Honeymoon II
Downing Today, Drowning TomorrowDo you know how it feels to be happy, so incredibly happy but that happiness feels weird? It feels oddly weird for Song Ji Hyo. It feels like it's almost - dream-like. She's with the person she is in love with for a very long time, she couldn't believe that she was this happy. It feels odd, like something stuck in . What was that thing, she doesn't know.
'Hon, I'm going to get some snacks from the store, do you want anything?' Lee Kwang Soo, dressed in shorts and a simple white t-shirt asks his wife. She shakes her head and tells him she doesn't need anything. He gives her a kiss on the cheek, and a little peck for the baby. He doesn't forget a simple 'I love you' before he closes the door.
She's happy.
Very very happy.
So why does it feel weird?
She heard a call coming in, the normal iPhone ringtone. She checks her phone on the bedside table. It's not hers. She stopped for a while, wondered where it came from and peeked under the bed. Kwang Soo must have forgotten it, she though. She picked it up, saw 'Ji Eunnie' on the front. Eventually - (1) Missed Call from Ji Eunnie. She placed it next to her, she closed her eyes.
It's probably about work I guess. He's been getting a lot of those lately. Same caller, same name. Why is she calling so much? Why does she want with my husband? My husband. She is never fond of looking at other people's things. Whatever it is that Lee Kwang Soo does on his telephone, is his business, not hers. She went to the bathroom, she wanted to take a shower. But she stops at the door, she looks at his phone again. What could it be, in there? What could he be hiding, in there?
Why is it almost, like it's calling her to do it? She hovers over the phone again. Should I?
Should I?
Should I?
She leans onto the bed, the phone in her hand. She closes her eyes. She clicks the side button on the phone.
Enter Passcode:
She keys in her birthday: 810815
And it opens. She laughed to herself. It was fairly easy to guess. He does love her best, right?
Right?
Once she clicked on an app, the only thought that came to her mind was simple.
She was wrong.
