter 15- Mokpo University
Mokpo(Donghae) or Seoul(Kyuhyun)?Eunye’s POV
As the night comes and it becomes darker and darker, I was still thinking about Kyuhyun and my friends back home, can really think that this is all over. Wonder what’s Sooyoung is doing? What’s Kyuhyun’s playing? What’s Ryeowook’s writing? What’s RinA’s thinking? Can’t really accept the fact it’s over! Of course I know about long distance relationships. I’ve known that for a long time. But, I also know the fact that I’m not going back there in Seoul and I will graduate here in Mokpo. And to have a long distance relationship knowing the fact that we will never see each other again, it makes my heart and my whole body hurts more. Just hear his heavenly voice makes me miss him more than ever. Can’t really imagine what life is waiting for me here in Mokpo. Tomorrow my life is going to start again from 1 billion three hundred to one again. It’s like I’m in the top of the world already but because of lack of air I need to go down again. Can’t really imagine what’s going to happen tomorrow as I enter my new school, Mokpo University. Can I really enter that school? We’ll see… as the sky gets darker and darker and my sister turning of the lights, I closed my eyes getting more nervous and nervous…feels like I don’t want to open my eyes anymore because I don’t want to face the world again. Not like this. Aiissshhh! I’m going to sleep now, maybe my pain will go lower and lower as I sleep.

Eunye’s Dream.
“Eunye!Eunye!” Eunye was standing at the top of a building. She heard a scream from the edge of the building.
She ran as fast as she could and saw Kyuhyun and a guy that he doesn’t know hanging in the edge of the building and is going to fall any minutes now.
“Eunye, save me!” Kyuhyun said. “No Eunye!Save me!” the guy said.
“Eunye..jebal!” Kyuhyun said. “Eunye…jebal!” the guy said.
Eunye can’t really think of what she was going to do.
But she went straight to Kyuhyun. But as she ran closer and closer to Kyuhyun,
He can’t take it anymore and finally lets go.
“Eeeeuuunnnyyyyeeeeee!” A falling Kyuhyun said.
“Kyuhyun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” Eunye said as she saw Kyuhyun falling down.
“Eunye…help..jebal…”the guy said can’t hold on no more.
With out any choice, she held hands with the guy and finally pulled him up
to the building. As the guy stood up, he hugged Eunye. Then, as Eunye was frozen by the hug of the guy. “Eunye…why did you let me be killed?” a voice that is kind of uncomfortable spoke. Then she finally lets go of the guy’s hug and looked around and saw
A bloody Kyuhyun in front of her.

“AAAHHHHH!!!” “Yah!Eunye!Eunye!Eunye!” Taeyeon shouted really badly getting nervous because of Eunye screaming all the way. Then finally, she woke up. “You’re having a bad dream…what’s happening?”she said really worried to her sis. “ I saw…I saw..” “You saw what?!” she said getting impatient. “I saw Kyuhyun.” “And?” she asked. “he’s he’s” “he’s what? Say it!” she said as she gets really impatient with Eunye can’t really explain what is really happening to her. “Kids! Brand new day! Go take a shower and eat downstairs, your going to be late for school!” Shindong said shouting while he’s holding a pan with a sunnyside up egg besides the stairs. “Coming dad!” Taeyeon said shouting back. Taeyeon went for the bathroom to take a shower, then after that she was finished it was Eunye’s turn, the two went downstairs together and greeted their dad a good morning with a kiss on the cheek. “Okay..it’s the start of our new day! Are you excited going to Mokpo University?” Shindong said with an excitement voice. “Yeahhhhh…”Taeyeon said smiling really wide at her dad. But Eunye didn’t respond to anything that her dad just said. “Dad, are you sure we’re not going to go back at Seoul?” she said with a nervous voice surrounding her whole question. “Eunye..we talked about this…Mokpo is a good place like Seoul we can start over, maybe Kyuhyun has now moved on…maybe, you should be the same.” Her dad said, as she finishes her egg.
But Taeyeon didn’t respond to anything, but all she knows, she likes it here.
Eunye didn’t speak and just shutted . “Well! It’s time! Let’s go to Mokpo University and say hello to your new fresh friends!” Shindong said as they all finishes their food, and got the keys to the car. As they were driving to Mokpo University, Shindong can see Eunye perfectly in the mirror that Eunye is really is nervous. And keeps biting her nails. “Eunye…are you ok?” Shindong said as he breaks his silence. “Umm..yeah…I’m fine…” she said as she stopped biting her nails and acted that she’s fine, but guess what. Bad acting Eunye! “Well, you guys are going to flip if you’re going to see your new school and friends!” Shindong said excitedly like he’s the one who’s going to school. “Ain’t that the truth!” said Eunye still ‘acting’ that she was really excited too. Then the car stops at a huge building with many students walking at the entrance while talking to each other. And as she looks at the students and the school, they can really say that the school was really… Fancy! “Wahhhh~Yahhh! This school is amazing!” Taeyeon said as she looks at Eunye from the back seat. But all Taeyeon said was fear and nervousness in Eunye’s eyes. After that she didn’t talk anymore. “Well good luck you guys!” said Shindong. The two sisters opened the door of the car and said bye to their dad. As the car drove away, the two looked at the school from top to bottom. “Well, this is it.” Taeyeon said as she lifted her hand to Eunye. And Eunye holding on to it, and giving her a smile. The two walked to the entrance of the school, and looked at their schedules. “Okay..so you’re first class is Streams Social Studies Class D, and my first class is Physics Class A.” Taeyeon said as she looks at the bulletin board for new comer students. “Well, goodluck for your first day!” Taeyeon said. “You too…” Eunye said as they go both ways.
Streams Class D (Eunye’s Class)
“Okay class… that’s how Frederick the II died and how King Rutherford conquer the---“ then the teacher didn’t have the chance to finish what she was going to say because Eunye already knocked at the door. “Oh! We have a new student class, come in.” the teacher said. “Please introduce yourself to the gang…” The tacher said as she smiles to her. “Ummm..hi..my name is Eunye, hope that we can get along…well..” she said shyly as the people just stare at her blankly. “Well then…Eunye, take your seat…” she walked silently to the empty chair at the back of the class. As she already sat on the chair, she saw a girl who keeps looking at her. She also looked at the girl but after a minute she decided to not look at her and just stare at the teacher blankly, but as she looks at the girl, she keeps looking at her, really being uncomfortable, she decides to avoid her as she just stares at the teacher. Then the bell rangs. “Ok, class dismiss, and don’t forget to read your book on page 567, we will be having a short report. The teacher said as all of the students continuously walked away from the classroom. As Eunye walks away from the classroom, the girl who was been staring at her, followed her, and all of a sudden, she was beside Eunye walking in the hallways. “Hi…” the girl said, but Eunye just smiled and looked away. “I’m sorry if you felt uncomfortable a while ago…I didn’t mean to stare at you…” she said but Eunye just nodded. “Well, don’t be shy or scared. I can be your friend.” She said excitedly as the two stops noticing the people from the place where they stop were getting fewer and fewer. “Well, my name is Soohyeon, Lee Soohyeon, I’m from Busan, but my family decided to live here since I passed the exam here in Mokpo, I’m the Top notcher actually, not that I’m showing off or anything, but don’t really have real friends, they can just be your friends when they have homeworks and quizzes and everything, so decided not to be friends with them, actually my second class is—“ suddenly Soohyeon stopped as she realize that she went to far in talking and talking and a blank Eunye with wide eyes and an open mouth just stared at her while she was talking. “Oh..was I talking that fast?” Soohyeon said with a little bit smile. “Oh..umm..it’s okay, understand that too…” she said as she smiles. “Really?” “Yeah, back at my old school I was ranked second but I always got beaten by Kyuhyu—“ suddenly she stopped. “Why? What’s wrong?” Soohyeon said confused. “Nothing.” She said as her smile began to disappear. Then they continued walking. “Well anyway if you need a tour to the whole school you can just ask me and I’ll be---“ “Soohyeon!Yah!Soohyeonah!” a guy screaming loud was heard from every corners of the hallways. The guy kept running and running until he reach Soohyeon. “Aiiiishhh…seriously..” Soohyeon said as they looked back and saw the guy running towards them. “Who’s he?” Eunye said as they look back away. “Oh..he’s just some guy that likes me..” Soohyeon said. “Really? He seems kinda cute..” Eunye said as she stares at the guy who was still running trying to catch them. “Yeah he’s cute but, I don’t really see me and him as a couple, and we’re not that compatible with each other.” Soohyeon said as she just focus on Eunye. “Yah! Soohyeonah!” the guy finally catch up and jumping in front of them really happily and as Eunye saw him smile really bright, she immediately smiled too, she immediately got influenced by him just by smiling. “Ohhhh…Soohyeonah! You didn’t tell me you have a new friend.” The guy said as he smiles at Eunye. “Annyeonghaseyo” she said as she bow and really shyly. “O, deh, annyeonhaseyo, bangapseumnida! It’s a pleasure meeting you! You don’t have to be shy, it’s okay…” he said to Eunye really cheerfully. “Eunye this is Eunhyuk, Eunhyuk this is Eunye.” She said as she stares at Eunhyuk with no emotions. “Hi Eunye! I a pleasure to meet you! You don’t have to be shy we can be really good friends!” Eunhyuk said as he smiles continuously showing his full teeth and gums, it’s like his smile can reach his ears.
Eunye’s POV
As I saw Eunhyuk, I can really help it but smile automatically. As I saw how cheerful Eunhyuk was even though Soohyeon doesn’t notice her that much. I can see how positive he was by just smiling and influencing someone. He’s really a very positive person, I can really truly definitely say that. The time he told me that he is willing to be my friend, he was really kind of him. Really having troubles and really worried that I will be an outcast, but it turns out it’s not. I guess I should really care for my present now and not the past, but of course, I would not completely forget about everything. Me, Kyuhyun, Sooyoung and Seoul. As long as I am wearing this necklace Kyuhyun gave to me, I know my love for him is still here, and it will never die.

At the Cafeteria
The three were laughing at the cafeteria, Eunye, Soohyeon, and Eunhyuk. Talking about…well, what ever they want to talk about. They were laughing and Eunhyuk talked again. “Ahahahaha….So, what was the most irritating thing that has happened to you this week.” He said having an interested tone. “Oh! I know! Me and my sister was in the petting zoo. And I saw this cute baby cub! And I hold it and then…it peed…right above my chest!” Soohyeon said getting irritated and irritated. “How about you Eunye…” Soohyeon said. “Oh…me? Ummm..” she started off really shy. “I guess it began when I moved here days ago, I was walking down the streets, and there was this guy…he stepped on my foot and he was really rude!” she said as she stared to be more irritated. “So where’s your village?” Eunhyuk asked. “Ummm..about 30 minutes from here, HwanSeo village.(N/A:I made this village up. )” Eunye said as she nods, really sure that what village she said was right. “Oh… Donghae lives there too right?” Soohyeon said. “Oh Yeah…” Eunhyuk said as he remembers that Donghae also lives there. “Donghae? Who’s he?” Eunye asked really confused. “Oh! Donghae! You should meet him! He’s the most handsome, kind,honest,angelic, gentleman I’ve ever seen!” Soohyeon said as she smiles widely just thinking of how good-looking he was from inside and out. “Yahh…I’m right here…” Eunhyuk said with a jealous voice. “Oh yeah..sorry..” Soohyeon said as she looks at Eunhyuk with a smile. “Donghae is my friend, we’ve been friends since birth, he’s the most popular guy in Mokpo, not only in Mokpo University, but also Mokpo itself.” Eunhyuk said. “Yeah, Girls and even guys adore him!” Soohyeon said really glad. “Yeah, of course he’s much more famous than me, but I’m the second most popular…” Eunhyuk said showing-off and smiling at Soohyeon. “Ain’t that the truth!” Soohyeon said faking it. “Wow. That Donghae guy must be really amazing to be adored like that.” Eunye said amazed. “You said it.” Eunhyuk and Soohyeon said in unison. “Speaking of Donghae…where is he?” Soohyeon asked Eunhyuk. “Yeah, that guy is unpredictable, he should be here by now, don’t know what is he up to again, but I think he’s helping Mr. Bang at his Calculus Class.” Eunhyuk said nodding but not really sure if that is the what Donghae has been doing. “He’s also smart?” Eunye asked. “Yeah, he’s the top in the class in calculus.” Soohyeon said. But suddenly Eunye was having deep thoughts. “What’s wrong?” Soohyeon asked as she looked at Eunye. “Nothing, it seems like he’s almost perfect… because I don’t really believe it, maybe I’ll just believe it when I see it.” Eunye said as she looks at the two. “Okay~ we won’t force you to believe right away…” Soohyeon said with Eunhyuk agreeing. Then the bell rang which made them ran and said goodbye to each other because they are now going to the different class.
