Heartbroken
Downing Today, Drowning Tomorrowthemedicalscholar: Hey guys, as you can see, I'm back. I'm sorry I haven't updated in almost a year (lol) but I have been busy with, you know, life. I'm sorry I didn't answer any of your comments on the previous chapter but I thought I should just go ahead with the story first, then answer on this chapter.
To @Ann020, it feels good to be back, seriously. Missed you guys so much.
To @vanflamighty, I have been alive and well (even though barely breathing), always strive to be the best, okay! Work hard, play harder! To be honest, I haven't been updated in Running Man at all, as you know I am in medschool and I have been busy with my studies. For the rated-M chapter, I think I'll reserve that for another chapter along the way. I think I'm not ready to type that out yet because I have been writing this and made it as innocent as possible (lol).
Anyways, I'm sorry I can't answer all of you. I answered the most recent one. But the point of all this is that I'm back to fill your KwangMong needs. Love you guys x
That's the thing with being in love. You can be so in love, be so engulfed in the feeling of it torturously, it feels like you're floating in air.
But in some days, days like this, you find yourself back on the floor of Earth, being pulled back in. She couldn't really cry. No drop of tear came streaming on her face. All she thought was simple - 'I know it was too good to be true.' She felt like she was in a nightmare she couldn't wake up from. All she did was search, for more and more. Reading through the thousands of messages. It had started for quite a while, no wonder he was on his phone a lot.
How should she face him? Should she start throwing things? Should she throw the furniture in the beautiful hotel suite? Isn't this supposed to be her honeymoon? Isn't she supposed to be the happiest girl on Earth? Once she heard footsteps outside, she knows - it's starting.
Lee Kwang Soo turned the door knob and went inside. The air was a bit too cold so he stopped at the thermostat to turn it down. She was simply sitting on the Cleopatra sofa, her legs crossed. She pretends she didn't hear him come in. He came back with snacks in his hand, in which he placed on the coffee table. He approaches, tries to aim for her cheek, but she moved slightly - not giving him permission to kiss her.
'Are you angry at me?' He says. She's only like that when she's angry.
'Give me your hand.' She asks of him. Without any doubts, he gave it to her. Then carefully, almost as if to contain her fury, she places his iPhone on top of his hand, putting the chats with Song Ji Eun full on display. Lee Kwang Soo can feel his stomach drop, a heavy pit stuck onto his throat. 'How long has it been?' She starts asking.
'A few months.' He says truthfully.
'When was the start?'
'We had a photoshoot together, we exchanged contact details.'
'Does she know that you're with me?' She asked, softly.
'Yes. Of course, the whole Korea nows.'
'Then why?'
'She loves me.' He utters, his voice was low in a masculine tone.
'And you?' She asked. 'Do you love her?'
'I love you.' He says quietly. 'Nobody but you.'
'Just not enough, right?' She says, her soft tears starts to flow. 'You love me, of course you do, you married me. We were only married in a few days. You love me desperately, endlessly, just not enough.'
'Ji Hyo-ah, don't be like this.' He sighs. 'We're just texting.'
'If it's just texting, if you think of me that little, can I do the same?' She asked him in a strict voice, her voice is breaking, so is her heart. Her question turned him mute. 'Can I do the same, Kwang Soo-ah?'
'I didn't sleep with her, I don't know why you're so worked up by this.'
She laughed, a sarcastic one. Then her laugh turned into a scowl. 'You didn't sleep with her, yeah sure. Of course you didn't. But you get jealous when men watch me on the streets. You get jealous when I work with male colleagues, accusing me of I didn't do. So is that the line, now? Not ing.'
She walks past him, she starts to take out her suitcase. She stuffs everything in in a hurry.
'Ji Hyo-ah, please don't do this. I can't handle this right now. You shouldn't do so much, you're with a child.'
She smiled as she packs. 'Let me do this, let it die for all I care. At least if it dies, it wouldn't know what an the father is.' He tries to stop her, careful not to hurt her. One wrong move can set everything apart.
And one wrong move happens.
